Hi i am amit kumar i have purchased marrazo car in november. After one month my car brake down the clutch burn out then after i have changed but after one month there is problem in gearbox. I have totally mentally torched about my car because always come problem in my car so i become unsatisfactied in my car if there is any procedure to exachange my car then please contact me Was this information helpful? | |||

I have purchase new bolero with company fited alloy wheel now after four month now alloy is near about damage condition and service center didn't give us positive response and not replace under warranty please provide help

I am Debashish Bhattacharya and I own a Marrazzo. Today I got stuck in middle of highway, had to tow the car to mahindra service centre. There I was told that my clutch has got burned out, cylinder has leaked. Is this the quality of products "Mahindra & Mahindra" is offering, I am having a driving experience of more than 14 Years. Prior to owning "Marrazzo" I owned a "Hyundai" car and for first 6-7 years there was not even a single issue with my Hyundai car, I drove it for more than 85000 KMs without any issue.
At the time of purchasing Marrazzo I held "Mahindra & Mahindra" in high esteem, but after facing these kind of issues where clutch plate gets worn out in just 2 Years, my faith in Mahindra products has diminished.
Kindly inform will I be compensated for this or I will have to bear this expense on my own.
