Dear Sir,

I had transferred an amount of Rs 10, 000 as booking amount in CD account of your authorized dealer [protected] SHUHUL AUTOMOBILES PVT LTD JAMMU on 19.11.2020. But owing to some financial crisis I am not able to purchase vehicle .
I had applied for refund on 21.11.2020 and handed over letter to Mr. Rajat.
I have great regards for BRAND MAHINDRA, but experiences with your authorized dealer at Jammu is worst. Despite lapse of almost one month of my regular reminders and personal visits have yielded no result and I have not been refunded amount.
Kindly take up the matter with your authorized dealer and get me my money refunded without further delay.

    Sir i owned a xuv 300. N the day i recived the car i have problm with the gear it gets hard evey time in cold run.. i showed the car to my residence near by showroom thats in ladakh mentokling the said its because of the gear oil so they changed it .. the problm resumes after that also they said they will call but no response from their side.. n today my car stop taking gear it slips and more over it shows netural in every gear.. when i contact to the showroom from where i purchased they were like u didnt taken the road assistant so we cant do anything even i said to pay them they left me with no solution.. so i have to hire some another crane.. when i parked tge care they checked and said it bl cost whole repair of gear box without checking please help me with this as itz just 1 year old car and its in warranty.. please

      I bought a brand new car Mahindra Marazzo from Tekhriwal Mahindra Showroom Branch, Godda Jharkhand. It has not even been 1 month and within 500kms the display of the car is not working. And none of the dealers are responding to rectify it. I'm very much disappointed with the service of the company.

            I am Ishwar Singh ([protected]/ [protected]) from Bhiwani, Haryana. My KUV 100, Diesel Reg HR 16R-4999 have problem during Ignition of the car. When I switch on the ignition switch, car makes abnormal/annoying sound and whole engine vibrates/wobbles and car does not start. It happens anytime from the first start of the day as well as after running 1-2 hrs. This problem is there in car since initial 500 kms. As per service center "Mahindra Supreme, Bhiwani", we changed the battery but the problem is still there. This problem led us in embarrassing position in traffic or on highway. We have mailed several times to consumer care mahindra but no solution was provided. it is requested that car may be inspected and some solution may be provided. I am attaching two videos which we have recorded in which abnormal sound and non-ignition of car can be observed.

              Our Vehicle Details:-
              Model – Mahindra Logan – DLX 1.5 dCi BS3
              Registration Number – KA 01 MC 8932

              The vehicle was recently serviced at the authorised service centre – Ananthcars Auto Private Limited, Bangalore on 20.11.2020 (Invoice No RBR21B003530). On 26.11.2020, we took a road trip to Kerala in our car with senior citizens and a kid. We were at kollam and started to Tiruvananthapuram on Monday 30th November 2020. The vehicle broke down on road at around 10:30 am.
              The vehicle was checked at a nearby local mechanic and he informed that there is electric failure and it has to be serviced at the authorised service centre only. The car was later towed to Cochin [138 Km] to the Vayalat Automobiles Pvt Ltd, Marudu, Cochin through Mahindra On Road assistance service.
              The vehicle was in the same service centre at Cochin for 3 days and they were not able to start the work as they had only one electrician. We had to cancel our trip and stay in waiting for the car to get ready. After 3 days i.e., on 3rd of December we decided not to wait in Cochin but to shift the vehicle from Cochin to Ananthcars Auto Private Limited, Bannerghatta Road, Hulimaavu, Bangalore 560076 after consulting them.
              On 5th December we came back and had a meeting With Mr. Raghavendra Rao (Senior Service manager) and explained to them the condition and the cause. The Alternator belt which was supposed to be replaced every 60, 000 Km was not changed since last two paid services and as the belt was worn out or weak, one of the threads came loose and got wound on to the pulley of the alternator and the wires present in the surroundings [can be seen in the photo enclosed]. It peeled the insulation of 3 wires and shorted the circuit. Because of this short, a 40 amps fuse and the ECU [engine control unit] was burnt or damaged. This is the reason for the vehicle break down and the electric failure. We were personally present there when the wound belt thread was removed from the said wires and the wires were separated. We are disappointed to say that this has happened due to their negligence in conducting the service.

