Dear Mr. Anand Mahindra,

I hope this email finds you well. My name is Ameya Sharma, and my family and I are proud owners of a Mahindra XUV 3OO with Chassis No. N2M53991, registered under the number UK-14-K0666. We purchased this vehicle in January, and it is a December 2022 model.

I am writing to express our deep frustration and disappointment with the experience we've had with our XUV 3OO. Since the very first month of ownership, we have encountered multiple issues that have seriously impacted on our driving experience and trust in Mahindra as a brand.

Firstly, we have been facing a persistent problem with the 2nd gear. Whenever we try to use the 2nd gear, the vehicle struggles to gain pickup, causing considerable inconvenience and safety concerns during our travels.

Secondly, the link rods in the steering system have been generating noticeable noises, which is not only annoying but also worrisome regarding the overall safety and integrity of the vehicle.

Despite our repeated attempts to address these issues by raising complaints, we have received no response or resolution from Mahindra's customer service. This lack of communication and action has been extremely disappointing.

Furthermore, I must bring to your attention a serious discrepancy in our car's registration details. In your company's profile, the vehicle is listed under the name of "Pradeep Sharma" with an address at "R/o G73, Patel Nagar, Dehradun, Uttarakhand." However, our car is registered in the name of "Ameya Sharma, " with the correct address being "Lane No 14, Suman Vihar, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand." This incorrect information is a matter of great concern to us and raises questions about the accuracy of your records.

As middle-class consumers who invest our hard-earned money in purchasing a vehicle, we had the reasonable expectation of enjoying a reliable and trouble-free driving experience for many years. However, our experience thus far has left us deeply frustrated and in shock.

I kindly request your urgent intervention in resolving these issues and restoring our faith in Mahindra as a reputable automotive brand. We are eager to see these concerns addressed promptly and professionally.

I believe that your personal attention to this matter will lead to a swift resolution, and we can once again enjoy the quality and reliability that Mahindra is known for.

    DEAR SIR,
    I have availed a vehicle loan from Mahindra And Mahindra Finance Chinsurah Branch, Hooghly. My Loan A/C-6063286 and vehicle registration number is WB15D-5180(Bolero Pickup).
    I have completed my total loan account in 48 easy EMI PAYMENT by no default from my side. But they have failed to start the ECS SYSTEM but from my side I had already gave them CHEQUES for REPAYMENT of my Loan A/C.
    Now after completion of my Loan A/C they CLAIMED me and asked me to give hard cash to collect the NOC LETTER from them. So, please look into this matter as soon as possible so that I can easily collect the NOC Letter from them.

      Took delivery of brand new XUV300 W8(O) from MM Motors, Selaiyur, Chennai on 5th July 2023. By end of July link rod issue. Still not rectified as the part is in production for pan India. We have been asked to wait for 3 to 4 weeks approximately. On 29th August driver's side window is not coming down. Each time we need to give for service we need to travel 24 kms one way which is difficult considering mileage is only 10Kms/l. No services centres within city limits. When I spoke to the service manager today about these issues he says "only" 2 issues!! Why should a brand new car costing more than 14 lakhs have even a single issue in less than 2 months??!! Really upset for spending our hard earned money on a 3rd class quality car. Due to these type of Indian brands the customers are loosing faith in the quality of the product and after sales service, therefore, we prefer going for international brands.

Please look into this matter and fix it as soon as early.

        I Have availed Car loan in Mahindra & Mahindra Finance Loan Ac No 2529456 Vehicle registration no TN10AK8775 - MARUTI SWIFT VDI on the year of 2013 I have completed my loan by 2018. I Have Availed Loan of Rs 499000/- But I paid Rs 707438/-. I have given ecs of Karur Vysya Bank some problem in that bank so I changed ECS From June 2013 in ICICI Bank I given cheque leaves at T.Nagar Main Branch with guidenes of one executive They said from August 2013 u will get clearance in Ecs till that u pay amount through online or branch… From July 2013 one executive came to home and said give me EMI amount in cash we will provide receipt… I asked that executive that I am giving cash in hand any charges will applicable he said don’t worry charges will be reversed… every month I am handoverd cash to executives .. I asked to executive I have changes ECS in Icici Bank account he said some technical error u make payment in cash no problem… I changed ur account as handcollection case.. So monthly u make through online or handover to me executive said… Now suddenly Two executive came to my home and asking Rs 73366/- If Not handover the car …in My home old age parents only there ….. Last 10 years I am fighting with Mahindra finance now again getting threatening and harassment calls and using abusive languages and mental torture field visits…..i[censored] take severe action against Mahindra finance or I will file damage suit Section 73, of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 against Mahindra finance… Kindly close the Loan and provide clearance certificate……

            Model is not listed in ur list
            Kuch 100, I'm facing problem while driving, accelerator needle automatically moves frm normal speed to 180 and comes back to 0 while driving.
            I'm not satisfied with service which I got at my service due. There is noise in dash board area when I purchased, they're not able to resolve.
            Now I feel this is something serious, can u help me with proper support.

