Hi Mahindra Team,

I am purchasing XUV 300 W8 optional petrol from MAHINDRA AND MAHINDRA Gurgaon branch Koncept Automobiles Pvt. Ltd. MG Road, in the name of Mr. Arun Kumar. As per authorities supreme Court order and Transport department public notice " imposition of any logistic/handling charges in the name of incidental charges is illigal". Therefore I request Mahindra n Mahindra to kindly look into this matter. This illigal imposition of charges are against the ethics and it may cause to M n M of loosing its valuable customer. Check and waive off the incidental charges
