I had booked THAR on 2/1/22- Booking Ref. ID. a0Y2u000005LhNFEA0
However even after more than 2 months there was no change in status of my booking (order was not confirmed).So I cancelled the booking as i was not getting any updates from Mahindra. I am unable to understand why Mahindra is deducting 10% as cancellation charges even though you are not able to supply the product and confirm the booking I have made
If Mahindra had confirmed my booking and i had then cancelled it, they could have deducted 10% .My booking was not confirmed(leave aside delivery date), why are they charging customers Was this information helpful? |