              I am onwer of vehicle Mahindra XUV500 bearing number UK06AG4851 in the name of Baldev Singh . Few months ago my car met with an accident and had damage in front side of vehicle.
              I had made a claim and submitted the vehicle to KUMAR AUTOWHEELS PVT LTD RUDRAPUR UTTARAKHAND dealer .
              Some of the parts are being arranged on time but still front side module has not been arranged.
              On dated 10 of June I had parked my vehicle to dealer and just imagine 2 months have gone and still because of one part my vehicle is not ready .
              As per dealer they had made best possible effort to arrange to nearby dealer but couldn’t find that part .
              Now tell me what is my fault as a customer how much I am suffering by not having car as I am working as a branch head in HDFC BANK TANAKPUR UTTARAKHAND branch.I have to travel 100 km on daily basis from my home .
              On every day I use to call that guy of body shop and I got same answers that we don’t find .
              Matter has been also discussed with the G M service but he also not having solution by saying that Mahindra itself have no part right now .
              I am an older customer of Mahindra for the last 10 years and now I am going through this situation.
              Take a look and lodge my complaint regarding this and provide me the solution as soon as possible you can .
              I want revert on this otherwise matter will be escalated to higher level .

                I have purchased a scorpion N on 28th July 2023 just 4 days before. After running of 500km it's shows a warning light on display showing E22 and engine will automatically off after 800 KM Run . When I visited service center on 01/07/23 than they told me that it's DEF motor is leaking. It's a surprising moment for me that company is playing with life of customers.

                  I owe a XUV 500 W6, it had an accident where the vehicle crashed from front and bonnet, bumper, front mirror all got damaged severely, but the air bag didn't open.
                  Your company is cheating in name of safe driving, because if the airbags are not working during accident, then what is the use of airbags. Please take action. Otherwise i will go in consumer court.

                    I own I mahindra xuv300 diesel 2019 model I had given my car for 4th paid service and got home after driving just 400kms my car started to make sound from engine I towed my car to service center they told the car turbo is failed I was just shocked as they told me because I had given my car to service up to day and just 400kms before they did service and I was informed that my car was perfectly fine now all of a sudden they are tell my car has turbo falure I am shocked a car well maintained driven just 35k kms has got turbo falure my car ran out of warranty just 8 months back service center is not giving me the reason for falure despite asking several times I am disappointed with mahindra and it's service

                      I am writing to express immense dis-satisfaction on the discontinuation of the inbuilt GPS system in the latest models of XUV3OO without proper notification and circulation on all promotion media channels/platforms. There is a lot of disparity among branches (Vijayawada, Hyderabad and Chennai) on the feature removal. All the sales executives, workshop managers are not on one line of clarity. This is treated as an act of deceiving or misleading the customer by not exposing the feature dis-continuation and selling the product. This would come as a serious breach of contract and consumer rights and there is no hesitation in resorting to legal action if the request is not complied.

                      I have been pursuing on this issue for the past 30days and have seen no progress. I expect, that I am still handling this in utmost professional manner. I have not taken any move to post this on social media handles or any other channels of defamation. I hope and expect the company would maintain trust and loyalty by setting up things right. I expect you would offer an immediate installation of GPS system in my vehicle by scheduling appointment at the nearest workshop within 10days i.e, by 21.07.2023 without fail.

                      The complete research on this is done and I have projected the same to you over call sir. I see this as a stain on the firm for not being able to manage and negotiate this technically with the MapmyIndia agency and is just discarded with no publicity and propaganda to the customers.

                        With deepest disappointment I am writing this here and I would request you to share it with the highest of the officials in this regard.
                        I have a booking under My name- Bapuna Ajitkumar Ghosh with salasar motors Thane west. I have done my booking on 17th May 2022. It's been exactly 1 year and 2 months since my booking of XUV 700 Ax7L.
                        You guys have been giving extreme mental harassment over the booking of my car! My dates of delivery have almost changed 5 times in the last 6 months and yet I am getting the same answers from your side.
                        Is Mahindra so irresponsible with EDT? OR IS MAHINDRA MAKING FOOL OUT OF THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS?!
                        If mahindra isn't able to fulfil the demands why are they still taking up the bookings? I am fed up with this treatment from your end. I need a clear answer if I am able to get the car delivered in the next 10 days? Yes or No.
                        I don't want you to address me with the dates which are next month and all Basic ###. It is pretty evident other showroom and dealers are giving the car by looting extra money, unlike us who have been patiently waiting as a GENUINE CUSTOMER of Mahindra.
                        Kind request if you are able to give me the delivery of the car in the next 10 days or not? If not I would want to cancel my booking and repay the full booking amount at the same time I'll look forward to filing a case of mental harassment.

