The service centre is not at all helping us regarding our vehicle which we purchased. There was a instrument cluster damage since we bought the car. After that we went to centre to claim our warranty they are saying that warranty is lapsed and all that baseless things which are not at all satisfactory.

    I have bought Mahindra Bolero Neo N10 which is the top option for the model. As per the advertisement and the broucher they are supposed to give me the Mahindra own entertime ment system with mahindra logo and the vehichle details listed. with Anroid auto etc. But when teh vehichle delivered to me they just given a Kenwood system whichis not having anroid auto nor any way to mirror the mobile atleast. Just a dummy peice which can be conneted via bloothooth only. When i raised complaint to teh Mahindra branch and to customer supprt they just didnt answered and closed teh ticket

      Dear Mahindra and team,

      This mail is regard to inform you that your staff and service is so pathetic as i booked XUV300 w8 optional from your Inderprastha delhi show room. Whole day i was fighting with loan team of my bank to realise the car and everything got sort but in the evening around 6:45 your store manager has refused to release my car due to some number plate issue.
      First of all since morning no one informed me regarding this matter and at the time of delivery we found that We can’t take our car.
      My concern is only that your store manager don’t have that courtesy To face us and tell the issue as he was aware that we were having very aggressive conversation with all sales team but still he didn’t came out as we asked to call him but still he didn’t showed up because for him we were only a customer who was taking of car of rs 16 lakh.
      This is 2nd time that i was taking car from same showroom.
      I am least least interested with Mahindra family.

      As a store manager I think its a manager duty to clam down the customer and listen to them .

      This kind of service and behaviour is really not acceptable. I am deputy branch manager so i know what the exact duty of a manager.
      Your all staff didn’t say sorry even.

      *very very shameful service and behaviour of staff*

        I am facing starting trouble in TUV T8.
        Sometimes vehicle doesn't start and make heavy vibration and knocking sound.
        This is I think common problem with many o[censored]sers of TUV.
        Moreover this is not due to battery cause it mostly doesn't happen in morning.

        Today on 01.03.2022 it happens after driving more than 100 km and stopping.

        Can anyone suggest what to be done

          Dear Sir/Madan

          In Nov 2021, i have bought Scorpion S5 From your Ludhiana Dealership.

          They have Delivered me a denting car, there are 4 Dents on Roof, even they have forcefully sold Accessories.

          After to many Reminders and Request they have responded to me.

          On there request i have visited Ludhiana dealership, but thr Staff has Wasted my time.

          On Puneet Sharma (Sales Manager Mahindra) request i have visited Amritsar Dealership, where they checked my car and provided solution for Fog light issue. And also Examined the dents, as per Amritsar it was pre delivery or At the time of roof rail/Spioler Deployment.

          In all above isssues, its a clear failure of PDI team. When i have called Puneet Sharma that please check CCTV recording you will find all the Answers, he haven't checked and he is invloved with the Dealer.

          Even your partner had has Charged 1500 for Temporary Number which actually cost rs 300.

          Aside to this i have the Issue with your Customer care, MD & Regional Heads, no one has replied to my email till Date.

            I bought Mahindra That from Dee Emm Gurgaon Showroom. The Vehicle was delivered to us on 23rd Feb’22 at 5.30PM. After delivery while going back to home from Showroom and screeching noise was observed while pressing/releasing acceleration Pedal.
            We immediately went back to Showroom and our vehicle was inspected. Upon inspection the issue was acknowledged and we were told to come back to Service center next morning on 24th Feb’22. After inspection of Vehicle by technician and their manager, no one was able to resolve the issue or give us root cause for the same. Upon this we requested for vehicle replacement, upon which Mr. Manish from Dee Emm showroom says, they cannot as Tax has already been deducted. This is so frustrating and unethical from Mahindra’s side.
            it is my intention that if the issue is being face in the new vehicle, it would be best that either the same be replaced or the amounts spent by me in purchase, registration, insurance, and hypothecation be refunded to me and the vehicle taken back.
            If this is not resolved then I will file the case in Consumer court.

            Defect in new vehicle of Mahindra and Mahindra. Unable to solve the issue by the service provider. Within a warranty period company neither response nor repair the issue. Very poor service of Mahindra. Shame

              I am owner of tuv 300 T10. Its one rear tyre spins even on rough surfaces makes the vehicle unable to move. I have captured videos of such events for evidence purpose. I complained with the mahindra service but they told me we can't do anything about it.

                My XUV-500 Mahindra with service KL31J2109 Meridian Moto- Pathanamthitta- Kerala state
                My jeep serviced on 1st jan 2022, with uncompleted almost paying 15, 000 INR . The engine indication was still after service and service Rep has been said they don't have parts and once parts arrive they will call. Being As customer/Owner with indication of engine how can be drive, so the XUV is my car porch last 44 days, no respond from concern Rep after multiple follow-up.
                Another bad experience, during service I have paid 2000 INR for to get replacement key with 30 days promise. still awaiting with poor respond or not responding

                  For same vehicle same service my friend paid RS - 500 only
                  They have charged me 4x.

                    I have a 2021, 2655 still under warranty with 60 hrs on it. It died while I was using it so I checked the antifreeze and couldn’t see any, upon further inspection I found it was in the crank case. I took it to a Mahindra dealership and they were unable to find how it got there after several test. They said it was not covered under warranty because it got hot; it got hot because the antifreeze leaked out into the oil but they can’t find why it happened. Can you help me? The dealership informed me they will put back together what they’ve taken apart and start over to run more test I will be out of pocket over$2400.00. I’m very proud to own a Mahindra tractor but I’m disappointed that I was told what ever is causing the problem is not covered under warranty. Thank you dissatisfied customer right now.

