I'm Nomesh Agrawal from Jaipur and I bought XUV 700 from KS Motors MI Road Jaipur on 12th May 2022.
Model Number AX5.
As per stated model number it doesn't give us a reverse camera in this segment. So for the sake of this problem we bought one from your in-house store.
It's very surprising for me to assess the quality of the camera. There's a huge difference between the in-built camera and the camera you installed. I paid approx. 5000rs for the camera and I got a very cheap quality pixel camera. What kind of quality standards are we maintaining in terms of additional accessories? If you're buying a car worth Rs. 20Lakhs approx., you at least expect some quality standards in accessories too. The pixels are shattered and dreadful. (Find the attached file)
How many times do I have to visit to your store for such a non-sense thing!
it takes time, fuel and everything. I was actually a proud owner of XUV 700 but how a small hitch can change your views is actually surprising. People seem amused with the quality of camera when they sit in my car.
My only concern with the company is that I want a good quality reverse camera to be installed in paid price. All I ask for the value of my paid amount. I'm not going to spend another penny on this. Hope you all will understand and take my concern on priority, and I need this issue to be resolved and escalated to the concerned authorities. Hope you understand the value of money and time of a customer. Its easy to write "We are Happy to Serve you" on walls but how much we are implementing it is the real subject which need to be scrutinized.