                        I feel very sad to be writing all this because I was so much excited for the car but it seems like Mahindra doesn't value the patience and time of their CUSTOMERs.

After reported to [protected] and [protected] and informed on whatsapp pic for actual condition. They both assure me that within one hour technician and recovery van reach my location but still no action taken till time and all no not attend now. If customer will suffer that type of behavior from mahindra how will trust in future. I am also existing 3 four wheelers of mahindra. DO NEEDFUL ACTION IMMEDIATELY.                               Dear sir From, Vehicle No: TN 70Y5632 the above vehicle given for service in Siri motor venture, Hosur on 19/6/2023 I met your service mechanical and told my vehicle problem (1) oil service (2)digital speedometer is not working only two problem there is no other problem in my vehicle he himself checked after that he said ok. After eight days I went there. I consult with your mechanical i ask him what is the vehicle position so for you have not given any information thats why I came personally.At that time he told me 1. Wiring problem 2. ec board problem while I am leaving for service he didn't tell above said problems & while I am asking they have not given proper reply to me.I told him clearly you forget these problems what I have said to do is Oil service & digital speedometer.He told to give the vehicle after two days I asked the bill he has charged Rs 25000. I have paid and taken my vehicle from his service center I raid the vehicle my vehicle condition is very bad.1.Dead pickup 2. AC not working 3.Water service also not done properly.Next day I have taken my vehicle to the service center I told them what has happen.They are again telling the same problems but when I am leaving my vehicle beginning for service this problems not occured Ac working and pickup also good.So kindly I request you to rectify the problems (AC & Pickup) as soon as possible.

                                Delivered my car for servicing. After servicing the car, they delivered the car back with oil stains on steering. When asked to get the car clean as it was, the reply they gave was no, and if required, a fee of 18000 rupees has to be paid.

                                  Unacceptable Delays and Breach of Trust - Demand for Immediate Resolution

                                  I write to express my profound dissatisfaction and utter dismay regarding the continuous delays and apparent breach of trust in relation to the delivery of the car I booked from your dealership. This correspondence serves as a formal complaint and a demand for an immediate resolution to this unacceptable situation.

                                  It is with great disappointment that I address the repeated revisions of the delivery date for my booked car. Despite the initial understanding that the customer promise delivery date was from 20th May to 19th June 2023, I was informed that it had been revised to 29th June 2023. Yet, to my disbelief, I have now been notified that the delivery date has once again been extended, this time to 22nd July 2023.

                                  This pattern of continuous delays and ever-changing delivery dates raises serious concerns about the integrity and credibility of your dealership. Such conduct is not only a flagrant disregard for the trust I placed in your organization but also an indication of potential fraudulent practices.

                                  I demand an immediate and comprehensive explanation for the repeated and unjustifiable delays, as well as a definitive commitment to a final and non-negotiable delivery date. The protracted timeline has subjected me to undue inconvenience and has compromised my plans, causing substantial frustration and inconvenience.

                                  I firmly insist that you escalate this matter urgently to the highest level of authority @[protected]@shivamahindra.in, @CUSTOMERCARE within your dealership/Mahindra. Immediate and decisive action is necessary to rectify this situation and restore my confidence in your dealership's professionalism and integrity. Failure to address this matter promptly will leave me with no option but to pursue alternative avenues to safeguard my consumer rights.

                                  I expect an unequivocal and unwavering response to this email within the next [appropriate timeframe, e.g., 48 hours]. This response must contain a thorough explanation of the reasons behind the repeated delays, a confirmed final delivery date, and a concrete plan to ensure adherence to the newly established deadline.

                                  Let it be clear that any further delays, lack of transparency, or inadequate response will be deemed as a breach of our agreement and an indication of your dealership's disregard for customer satisfaction. I implore you to treat this matter with the utmost seriousness and urgency it deserves.

                                    My car Scorpio S4 model year 2016 is presently held with Mahindra car repair service center for past two months. Car met with minor accident where car's wheel got free as a result car ditched in drainage line alongside road. No physical damage view low speed.                                       Dear Sir/ Ma'am

                                      My car Scorpio S4 model is held with Mahindra Service center at Port Blair for repair services for past months. My car met with a minor accident where car wheel was observed to be failure resulting ditched in drainage line alongside road. Photos are enclosed for the reference.
                                      It is pertinent to mention that no positive action has been taken by the service provider despite request/ query on multiple occasions.

                                      Request your intervention into the matter for early service from your end.

                                        First of all, the working staff misleads consumer by adding extra charges of vehicle parts which are not even provided into the bill and the staff members does not show appropriate behaviour, they are not even suitable for being the part of the showroom as of lacking knowledge .
                                        we recently bought Scorpio S11 having:
                                        - 4 tyres are of Bridgestorm(Rs14000 each)
                                        - spare tyre was of differ brand, Apollo(Rs9000)
                                        But the spare tyre has to be of the Bridgestorm as same as 4 tyres but it has'nt.
