I'm Manish Handa, resident of city Hoshiarpur. Yesterday I had appointment of the service of my Vehicle, Mahindra Thar. While the service was going on, one of the persons doing service broke the Android which was installed inside the vehicle. It was a big loss for me and my Vehicle also, the stress and disappointment I've suffered due to it is immeasurable. When I asked to replace the Android screen, at first, in order to take the money, the manager agreed to get it replaced with a new one, but when I paid the whole amount, they started showing their tantrums and asked me to wait until next day. They were even offering me 3, 000 as a compensation for the loss of 14, 000. When I got there today as per their promise to replace the Android system, they refused to do it. This is the act of shame and disappointment in the name of company. Such disgraceful act can never be expected from such a huge name.

These people are really conmen. They've tortured me to no end. Yesterday in the afternoon, after multiple complaints, they agreed to get the damage fixed and got the Android system fixed, but afterwards, they made another bill in my name for no reason. I paid the whole amount a day prior and had no dues. They restrained me from going outside and harrassed me saying that I won't be given the exit without the payment. I paid approximately 14, 500/- Rupees a day prior, and when they got the screen exchanged, they further made a fake bill of 8, 200/- Rupees with the previous day's date on it. It was clearly fraud. But they threatened me and harrassed me to no end. I was there till 7:15-20 pm in the evening without having even a glass of water. I was forced to pay the amount as they were not letting me exit. These goons deserve strict action and punishment, especially the Senior Manager Naresh Kumar and Relationship Manager Damandeep, otherwise they will keep on doing such acts full of disgust and will keep on looting innocent people.

    Dear All,

    This is to bring to your notice that I had bought Mahindra Bolero Neo - Red from Deem Mahindra, (Trob Auto India (P) Ltd) Near Atul Kataria Chowk; Opposite Airforce Station ; Old Delhi ; Gurgaon Road, Haryana on 26th March 2022 @ 3:09 pm the details are as follows

    Chassis No : MANA2XJXN6B97232
    Complaint No : CF[protected] (Dated 29th March 2022)

    It has been just three days only and today @ 8:00 pm when we wanted to crank the engine, it just refused to crank in.

    So basically it didnt start. Now I fail to believe that a car which is just 3 days old is being faced such an issue. God unwilling if we had gone to a place where there are no networks, no helpline, no assistance, how would we have managed then ??

    All these years of my driving experience have never driven a Made in India product and this is the first time I bought and I regret the same. Worst product management

    Worse is that the RSA helpline number kept on saying that there will be assistance to tow the vehicle every half an hour which never happened & worst they closed the complaint stating that the problem has been resolved.

    Extremely unprofessional & bad service network.

    So I demand a thorough investigation, change of parts/ battery or whatever is required on an immediate basis lest I take this up in a different forum which will be detrimental to the image of the Brand Mahindra OR GIVE ME BACK MY MONIES IMMEDIATELY.

    So, within the next 12 hours I want a resolution so erase the above complaint and yes this is a threat so dont take it lying down.Or it will be splattered in all Social Media platforms

      Hello Dear Team Mahindra
      I have taken the delivery of THAR on 26th August 2021 from AML Motors Ranigunj and Our Executive Jeevan ([protected])After the payment and delivery i realised that they have charged me more than the Ex Showroom price when confronted they asked me to send my Cancelled Cheque for refund of the excess amount and they promised me that the same shall be refunded in 5 working days, To my dismay it still stands pending., Since last few days the Executive Mr Jeevan is making false statement that the cheque will be sent On monday then tuesday etc etc.
      I have already purchased many vehicles from Mahindra 2 Personnel and 32 Commercial Bolero for Cash Vans, I never faced such an irritating situation from AML or Mahindra. I Request the authorities to take early remedial solutions or I shall be forced to take this matter seriously and approach the other statutory department for natural justice and fair practice.Additionally i have uploaded the same email in Mahindra Complaint Portal. Awaiting a positive response along with the extra payment as charged.

          My New Thar Registration Number CH01CC4966 has been sent to subject mentioned service station 3 times for addressing the same issue of leaking Engine Oil. But the issue is still unresolved.
          Every time they retain the vehicle for 2-3 days but the problem is still persisting.
          They don’t deliver the vehicle as committed. Today they have returned the vehicle with mere excuse of not having the requisite parts.
          I’m distressed anticipating the vehicle is faulty if so should be replaced.

            I, Lakshaya Bisht gave my Mahindra THAR to Shiva Auto Cars India Pvt. Ltd., Sahibabad Ind. Area on[protected] and they didn't do any work or any activity regarding my Accidental Mahindra THAR. Since today[protected] i went there and they are saying we are not having any parts so till then we can not repair your THAR, Even they told me, we will repair and give you till[protected].

            I'm attaching a message what they gave me.

            Please help me out regarding in this coz they are not telling me that when they will repair and give me back my THAR.

                  This is to bring to your kind notice that I have booked an XUV300 W6 on 15th Feb’22 in exchange of my old car (DL4C AV9700) along with a cheque of ₹15, 000. We were promised to deliver the car by feb end.

