Hello,

I have booked mahindra kuv 100 on 28th june 2017 & the same was get delivered to me on 17th july 2017 with out govt register number which suppose to be there on number plate. As per the communication it was suppose to get delivered at the time of car delivery.

I have contacted with the mahindra authorized center "mohan motor business pvt ltd" at kolkata several time however they are taking time on daily basis but still the same is pending. Already 1 month over still they are not responding and giving excuse of motor vehicles.

    Sir. Just 3 months before i purchased new mahindra maxi truck maxima plus bearing registration number ka17d 0368... Vehicle was moving to davangere via laxmeshwar, haveri, rannebenur and davangere... My driver called me at time 4pm on 2/8/2017... Informed me vehicle get raising... Then he stooped vehicle... He examined and again he started vehicle... Vehicle unable to move... I had rsa.. I informed them and ask to toe the vehicle to nearest showroom...in haveri. Sir may i know wat was the reason to be failure of

      My thar was given for repairing. At first they told that they will finish the work and return the vehicle in 2 weeks. Now it has took 1 and a half month. And now when i am asking they are saying that parts haven't reached. It will take 2 more weeks to get the parts. What is this which service center will take more than 2 months to repair a vehicle.

          This is to informe you that my car kuv100 k8 (As 01 bx 4804) model was handover to mahindra center, assam motors, tinsukia, assam on the date of 1 may 2017 for reappearing.
          Dur to assam motors poor service, my car still laying at assam motors workshop. Now 3rd month running from the date of handover.

          Is this the service you (Mahindra) are given for customer?

          Hi team,

          I have logged a complaint for my scorpio car which has issue with headlight getting covered with fogg automatically. So i took my vehicle to nearest service center g3 motors (Dombivali) but they are saying issue cannot be resolved and if this needs to be resolved then i have pay for new headlight.

          Now my concern is that my car is in warranty period and still why i need to pay for this? I did many follow-up on call but no luck.

          I was planning to extend my warranty with mahindra but if this is the case what is the use of warranty and why should i extend if i am not getting things resolved in warranty.

          Request you to please take a look and get my headlights changed in warranty.

          Using Tuv 300 - HR 51 BJ 9328 since last 1 year. In th month of Jun'17, car gets 3rd service done from Prime Automobile in faridabad. After the seervice i am facing below 2 problems.

          1. Pickup timing issue while changing gears no 2 and 4.
          2. Gears getting stuck and car stop immediately. Every time needs to restart the car.

            Last july 3rd i gave my mahindra xuv500 for servicing at eram motors calicut, with for a regular 40000 servicing and with tyre pressure issues, my back seat folder lever failure, apolsthery work, the rear video screen problem.in 2 days i get my car back upon inspection my back seat lever issue was not addressed and the tyre pressure was not looked at. I withheld from receiving my car asked the pick and drop man to take the car back to settle the pointed issue. After one month i get a call from eram motors saying the the work got over. I asked them to send the car but it seems they had no driver. The next day also they didnt care to respond. Today the person calls up and says as the car was lying idle for a month the battery had failed and they had to keep the car on till afternoon so fuel got over. And insisted that i had to pay for the fuel. Around night 7.00pm i get my car back, it was very disappointing to find that after service with its rear tyre was punctured and the key rubber bush torn. It took 1 month to get my car back after service for the reason of a spare part change.

              मैंने पिछले साल 28 अक्टूबर २०१६ में न्यू स्कार्पियो s2 लिया था जो अभी वारंटी प्रियेड में चल रहा है लेकिन महिंद्रा के स्टाफ यूजर चार्ज ले रहे है जिससे हम आपकी सर्विस से दुखी है इसी तरह से मेरे सामने एक कस्टमर को मेरे सामने एक छोटे पार्ट का बहोत ज्यादा विथ आउट बिल चार्ज लिया गया इसलिए हम चाहते है की स्टाफ पर कार्यवाही करे नही तो मुझे मज़बूरी में कंजूमर कोर्ट में शिकायत करना पड़ेगा

              I had taken the new Scorpio s2 di last year on October 28, 2016, which is currently under warranty process but the staff of Mahindra is taking charge from the user, so that we are unhappy with your service. In this way a customer in front of me has a small part in front of me There was a lot of out-billing charges for charging, so we do not want to take any action on the staff, otherwise I will have to complain in a consumer court.

                  This is complain about customer service poor rating.
                  My name is vinay kumar. Iv'e purchased a bolero in march 17 in just 3 months car's clutch plates has defected. And service center charged for it during warranty period.
                  Iv'e purchased new bolero again and same problem faced in just two months.

                  Iv'e called 10 and more times every time there was no satisfied answer and call was disconnected again and again without resolving problem.
                  Please help me as soon as possible. I think there is very good name n fame of mahindra but it's really harrased me from your side.

