Today 16.01.2020 i have visited mahindra jagatipotta royal motors work shop, kolkata for 3rd free service of my vehicle tuv 300 t10. Reg no-wb98e955 which was a pre booked service. Yet they can't collate service procedure from morning 9.30 am to evng 5.30 pm. Myself and my family were waiting thirsty, hungry from morning as they assured vehicle will must be handover by 3.30 pm. This service centre under jurisdiction by mr. Mondal-service centre manager and service was doing under supervision by mr. Riju. They only foolish m and cheat m by more than 8000/- amount capture and moreover they did not accomplish job which were free as well as in warranty period like self start motor installation, fuse fixing, water service, cleaning, denting, painting etc just throwing a excuse of not ability of materials etc.
So please i am humbly requesting to you that to give punishment of manager and supervisor as they harrash m by whole day, foolish and cheat by money capture, waste my valuable time, misbehave with a honest customer.

    I would like to bring to the notice of the concerned people in mahindra & mahindra that i have been experiencing sloppy service at the m & m owned service station nbs international. The service in the last couple of times has left lot to be desired.
    In the last service of my vehicle xuv 500 about 15 days back, i had given specific instructions to replace very basic parts which the supervisor conveniently gave a standard reply that the part is not available. And he promised that promised that he would get them replaced in the next 2-3 days. Its been over 15 days i have not got any revert from them. This is not the first time it has happened. I am really fed-up with the casual behaviour of the service staff.

      My car xuv 500 went for service on 10th of january. And it also had some work on bumper. So earlier they told me it will take 3-4 days. But as of now its already been 6 days, and they are just delaying the work with some # excuses. And they were telling me the bumper is already painted just the service is left and then next day they said its not dried yet. But the truth which i got to know today is they have not recieved the new bumper yet. They were just lieing at each point of time. So i am not at all satisfied with the service of mahindra. And also i regret purchasing from mahindra. As they have zero value for customers. They dont even care for customer service. And i swear i wont purchase in future from mahindra as well as i wont recommend mahindra to my family and friends.

      My local service dealer is M/ Naik Motors Kudal. Follow up since last 3 months for service appointment but till date no reply for your service centre.
      Vehicle daily running is around 150 kms.

          Respected sir,
          I've been working for the past two years in mahindra cars. My vehicle retail will be an average of 3 to 4 per month. I've done 6 vehicles retail for the past month. Jain car's sales manager praveen kumar and digital manager p. Rajesh have cornered me. One of the customers called dr. Murugesh booked a vehicle (Xuv 300 w8 diesel white colour) have asked ₹5, 000 additional cash offer. Both the digital manger and sales manager have refused to give the amount and also asked asm aishwarya nair. None of them took care about it. The customer complained about this to the mahindra but no action has taken. The customer cancelled the booking. The digital manager assigned the other customer called lenin (Mrc enquiry_enq29b993069) later so as to corner me and the enquiry was stated as taken by the showroom and also made me transfer to kanchipuram. So, please take the necessary actions at the earliest.

            We have purchased mahendra xuv 300 w8 optional dated july 13, 2019 from rajendra auto wheel service centre, itawah up, we are facing a big trouble in starting the car since purchase, we get repair 4 times from rajendra auto wheel service centre and one time from firozabad service centre, up but after all our car couldn't get repaired till now, we are not satisfied yet.
            Your car service engineer were failed to repair the car till now.
            So we would like to replace the car finally.
            We don't like services of rajendra auto wheel service centre.

C was in complete condition when car was handed over to workshop but when i received it on 4rth day a. C was in dead condition, i complained several times to workshop but they didn't give any proper response,

                I have been facing a recurring issue of corrosion since the last 1.5 years. I have taken the vehicle 3 yrs back.

                After repeatedly complaining and patch work painting being done, still the corrosion is a repeated issue that i am facing.

                I have mysel[censored]sed my earlier car for 9 years without such issues. Added to this there are atleast two other cars in our society - a maruti wagonr and a tata - xeta which are being used by the owners for more than 11 years and without any corroding issue.

                I would like to have my car body replaced as i feel the material being used for car body is sub-standard.

                My xuv500 has was services twice for the same problem.
                Rs 60, 000 was paid to the Mahindra.
                Problem still not solved.
                No response from mahindra team yet.
                Its been 2 months since the car was delivered.

                    I purchased one scorpio from shree tirupati auto, city showroom aacharya nagar, kanpur on 1st december 2019 but immediately i realized that mic of audio system (Nippon) provided in vehicle is not working and complained the same to showroom head mr sarvendra tiwari who sent us to nippon autherised service center in kanpur after 1 hour of diagnosis they come out with the surprise that there is no mic in the audio system of scorpio while in the nippon audio user manual provided in the vehicle it's bluetooth audio system by which you can dial and receive call.

