Hi Team Mahindra,

I was Proud Owner of Mahindra XUV 700 AX5 ( Manual Transmission) which was bought by me on 10th of Feb but unfortunately my proud was shattered when same was towed by Crain due to some issues.
On dated 09th March late night while reached at home all of sudden car Engine was off & despite of multiple efforts car was not started. I called up 24X7 Road assistance & Engineer reported in the Morning & did entire Car check up & could not found any fault & mentioned same need to be towed @ nearest Work Shop only than issue could be diagnosed.
I was entirely helpless as My Brand New Car which even didn't get the Permanent No was Towed ( Pictures attached).
Vehicle was kept 02 Days & 01 night @ the workshop & later I was conveyed that due to some fault in relay, car was malfunctioned which has been resolved now.
My only Query what level of Quality assurance Mahindra carries & delivers where Car gets faulty just under 01month however it was driven only 1717 Kms.
I have been communicated by Workshop that Car has been thoroughly checked up based on the Company Parameters & even car was driven almost 80Kms for inspection purpose which cost almost Rs1000/ considering the high Petrol Rates.
Though This cost wont be painful if this meets up the service standards of Mahindra but yes not a Great experience with Mahindra in terms of Quality assurance as when you buy Car of 19.50Lakhs & within a month vehicle visits workshop due to Mechanical Fault.
Hoping & wishing my further experience goes fine with my Beast.