                  The deal that you had offered was not fulfilled, you did not finance the car at the amount that was quoted earlier. You told us to make the complete payment to get the delivery next day. We made sure to make the payment above the amount that was quoted to us but unfortunately we haven’t received the car yet.

                  We are facing a lot of problem without the car and the worst part is that there is not cooperation from your end. I have to travel by ola and auto which is causing a lot of inconvenience to me. I have visited your brand a lot of times and as requested I am not even getting a stand by car for the time being.

                    I have booked XUV 300 W8 Diesel varient on 27th January 2022 with commitment of delivery on 19th February 2022.
                    But, till date from Showroom side I haven't got exact date when my vehicle will be delivered.
                    After 19th Feb., the date given by them was first week of March then 15th March and now they are saying will inform me status about same on 25th March.
                    This is very bad service I got from Mahindra Showroom in Latur, Maharshtra.
                    Also, I had call with customer care and surprisingly they had given again date and asking to contact with showroom.
                    This is very bad service I ever got otherwise I had other choices in month of January.
                    Looking forward for your reply.

                      I have booked Mahindra THAR(LX P MT RED RAGE) on 28th July 2021 from Nexgen Solution Technology Pvt. Ltd, Dibdih fly over, Bypass road Ranchi Jharkhand, 834002 and I was promised to receive my car by 4 months after the booking. I feel ashamed to state to you that I have been harassed by the dealer as since September I have been called by them stating that I would receive my car by the end of the month and it is being continued till this date. First I was offered by the dealer to receive a car from Jamsethpur in the month of September 2021 which was not according to my preference for which I rejected the offer and wanted to wait for my number. Then in October 2021 the Manager Mr. Sandeep Singh sent me a quotation regarding the Car, and I was promised to receive my car by the end of October 2021 on top of that he distributed my number to various banks without taking my consent. This action of him is continuing till today, he repeated the same in February and March. Every month I was being said by them that my car has been dispatched and will reach in 10 – 15 days. This month too I was promised that I would receive the car by the 10th day of this month, but when I connected to them after various trials, I was said that I will receive the car in the month of April, that too is not confirmed by them. I feel that this Showroom is into some Fraudulent activates because whenever I go to meet the Officials I never see one and also I am not been treated wisely by the staffs present there.

                      The dealer may be into some activities like making the delivery of my car to someone else. I feel sorry to state that this experience has ruined my impression of Mahindra I was eagerly waiting to own a Brand new Mahindra as part of my family.

                        Mahindra showroom salesmen said to send booking amount with us The car will be allotted to you so we sent the amount but even if we send the amount he sold it to someone else without our consent…!!!

                          My son and I were using the tractor to lift a log to cut up, when the the right front wheel came off the axle housing. Upon inspection we found there were only 3 bolts on the housing and one was sheared off. There was supposed to be six. I called Mahindr tractor in Tontitown AR where I purchased it spoke to David the man I bought it from he said to call Anderson Mahindra in Mo. They sent a man down to tow it to there shop. That was 3 weeks ago, IV called twice to the service dept, and all I get is they are waiting on parts from Huston TX.

                            He got his car today but I still not getting any information regarding my car

                              Given our Mahindra TUV 300 car for service with Zulaika Motors for the following Complaints :
                              1 - Front Left side door is not closing properly
                              2 - Fog is forming in the front glass which is completely arresting the Drivers view
                              3 - Vehicle Movement is not smooth ..

                              out of 3 issues the 1st 2 issue remains open even after multiple services.. Attached the world class service provided by the Zulaika Motors engineers which is really Ashamed to share with anyone.

                              for the 3rd issue - have sent the vehicle twice to Zulaika motors .
                              1st time they changed some filter & charged Rs.1745 still issue was not resolved.
                              Suddenly car got halted mid of the Road which is disturbed mentally & again spent 2500 rs for Towing unnecessarily for the inefficiency of Zulaika Motors
                              After receiving the Vehicle Zulaika Motors engineers told that having issue in fly wheel, clutch etc.. & charged me rs 37000.
                              Still having the same issue.

                              On top of these issues Window Switch was broken & left the Vehicle without informing to us.

                              Raised my concern directly with Zulaika team, whereas the response is really very Poor & they way they talk is not appreciable.

                              Even i have raised complaint using Hamesha APP, almost it is going to be 1 month No one is responded..

                              Got a call from Zulaika motors customer care executive - the way customer support lady talk is very rude & do not have sense to to manage customers. Really frustrating.

                              Appreciate some senior Mahindra team to escalate it pls.

                                I bought a Mahindra xuv300 W6 sunroof model. When i checked about the car and it’s specification online, it showed that the car comes with an android touch screen music System, but when I visited the showroom at NBS international andheri, I was said that the company has discontinued touchscreen in W6 sunroof model because of some problems, I really want to know why did the company specify online that it comes with a touchscreen music system or was the sales man lying to me..
