Mahindra And Mahindra — mahindra xuv300 (sensor issue) | |||
Sir/madam, I have purchased mahindra xuv300 in may, 2019 (Under reg. No. Jk01ak 0964) and got the delivery from shuhul mahindra, nowgam, srinagar after a long waiting period of four months. After that in november, 2019 i received a letter from your vice president, customer care (Mr. Sanjoy gupta) wherein my vehicle was recalled because it was among the batch of vehicles that had supposedly some manufacturing defect. As directed, i sent my vehicle to my mahindra dealer (Viz., shuhul mahindra) and got the defective part replaced. But eversince i got my vehicle back, i m facing a lot of issues with the vehicle, some of which are enlisted below; 1. The parking sensors and back camera are not working. 2. The wipers are not working on auto mode 3. The windshield water pump is not working. 4. A number of indicator lights keep on flashing on my dashboard frequently. I discussed the issue with my dealer a number of times and sent the vehicle for inspection also, but i have not received any logical reply /service from their end. It seems they are not able to diagnose the issue. Sometimes they say that its a sensor issue while as other times they say some fuse has blown, but are not able to rectify the problem. Kindly look into the matter and take up the issue directly with shuhul mahindra, as they are not paying any heed to my frequent calls and requests. Was this information helpful? | |||