                    I had used the car service of jay kumar arun kumar pvt ltd meerut mahindra service. On 4-july-2017

                    They create a bill of 22, 020 of head gass kit. But the main issue in my car was heating. Mr neeraj was a service adviser in service center, he was enetertain my car service. He told me that head gas kit will change and your car issues will resolved but all are waste. I dont know genuinely they were worked on my car or not. Because after repairing my car make loud noise of turbo and consuming the oil.
                    When i talk to g manager of service center mr naresh he suggest me drop your car and we will manage. My car was idle in service center for 10-15 days. After 10-15 days they call me and said your car is ok now.
                    But we are facing the same problem. When i coming meerut to delhi my car engine was sees near raj nagar ext. On road. As a consumer i am facing extreme problem because of mr naresh and their mechanics. And when i complaint to mr naresh they told me drop ur car again we will repair but we will charge again.

                    I request to you please refund my money. I dont want to work on my car from jay kumar arun kumar pvt ltd meerut mahindra service. Its my 2nd chance.

                      My vehicle is giving regular issues.
                      And i am taking the vehicle to m/s harbir automobile pvt ltd, chandigarh for rectification but without any lasting solution.
                      Vehicle is still under warranty.
                      The present issue is of malfunctioning of rear windows, the vehicle without any command starts rolling down the glasses.
                      During my last visit which is on record with harbir automobile the vehicle was handed over to me after 4 days after rectification for this issue but again today it is giving same problem.
                      Today is the last day of warranty and my worry is more acute this time.
                      Need your immediate help in sorting out this issue.

                      They told that car ll give 23kmpl but my car is getting 13kmpl, I feel they cheated me and Iam feeling bad as I could not able to maintain the car with low mileage
                      Hi my kuv100 diesel one year old, done with two free services, still Iam getting 12km mileage with AC in city roads. Poor mileage .

Same problem shows to infinity auto links on[protected]. They sent tiers for inspection to bridgestone india pvt. Ltd. They give stupid and not satisfatcory answer.                           I bought thar in september 2016 from ci mahindra, bhopal. They actually torture their customers. It has not even completed a year n i have visited the showroom/ service centre/ workshop n still it has not been repaired. From starting i am facing various problems in my car. They are just basic problems like ac noise, water blockage in monsoon, etc. But when i tried to explain my situation to mangers, directors they just ignored. And when i contacted the owner then his reply was just unacceptable, he said "mere pass 55 lakhs ki bmw hain but toh bhi main apni car bar bat service centre nahi le jata n agar apne jyada bola toh apki car mae jo bacha hain vo bhi nahi bachega". I also have the audio with me. This kind of behaviour is not acceptable from a global brand like mahindra. I hope you will consider this matter very seriously and the issues will be solved.

                            Please resolve the deffective scorpio mp07-cb-8008 problem pending with m/s royal automobiles private limited, shivpuri link road, gwalior from last one month i. E. 04.07.2017, the above vehicle has been stolen by the thieves on 01.07.2017 and thereafter it has been found on 03.07.2017 and we have entered the vehicle in royal automobiles workshop on 04.07.2017, the locking system has been distroyed by theieves and workshop manger is saying the locking system will be resolved from pune but still till date the problem has not been resolved. So please do the needful so we can get the vehicle from the workshop,. We have also submitted the police fir copy, thana incharge report and court vehicle handover receipt with the workshop manager on 09.07.2017.

                              I have purchased my vehicle in the month of februray 2017. Since the date of purchase i am facing a lot of problems in my car. First, the steering wheel was not in right position i was facing a lot of problem due it as my car was moving towards one side. Secondly aftr my first service my car directly droped its average to 9kmpl from 12-13kmpl. When i gave my car to the service center workers fir reparing it tbe service center workers had an accident with my car and my right side rear bumper was damged with my reverse parking sensor still not working.
                              After all this i have faced a very dangerous problem which is my sterring wheel and brakes got jammed as a belt from engine rollers got down automatically.

                                I had booked a test drive four months before from shiva automobile for a xuv500 and wanted to see the new colour but after four months still i am not getting a response for them. I had asked the respecentive today and he said that colour u will not be ablable to see until u make an advance and book a vechile. I had a serious problem with them in 2013 when i took a delivery of my full and ur area manager came and took action and then after a big problem i had to take the delivery but still mahindra o falling to satisfy customers. Why is it dealer complying us to book before a test drive of the vechile. Has the noms of mahindra changed or what. I being in mahindra for nearly 27 years and am still using my 9 vechile from mahindra and still i do not get response for mahindra dealers. Actually what is happening to mahindra. Why are they keeping this kind is dealer around and spoiling ur name.in karur their is no proper response in shiva automobile. Please make a response person to take to my contact no [protected]. And please don't ever comple a customer to buy it ur vechile it's ur cutie to provide us with test drive even though we don't buy ur vechile. Please don't spoil it name mahindra we love it vechile and still using ur vechile.

                                  kuv100 wiper issue

                                  And the motor or wiper has stopped working
                                  I showed it to company service centre
                                  They said it will come in 8 days
                                  Its 15 days now
                                  And no action is taken
                                  From last 15 days i am travelling from public transport ola or uber
                                  As it is rainy season and in such season travelling without car is much hectic.
                                  Kindly resolve my issue asap

                                  Mahindra bolero purchased on january 2017.ac not working. I go to nearby mahindra service centre. They check my car and fault come out ac pipe line leakage. Part which comes in warranty and not working not available in stock. Mahindra service center was saying part will be available in 10 to 12 days. Now according to mahindra i have to drive my new bolero without ac in this 42°celsius. This is very bad and frasrating
