Mahindra And Mahindra — Part changed fraudulently, Spares Parts Unavailable

I own a Quanto and had opted for extended warranty which lasted till last December. I have always taken my vehicle to a Mahindra authorised service Centre for periodic servicing, running repairs and accidental repairs. And I have a service record with bills to prove my point.

This time when I took my car for serving at Shiva Mahindra Sahibabad for service, I was told that the Engine Oil Chamber has multiple plugs fixed with M-seal and needs replacement. This came as a big surprise to me as to who had fixed the Oil Chamber with M-seal and why would I do that since I had already subscribed to extended warranty PLUS I have always got my vehicle serviced from authorised workshops periodically and as per schedule AND moreover there was never ever any complaint related to Oil Chamber leakage. Prima Facia, It appears that the Oil Chamber was fraudulently replaced in my car during one of the visits for servicing.

Despite all this bungling, I told the workshop to go ahead with necessary replacements. Now the irony is that it has been 6 days today and the car has been lying at the workshop allegedly for non-availability of Oil chamber in their stock. And I have been informed that it will take another 10-12 days for the part to arrive from Pune.

So, in nutshell, I am being victimised, both monetarily, mentally and physically (I have to run around on my two-wheeler in the scorching heat) for no fault of mine.