                      I have booked above xuv on 07/10/21 with reference no. (otf22R000410), but when I search in January 22 the delivery date on net it shows August 22 but now the agency ask me to take delivery in February, 22. But I am unable to take delivery due to some family unavoidable circumstances & fund crunch . I have a dream of having this xuv, but I am unable to take delivery before 04/04/22.
                      So you are humbly requested to please postponed the delivery to Ist week April, 22.
                      I will highly appreciate your cooperation in this regard.

                          Dear Sir,
                          I have purchased a new car in the month of October 2021. Only 3300 KM were covered by a new car so far. In the month of November i faced a problem that the car was unable to start the same was informed to the concerned dealer. It was informed to me that there is a problem in the battery and the same was replaced by the dealer bu the problem remains the same. After sometime the same issue occurred again and battery was replaced 3 more times but the issue not resolved.
                          It is car that a faulty car was delivered to me by your authorized dealer. In the light of above you are requested to intervene in this matter and please return my hard earned money as i dont have trust in Mahindra & Mahindra any more.

                          The dealer had called and collected the faulty XUV 300 from me but till date they have not informed me about anything. I had to call them several times to inquire about my car. But every time they had the same reply that our technicians are looking into the matter. This complaint is the last chance to Mahindra & Mahindra to replace my faulty car or refund my complete payment along with compensation for harassment caused to me, otherwise I will be compelled to initiate legal proceedings.

                            Hi, my name is Jitender jakhar . I booked xuv700 on 21 October 2021. Dealer promise me to deliver the car in December but they can't. Then they assured me for January, February. But still they can't. So now I want to cancel my booking, they are not cancelling it and not refunding my money.

                              I use xuv300 w8(O) 2019, diesel manual transmission from the past 3 years, and driven only 28k kms, I experience reverse engine oil compression and when checked with the service dealer they claim it's normal for xuv300, they also say even the new vehicles has this issue

                              I'm unable to dispose this vehicle due to this reason amd there are no takers

                              Please advise ASAP

                                Vehicle Number TS08UH4980 MAHINDRA Marazzo taxi troubling with gear box issue
                                Went service centre Uppal branch, hyderabad.
                                They telling 2 services missing in regular service vehicle doesn't come under warranty .
                                Last month service done 65000kms Now
                                vehicle runned 72, 000 kms vehicle model 2020 march. Due to corona my vehicle seized mahindra finance after release vehicle troubling.

                                Its manufacturing defects of gear box.
                                This is Not only mine vehicle issue all mahindra marazzo vehicle getting same issues of gear box and cluth plate.

                                Kindly do the needful.

                                  My tractor is at the Mahindra dealership to be looked at because antifreeze is leaking into the oil. The dealership is telling me they cannot find why this is happening, they have run several test and all appears to be fine. Can you tell me if anyone has had this problem before?
                                  And if it is under warranty? I’ve never had this problem before, all it is used for is mowing and moving dirt. It is not abused in anyway. I’m very proud to own a Mahindra I just need some answers and my tractor back.

                                    I want share my experience of trying to purchase Mahindra XUV 700 from PPS motors bangalore church street. Initial experience first time when I visited the showroom the customer experience was really good. It is a very new showroom at very prime location in bangalore. The sales team was really good gave me a lot of information about the vehicle & arranged for test drive as well. Form there on my point of contact was Mr. Dayanand from sales team. I was so impressed with the vehicle, customer support & reliability of Mahindra I decided to book the vehicle. I called up Mr. Dayanand from PPS motor and confirmed to him for the booking. The process was fairly simple & easy. I was very excited & happy to book XUV 700 Luxury pack petrol Automatic. They had informed me I had to wait for 5-6 months for the vehicle which I was ok with.After 2 days I get a call from Mr. Dayanand from PPS motors saying he has a vehicle white Colour which was booked by someone else and they cancelled the booking, if I wish then can allot me the vehicle. I was super excited & said I am ok with it. Then he informed me the vehicle is in Vizag with our sister concern organisation & we have drive down the vehicle from Vizag to Bangalore. I agreed to it. After a week I received an email from PPS motors saying your vehicle has arrived to bangalore with all the vehicle details mentioned & kms covered from Vizag to Bangalore. Mr. Dayanand called & fixed an appointment with me for (PDI) pre delivery inspection at 4:00pm. I was on time for the PDI at the showroom. It was 6:00 pm and vehicle had still not reached the showroom. While I was waiting at the showroom I met Mr. Balu who is the Manager at PPS motors a fine gentlemen who guided me with lot of details. After waiting for 4.5hrs the vehicle arrived to showroom at 8:30pm. I was already upset with the delay. They asked me inspect the vehicle in dark which I refused to & then they got the vehicle inside that is where everything changed. THE VEHICLES FROM BUMPER HAD MAJOR SCRATCH, REAR DEFUSER HAD BROKEN, SCRATCHES ON THE MIRROR, THE SEAT WERE DIRTY NO WHERE THERE WAS PLASTIC PROTECTION in the vehicle. It was a PROPER USED CAR nobody in their correct sense would purchase this car. They had no answer to questions. Mr . Balu the manager apologised and that’s it. Mr .Dayanand from sales team was not even apologetic about any of this !! SUCH A BIG FRAUD TRYING TO SELL ME A USED VEHICLE OR MAYBE TEST DRIVE VEHICLE. I was so depressed I have no words to explain

                                        I have booked mahindra treo SFT from Ali engineering workshop, Udaipur Tripura on 31/01/2022 the dealer promised the vehicle delivery date by 4th, 15th and 20th Feb, but he fail. I am fed up and frustrated and cant wait that longer, I called the dealer to cancel my booking and refund the money but he refuse to refund my money, what steps should i take now? Please guide me. Looking for positive response