                    I called up mahindra withyouhamesha helpline twice but they closed the complaint without any resolution. Now showroom and mahindra both are not entertaining the customer as they got the full payment this is disgusting and fraud with customer by mahindra and shri tirupati auto showroom.

                    Not yet resolved. Mahindra team contacted me on 10 jan 2020 just to listen me but No assurance no resolution, no update since then.
                    i also purchased an scorpio s7 in november 2019 from vc motors kanpur. to my surprise they really do not provide mic with s7 varient. you may want to check it in another s7 in the showroom. as far as i know mic is not there.
                    Mahendr Scorpio S7 Doesn't Come with Mic and circuitry is missing from stereo

                    Stereo Having all working features for calling but not having mic and related circuit

At time of delivery i got the scretch and dent at dront right door on my car with cutter polished. When i say this with service advisor, he said to me that the scretch is alredy present on the car.. But i can't understand that after washing how cutter polish present on scratch.

                        I said i dont want this car i want latest manufacture Vehicle..Later he was like Already we gave discount thats why U got month of july Vehicle..they didn’t inform before that they giving 6 months back vehicle..Its a crime ur playing with premium customers, I want latest manufacture car soon, i dont know whats hapeening with Mahindra
                        I didn’t celebrate New year properly
                        Solve this problem Soon..otherwise i wll take action against You people

                          I am suyash an owner mahindra xuv 300.

                          In november company recalled my xuv to service center korba (C. G) for updation. But when i recieved my vehicle it got a big cut in the left rear tyre.
                          I have immediatly contacted the service adviser and he recalled the vehicle for inspection and collected the damaged tyre. After inspection they are asking me to pay almost 16% as they were saying tyre got runned 16%, so i have to pay them. But why should i pay if i gave ok condition tyre to service center and recive the damaged one.

                            I have taken xuv500 in nov 2017 from kochi tvs.
                            The main complaint is while trafic jam clutch can apply intervel several times
                            Tll the free movements on road. So, the clutch immediatly go down and
                            Simultaniously vehicle cant move without clutch for another 45 minuts, after that the pedal will be the moving stage. Several times having the same bitter experinces.3 months back visited your dealer pothens aluva, they changed mass cilinder kit. Agin last month had same experince. On 28 th dec 2019 contacted you, somebody informed me thay our rep will call you witin 2 days.
                            Till now no such response,... Iam in need to get either get immidiate solutions

                              Booked for marazzo in madurai kappalur showroom as per the december offer. Till now not ready to deliver the car, even the loan sanctioned in my bank. Wb02t4068 (As per vit - model no: scorpio bs2 turbo2.6dx-2wd9s, chassis no: ma1ta2bdc 42k83240, engine no: bd44k53121) for their private use from your dealer star india agencies, 1a, nazar ali lane, kolkata - 700019 (Bill no. Veh/476/04-05, dated 10.01.2005).
                                Kindly note that, the above mentioned suv (Private car) has completed 15 years and produced before pvd kolkata, beltala, west bengal for c/f (Renewal of registration), under application no. Wb[protected] dt: 27.11.2019. But pvd kolkata has rejected c/f and served a notice arising discrepancies about the actual seating capacity of the said private suv car.
                                We have contacted with star india agency (Kolkata br.) describing the notice which has served by pvd kolkata but you above dealer strongly refused to help us nothing to overcome this unwanted situation.

                                  poor service from eram motors kasaragod

                                  I gave my kuv 100 (Kl-60-k-5003) for 40k service to eram motors kasaragod. The service cost estimated was 6500 rupees. And evening i got a message to my mobile that 8400 + tax is the total amount. Ok fine there can be a fluctuation can happen from estimated amount and original amount. When i reached the show room and customer representative told me that the amount will be 11000 again i said its ok. And again he calculated in the system then...

                                  I m using your car model tuv 300 last 3 to 4 yers., last month 25 nov 19 my car servicing in your authorized service center mss. M. M. Vora. This service is fully paid service. I m paid my side full payment in office. One fault defined him than i can explain my car problem and your mechanic check my car his defined. But till date not solve my problem. He say part is not available in mahindra company than i soaked because multi brand company to be not provide some parts in service center. U tell me very long time pending my car issue. (After 1 month and 10 days) my car taker mr nilesh. Many time i called service center but not replay me.

                                    Wrong information regarding cibil score by navin gm of hare krishna taken token amount 25 thousand.. After lots of wrong commitment for eligibility rejected my loan and returned only 20 thousand only after 20 days... Mr. Navin says 5000 deducted for cancellation which i have not done.
                                    He seems to be sick person he started abusing me with bad words and blocked my calls and messages he don't want to interact or give proper resolution to customer. When i asked hin for my balance 5 thousand. He said he will not give in any circumstances.

                                    I have never seen such a pathetic service from any car showroom. No one explains nothing.
                                    Not worth of any star
                                    It's not the company or showroom problem it's the problem and people like navin who spoils the name of hard earned names of hare krishna
