In 2018, I spent my hard-earned money on a small car, the KUV100 K2 NXT, insisting on the name Mahindra, but I now regret the wrong decision I made. Today (06/02/2023), my dissatisfaction grew due to another issue (engine warning light glows and abnormal engine vibration); the diagnosis is ongoing and suspects some engine-related issue; the car has only traveled under 14000 km, which is surprising. Link stabilizer bars and ball joint assemblies had been replaced two weeks earlier, and for this the car had been kept in a showroom for nearly a month to procure the spares. I am frightened again at how many days it will take to get ready. So I humbly request your advice on this matter, as I am considering selling this burden. I am humbly requesting that you instruct the service center to sort out the issue as soon as possible.

    I have purchased XUV 300 optional, Diesel in October 2021, and the total running as on today is 7500 KM only. Recently, there is some problem in TPMS, as the TPMS icon is continuously blinking and the tiretonics minu in missing in the car info system ( Infotainment System ). For that, I had visited Service Centre also. But the porblem is yet not resolved.
    Kindly look into the matter at the earliest. Frequently visiting the service centre is not possible for me as I have to take a leave for a day and also it is nearly 100 Km far away from my duty place.

      Hello,

      I wanna speak volumes about how Mahindra has given me a damaged car and now im making several trips to the service station because of it. The car doesn't work and already changed side window motor and usb port. The meter trips for second automatically and there are uneven spacing between the front bumpers. I feel like im stick with a a car that needs repairing first. If I wanted that, i would get my old repaired and use it. Mahindra is proving to be a one star ### parade in terms of after sales services. I will take legal steps if quick actions are not taken. I need someone from Mahindra to CONTACT me and take this damaged car back. The service advisor Roshan is telling me we will repair the car if it needs repairing. Are you trying to fool us? A new car needs repair? In my 20 years of driving and buying car experience, this one is the worst. I feel like Dee Emm Mahindra people have given us a bad car and i want to return it

          I bought a Boler neo N10 on 21/12/2022, but dealer didn't attached the side and back foot rest with the vehicle and assured me to fix as soon as they get it from dealer, but now they want to fix with a mahindra aftermarket product, which has very poor fitting and look as compared to the original premium quality product comes along with the vehicle, when i ask for that dealer told me that you will not get that originally fitted one. My concern is if i am going for top variant than why should I compromise, i should get what i saw before buying. Plz help

            Once again, another promise made and another lie told.

            On Monday 1/30/23 I was informed by Yolonda (sp?) who answers the customer service line at[protected] that Highland Rim Tractor would call me today; yet again – another lie.

            I was also informed by Yolonda (sp?) on January 19th that the needed part had been ordered by Robert at Highland Rim with an emergency status, and that it would take FedEx 5 days to deliver my part. She also informed me Friday the 27th that she has not been able to locate the order and that the staff at Highland Rim was unable to provide her the order number due to Robert being the only person who knew how the parts ordering system worked and that Robert was not working Friday – she also advised she would call the dealership on Monday to follow up.

            It is now painfully clear to me that neither Mahindra, its authorized dealer nor the customer service staff, have any respect for being honest or upholding the commitments that they made.

            Does anyone at Mahindra act with honesty and uphold themselves to ethical standards?

            You advertise that your care values are:
            1. Professionalism
            2. Customer First
            3. Dignity of the Individual
            4. Good Corporate Citizenship
            5. Quality Focus

            I find it humorous at best that for Customer First you state “We exist and prosper only because of our customers. We will respond to the changing needs and expectations of our customers speedily, courteously and effectively.” Can you kindly share how that statement has applied to this situation? Your website also goes on to say, “Your local Mahindra® dealer would love to work with you.” Again I ask, how has this local dealer worked with me?

            Highland Rim Tractor promised to not pick up my tractor until they could get it in the shop and picked it up on January 4th. Again according to Yolonda, it was not even taken into the shop until over two weeks after that. She was also very quick to point out, that since I did not buy the tractor from them, I was NOT their customer, and that Highland Rim was doing me a favor by servicing my tractor – even though they did not have the tractor I desired to buy in stock when I purchased the tractor.

