I have purchased kuv 100 6+ in 2016 model.they provided me two keys.main key got dameged due to poor quality and became useles..then i tookout second key and to mu extreme surprise it was remoteless..which is totally useless.i called all the main officers in their branches and they said another remote key will cost u approx 4000 rs.why they are providing remoteless spare key..if i have to spend another big bucks for key.then i resere ched...

Its been a 5 days and still they have not done a proper service I know in 5 days only 3 are working days ... daily they are calling for car pick when I'm asking for details they are saying that part is not available and it will take time ... I also have more 2 cars with different companies I have never faced this type of issues with them ... no follow up with the customer no update to customer on the service part....

My XUV500 till its 70K service was in very good condition. I regularly get it serviced at your authorized service center Chrome Motors, Mysore Road, Bangalore. Post that service, coolant leakage issue started and I was topping it. When complained to the service engineer, he asked me to drop in service center. Vehicle was with them for over 10 days and the repairs carried out was not satisfactory and draining of coolant continued and there...

A XUV500 car with manufacturing defaults was sold to me, for which I kept on writing emails to Mahindra & after several visits to workshop the problem was not resolved but a tragic incident occurred when they called for a trial of my vehicle and ramped my car into a truck while me sitting at the passenger seat broke my leg, chin, hand sprain & scar in my face. No Airbags Deployed nor ABS worked. Mahindra boast about safety, I give 0 marks....

Please look upon matter we have repaired the vehicle after accident At hoshiarpur on that time vehicle was just one month old in june 2017 . We had drop the vehicle for repair which was estimated about 3 lac, all amount paid at proper tym but as the chassis broken and changed punj auto had punched the chassis no. In irregular way .

I book XUV300 W8 Diesel white AMT model on 13.10.2020 as dealer committed delivery on diwali 15.11.2020. but till date no proper commitment from mahindra delear regarding when vehicle arrived.

also i raise complaint on mahindra customer care but they also not responding. ( compaint no-CF[protected])
now i want vehicle within this month.

kindly resolve my issue urgently.