              Since the vehicle was purchased in 2007, it is serviced only at the authorised service centre and have born all the said expenses. We have even paid 1, 07, 630/- on 26.10.2017 and replaced the engine harness and the ECU when there was some issue in the vehicle. But this time its solely the mistake and negligence made by the Authorised servicing centre. After going through such an episode of bad experience, we are served an estimated Quotation of Rs. 74, 567/-(QTN21B000494, dated 10th December)
              This is totally unexpectable for a loyal customer like us, hence We urge the centre to bear the cost of servicing the car. If not, we will be forced to opt for legal action.

                After change of wind glass of my car registration no ch04 e 8094 on 5-12-20 from your agency harbir automobile pvt ltd. Plot no 182/7 industrial area phase -1 chandigarh 160002. Phone no [protected]. My car's side mirror was broken due to agency employees. The agency ensure me to change it with in 4 or 5 days. My father was not well and i had to take him hospital in emergency so i took car from agency.

                Today when i asked to agency they said when side mirror is not recieved and we will contact you and there is no further responce from your agency, when they will change it.

                  Sir/Madam
                  I have purchased a TUV 300 t4 in 2016. Till date it has run only approx 32000 km. All the services has been done timely in mahindra service centre (Jai KUmar Arun Kumar Meerut)
                  But now i am facing some noise problem in my car. In this regard, I visited the Mahindra service center for check this one. They find the following
                  1. Clutch Set Problem
                  2. Flywheel Problem
                  3. Dispenser Problem

                  How can a TUV (car) face so much issues till 32000 kilometer. It mean your car is not good or reliable. Or your service is not good.
                  Because in every service they charge a lot of money but car performance is decreasing.
                  I am not satisfied with your product as well as your services.

                  Kindly look into this matter and do the needful.

                    I am Umesh bandgar i have taken tractor from Sangli mahindra showroom and one problem is tractor working only for 1 hour and then it is stopping then that will start at cool when tractor will cool that big issue for us and this 4th time for us we have given complaint to showroom but they couldn't solve that problem. Continuously we are saying to him but they are not responding to our call. Within 1 week that problem will not be solved by company then we want take action about you

                      Dear Sir,

                      In 4 Nov'18, I purchased a Mahindra Scorpio S7 ( UP 32 KE 7135) from Narayan Automobile, Amausi Lucknow, India.

                      Total KM Run : 19500 km
                      Second Service(10, 000 KM approx.) at Narayan Automobile, Faizabad Road Lucknow. Upon driving the car, I realised that the steering is little bit vibrating I told the same problem in service center, but they refused and replied there is no major problem, because my vehical is in Warranty Condition.

                      In the third Service getting in knowledge same problem but they didn't recognised & rectified it, and driver of company after service drop my vehical at home in same condition.

                      I again visited the workshop & told regarding the vibration of steering problem, they directly said that the Disk is got damaged and we have to replaced it ( because my warranty is over then he said for replacement of Disc). I didn't got understand how at only 19500 km my vehical disc got damaged but break pads are in good Condition.

                      In any how condition its not possible, whatever happens with my Vehical. It means in workshop someone is doing Fraud with customers, which exploiting the Mahindra's name among the customers.
                      but no one is taking serious in workshop when I complaint regarding this.

                      All this same I Complaint on your Tollfree number [protected], on 8th Dec'20, they generated the Complaint number (CF[protected]) and said within 3-4 hours you will receive the solution and also nothing will be charged on you and whatever expanse will be there Mahindra will bear.
                      But till yet I didn't received solution from the company.

                      I am very disappointed from this and got shocked from what happened and I find the situation very irritating.

                      So kind request you for needful action please and request your revert with peaceful solution.
                      PLEASE TAKE IT SERIOUSE REGARDING THE SAME.