            Also from your website, it says “How Can Working With Certified Mechanics Benefit You? Beyond shopping for parts and equipment, your local ag dealer likely has an outstanding service department with certified technicians. While some repairs and maintenance tasks can be completed on your own, having a trusted mechanic available can be a huge asset! These individuals are trained to know specific systems and programs used for equipment operation and function. Therefore, you can utilize their expertise to get back to the job faster.” Really? This is FAST? Notice that it also does not say that if you did not buy the tractor there, you will be put to the end of the service line as Yolonda told me.
            Again, who is HONEST and ETHICAL and will uphold the Mahindra values and work with me to get my Mahindra repaired and returned to my as Mrs. Story at Highland Rim has stated she will do, but has not? No one from the Dealer Team has been in touch with me either, just another false statement!

            We have a very tough consumer advocate at a local television station, they will also be contacted to show how Mahindra treats people.
            : In mid-December of 2022, I contacted the dealership in regards to fixing my Mahindra 5010 cab tractor and informed “Robert” that it was leaking from the front driver shaft going into the axle. Robert stated that this was common due to Mahindra NOT putting any shield around the shaft and seal and that sometimes twigs and branches will get kicked up and tear this seal.

            I asked if the dealership could get my tractor in before the holidays and he laughed, saying “No, our shop is full now and we are closed the week between Christmas and New Years, but I will put you the list and after the first of the year, call you to let you know we can get you in the shop”. I asked about how long it would take, and he replied, “I wont pick it up until I can get in the shop so that you wont be without the tractor”.

            On January 3rd, Robert called back and said that they would pick up the tractor before lunchtime on the 4th. I gave him specific directions on how to get to our farm, and he said they would be on their way and be there before lunch.

            At close to 12:30 on the 4th, two trucks stopped in front of our farm, saying that they were lost. It was Jeff and Chuck from the dealership. They both stated that no one had given them the directions and that they followed a GPS unit in the truck. They then stated that they could not get into the concrete drive because they come the wrong way (had they followed the direction I provided Robert, they could have easily came up the driveway), so I drove the tractor out to the road and drove it on the trailer. I showed Jeff where the the leak was and he stated, “yep, looks like a seal.” I gave the 2 tractor keys to Chuck and Jeff stated they were on their way to Hartsville for a non running tractor but that he would get my tractor in the shop that afternoon when they got back and that it should be about two weeks time before I get it back.

            I called on Tuesday the 17th this week, after hearing nothing from the dealership, and was told that both mechanics had gone home due to illness, but Robert promised me that he would have Jeff call me “first thing in the morning”. No call came.

            I called Jeff on his cell phone on 1/18/23, and was told, “not sure where Chuck is on it, and Chuck isn’t around, but I will call you back in a little bit”.

            Again no call came. At about 4:10 that same day, I called the dealership again and was told by Robert I needed to speak to Jon, he then told me I needed to speak with the dealership owner Linda.

            I understand that things come up, but when the dealership picked up my tractor, it was not even taken into the shop until Tuesday of this week. That is 2 weeks since it was picked up on the 4th with the promise that it would go in the shop that day.

            This plus the multiple broken promises of returning phone calls has left me extremely upset and worse yet, makes me doubt the quality of the service I was to get. I asked Linda why I was lied to numerous times, and she stated that she doesn't like that word, that things had come up, and that she was doing her best.

            Is this the type and style of treatment that a Mahindra customer should expect from an authorized dealer? Multiple lies, false statements, not communication, holding my property hostage for two weeks with no work performed on it?

            Is there a factory rep, area manager or corporate contact that I can speak with to insure that this matter is resolved amicably?

            The dealer "Linda" was extremely impatient and could not nor would provide any explanation for the 2 week delay in getting my tractor in nor could she provide what had been done to the tractor or even an estimate to fix it.

              I am driving right now XUV500 and on the way to Mumbai My vehicle is showing DEF dosing malfunction near Rajasthan Nathdwara so I connected to with you hamesha to reach near by service centre but when I contacted service centre o[censored]daipur Mr Prateek he sent to me to Bhilwara Agro service centre Bajwa Rajasthan. They have taken my whole day but could not correct it and also they have wasted my almost 70kms by driving it and then I talked to Mr Prateek and called me Udaipur by saying they will help but couldn’t get any positive response and again 40 I’m got waste and now I my vehicle range is 600 and my distance is 674 to Mumbai service centre. I am so confused and the person at KS Automobile Udaipur have told me to go to Mumbai by saying we can’t help you tomorrow is Sunday..
              Is this right thing to do with customers and facilities they are proving and the lack of knowledge to service centres about BS6 cars and DEF issues?

