I have booked a car XUV300 W8 petrol model from Hare Krishan Classic Car Cares Pvt Ltd, Mulund, Mumbai in the month of Aug-2020, the sales person Mr. Jagdish was behind me for booking the car, i didn't went to see car & ON online in FT cash link he sent i book the car for 10, 000/- & then in 2 weeks in paid again 12000/- respectively but after 1 month due to lockdown & unavoidable circumstances i asked them to cancel the car but then they started ignoring me & i went to their showroom for near about 4-5 times & now after 4 months they paid the amount but i was shocked to see that they paid ONLY 50% i.e. Rs. 11, 571/- when i asked them they informed that it is their standard practice they charge 10, 000/- + FT cash transaction charges deduction in paid amount.But at the time of booking it was NOT INFORMED to me or any time in discussion with sales person so completely fooled the customer.So conclusion is they should pay the complete amount of booking amount as i asked them to cancel the car in 1 months time..secondly their managers, sales person are hopeless they only say what they have been teached by their management.pathetic and useless completely..I will never recommend to our colleagues or family members to purchase car of Mahindra because of such dealers who don't have the sympathy with the customer.
