We called Mahindra road side assistance to get our vehicle fixed differential Noise (Shaft) problem on dated 16.11.2021.We had to literally beg and shout to let ourselves hear but till date our problem has not been solved .We are very disappointed with your service. We are calling your service center but they are responding rigidly and they behave like they don't care for customers and customers have not any other choice.
Even after so many follow-ups, they don't pick up the call and respond positively. which made our whole experience with Mahindra and Mahindra go bad. They opened our vehicle and from here we are calling again and again by telephonic but no response from them.
