Mahindra And Mahindra — Infotainment system of my XUV-500 W-10

Hello, This is regarding the infotainment system of my XUV-500 -W-10 variant which has currently clocked 77, 000Kms in 3 years. Around 12 days back suddenly the touch of infotainment screen become non functional. Handed over my Vehicle to NBS- Mahindra @ Mumbai & after almost 10 days the system was restored back. During the trial suddenly the info screen became blank. I also checked couple of reviews on sites like team BHP & you tube where I could find lot of similar complaints. I request the M&M team to please look into the quality & make of the system & if required please change the same. A customer spending 20.0L for W-10 variant would not mind paying couple of thousands more for getting a better quality & brand of infotainment system. Due to the recurrence of this problem immediately after repair, my confidence is now shaken & I am concerned about the problem recurring during my long drives on highways which will leave in a difficult situation. I request M&M team to kindly replace the infotainment system for reinforcing my confidence back in my XUV-500 which is a excellent product of M&M.
