Hello sir/mam,
I am Rugwed shelar and I have a mahindra scorpio s10 it was my 3rd free service to . Mahindra I went to GET motors in nerul and my car was taken inside for the job, service advisor made a list of my problem in car and told me to seat in customer lounge and after 5 to 6 hours I got my car.Problem is that paying more than 10000 for service we don't even get to see that what they are doing with our car.job card is written in English so how the mechanic will do the job..Paying money for the service we dont get to know whether the oil are changed or not alignment is done or not, money is taken from us for that.local mechanic do the job infront o[censored]s what ever we want but here we dont know what is going on..I request mahindra to put a screen in customer lounge displaying that what the work is done with our car... Customer is ready to pay more than 10000 but he should get satisfied that the work is done as per the money paid...

Updated by Rugwed Shelar There is no any further action against my complaint from mahindra and mahindra..
People says we should buy a indian manufactured car but who knows that they don't even care about their customers...
Such a big looser company mahindra and mahindra...
I was having a Chevrolet beat car before mahindra scorpio and the difference between these two company is that o sold my Chevrolet but then to they call me and aak me that was any issue in our car that you sold and mahindra a indian brand after filing a complaint there is no response from them...