                          I got my mahindra Thar serviced at salasar mahindra, dokali workshop but still the work is not done properly i paid 44k what my bill was but the work done gave me some serious problem related to brakes, on running highway while heading towards indore from mumbai my Thar brakes got failed when i was running my vehicle at 90kph . On a very serious note i want revert on the issue i have bill copies regarding the payment done by me infact due to worshop managers negligency my thar interiors also got ruined up.

                            dear sir, my name is Sirajuddin MAHINDRA XUV5OO FWD W11 WTHO NP KL 65 M 808 Vehicle registered under the number When the vehicle ran 5000 km after service from Mahindra Company A special sound came out of the engine part of the vehicle without any signal alarm When I immediately opened the bonnet of the vehicle, I saw that the engine radiator was a top miss If you want to miss the top 5000 km radio of a vehicle that has been serviced by Mahindra for 41000 km, then it is from Mahindra Service. The reason why my car's radiator top is loose is because I do not pay enough attention That's why my vehicle was damaged Other than that I have no need to drive the vehicle that sent the radiator top of my vehicle No action has been taken so far in favor of the customer on their part when they went to the show room The company is denying the warranty of my vehicle for every trivial reason My car was damaged due to a fault on the part of Mahindra's service The vehicle has been lying in the Mahindra showroom for more than a month Therefore, the request from the Mahindra company should be understood as soon as possible and a warranty should be given to my vehicle. If my vehicle does not get a warranty from Mahindra, I will respond to Mahindra in every possible way. I am waiting for a favorable reply from Mahindra ??

                              Dear sir,

                              I had purchased a brand new XUV300 from Vayalat Mahindra showroom Kundannoor on 25/11/2020. Since I had availed a vehicle loan for purchase of vehicle, the invoice amount is paid by the Bank to Vayalat Mahindra account. As pervyhe information given by the executive, the balance amount will be credited to my account within 3-5 days. But even after 13 days, balance amount is not refunded yet. I have contacted almost three members from executivebto top level employee of vayalat for the past two days but no one is attending or responding. What a pathetic service is this. Being a customer how many days should I need to wait for refund of balance amount?? Let me know what is your refund policy?? Please refund the amount with applicable interest at the earliest or I will be filing a dispute at consumer court addressing this issue.

                                Hello sir/madam,

                                I own a kuv100nxt k6+ 2018 model (Petrol). It is a single hand driven car (20000 km ) till now. My car vibrates a lot when it is idle or running. The gear knob vibrates too much. I have to change my right-hand side engine mounting two times. Also, I have a rusting issue on the right door, inside the engine bay and at the rear right door. I think Mahindra and Mahindra are using cheap steel to construct their cars or maybe they use low-quality paint. Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                                      I offer my car to general service, during that time i said to change the interior roof light need to change new one.

                                      Service adviser to agree change & in service bill also mentioned as changed & paid cash.

                                      But actually spare not changed.
                                      without inspection vehicle delivery to customer.

                                        Dear Concern
                                        I was totally Not Satisfied with nonprofessional approach of your dealer - Following are my complaints which i want to raise :-

                                        1. I drop my vehicle ( XUV 300 - UP32KX7066 ) on 26th Oct 2020 for body shop work at Narain Automobiles ( Faizabad Road - Lucknow UP ) and received back on 19th Nov 2020 for a small body shop work ( After 25 days ). I was only following your Service Manager - Mr. Anupam @ [protected] and not receiving exact status of my work update.

                                        2. After 25 days when i received my vehicle after so much delay my Vehicle Antenna was missing ( Which was there at the time of dropping on 26th Oct20 ). i waited around 1 hour for the same but it was not found in the service centre and i was ask to leave without Antenna with a promise that they will arrange the same in 2-3 days . Mr. Anupam was on leave and my case was attend by Mr. K K Narian ( Mobile No - [protected] ).

                                        3. Since i have received back my Vehicle, it was noticed that Paint of my vehicle was damaged in various portions.

                                        4. Nobody is giving me any solutions for my complaints that is why today i am writing this to company.

                                        Pls intervene on urgent basis and resolve my issues.
