I raised complaint regarding engine temperature of my kuv 100 k4 diesel at guntur pioneer on 14.06.2017 morning and sended vehicle for checkup. They given vehicle back by evening and they informed all is working fine. After that we drived vehicle from guntur to hyderabad, and from there to nagpur after driving up to adilabad approximately 300km engine getting over heating and its showing 6 points in temperature meter and ac is cutting off for 3 to 4 min from there itself we called guntur pioneer showroom and forwarded snaps also to them of six points & the same ac is also disconnecting. They have a dout that fan is not working properly thats why engine is getting heated. When i came back from nagpur to hyderabad i given vehicle at vvc moters kukatpally on 27.06.2017 @ 29445km i informed these all problems to them also they checked vehicle for two days they raised dout on ac thermostat and they changed after that also ac is getting cut off some times. Regarding overheating of vehicle in vvc they also raised dout on fan for clearing this dout that time they docent have part avl. They informed that they raised indentent on 28.06.2017 for part and it will avl in 3 to 4 days. After waiting of 4 weeks i docent got any response from vvc moters i called pioneer guntur on 28.06.2017. They informed that they will arrange the part by monday. On tuesday 01.07.2017 i given vehicle at pioneer for replacing fan @ 33168km meter reading when i given vehicle for part replace. After replacing part they done testing and they given vehicle back to me @ 33180km approximately. When i am coming back to home at 33204 @ 40 to 80 km speed approximately after 20 km drive again temperature meter is going high to 5 points. I found that again temperature is going high (If i am going 40to 80km for 20 km temperature is going to 5 points so problem is there it self regarding this i forwarded watsapp msg & informed to guntur pioneer) please suggest what can i do how many times i will take my vehicle to showroom with same problem how many places.
I have maruti wagon r i drived my wagon r for 89000km in 13 months max km i drived in one sitting is 800 km from vijayawada to nagpur i docent face any problem with wagon r, why kuv is getting lot of problems. Either it is failure model which is launch without proper testings please confirm.
