[Resolved]  Mahindra And Mahindra — poor service from eram motors kasaragod

I gave my kuv 100 (Kl-60-k-5003) for 40k service to eram motors kasaragod. The service cost estimated was 6500 rupees. And evening i got a message to my mobile that 8400 + tax is the total amount. Ok fine there can be a fluctuation can happen from estimated amount and original amount. When i reached the show room and customer representative told me that the amount will be 11000 again i said its ok. And again he calculated in the system then he told final amount is 14736. I really shocked from 6500 estimation to 14736. Its really shock and when i check my vehicle it was not done the servicing properly. I see the left side screw was missing inside the car and i asked the representative and he told me that they do not have spare for the same. At least they should have a manners to inform the customer about these things. Then i checked detailed then i see that my back side seat belt is broken also i gave it for maxicare premium interior enhancement system which cost 1439. But they have not done it properly and i questioned this then the fellow told since its end of the year people might busy we will do it for next time. But i already paid the bill including 1439. Also i was taken extended warranty with amount 13000 in last year when i went before expiring for back door was not working then they said they do not have spare. Now this time i asked then they said extended warranty is got over.