                I am an existing user of Mahindra Bolero since 2014. Meanwhile I feel another four wheeler and select a XUV 300 w8 optional whose Registration no is 23 BH 8446 A. I have purchased the car on 25.01.2023 from kolkata and I started a journey from Kolkata to Goplaganj (approx 750 km) via Patna on 27.01.23. When car reached at Patna it's breakdown in Patna only completion of total KM of 650. I immediately approach toll free no and they immediately arrange all necessary help and handover my car to Kiran Automobile Kumhrar. Next day they informed that clutch plate of car burn and need to replace it's which is paid service. I surprised to saw this however I was in problem with family including a six months baby. When I queried about the service and other charges they confirmed that it should be paid. After paying 10500 approx I got my car and departed for destination.Only I have some questions which are as under -

                1. I am dedicated for vocal for local it's my fault by choosing the Mahindra brand because a car suddenly break down only completion of 600 km without any accident and Mahindra sought the charge of parts as well as service.

                2. Why not I opt the Tata where all service are miantance are free.

                g to compete other vehicles companies and your vehicle performance is not good. Because my relatives and friends raise fingers on my selection of Mahindra XUV 300 after so many options. I feel so embarsas and harass by choosing this product.

                4. What types of two years guaranteed you give during the handover the vehicles if a customer paid all cost of parts and also the labour charge.

                5. This is not my fault I hope this was manufacturing fault and due this car automatically break down without any accident for this I have suffered approx 20000 including the vehicle maintenance.
                Please look up the matter and be competitive not selfish by hiding so many matters.

                  It's continued harassment by the company for providing poor and pathetic service, earlier also I raised complaints but don't see any change.
                  I have given my vehicle xuv500 with registrationnumber GJ1RG6074 for general service on 18th January 2023 at Automotive Service center at suchitra X Roads, Hyderabad.
                  Experience in the past and now is same, whenever I give vehicle for service, it take long time to service like weeks and I need to chase them to provide update, secondly everytime they mishandle or damage something or the other... You can see the records to have this proved.. Amt of time the vehicle is in service center and what all damaged and replaced... Now latest one is key
                  Its damaged and unable to start the vehicle... When I gave, everything was working fine... Now they have damaged key and its been days and weeks vehicle is still at service center in dust and sun unattended... Is this the customer service given to customers... Its dissapointing that I have to go through all this everytime... Would any senior look into this and give my vehicle ASAP... I'm just incurring cab rents for commuting to office which is 50kms which is more expensive than going in my car... Who is going to pay for that loss...

                  It's 3 months and my key is still not returned... I keep following but no action to hand over my key... Company seems to be least bothered on complaints, as mine shows resolved without even checking or speaking to me... This is dissapointing and pathetic...

                      I have purchase M&M Bolero from VVC Motors Pvt Ltd Hyderabad on[protected] vide Invoice No VVCCHYD2122-833. on the Name of Ratti Ram Thakur. The vehicle details is as CHASSIS NO MA1XL2XKXM6G29461 & ENGINE NO XKM6G51521 7 SETAER D WHITE. I have taken loan from HDFC bank. My vehicle Registration No is TS10UC5958. After clearing all the formality and payment. But They have not added Bank hypothecation name in R C book. I have requested so many times for concern staff but not resolve the issue. Now I am facing a lot of problem for My CIBIL Score and not able to take new loan from any bank. As I am a Fleet owner and required vehicles on urgent basis. But due to this mistake made by show Room/Dealer I am not able to boost my bossiness.
                      Kindly look this matter most urgent and resolve the issue at the immediately.

                        Gear shift doesn't happen smoothly until the speed picks over 40kmph. This issue is commonly seen between 20-40kmph and that's the common speed we use in city drive. Unfortunately no solution provided by Mahindra team from service centre. They feel it's perfectly fine. I also use a Skoda Slavia AT and these type issues are never seen with them. Their AT transmission is so smooth and gear change is unrecognizable. While in XUV700, gear change is rough and the person sitting in second row on left side can feel this change beneath the feet.

                          Sir I bought Mahindra Bolero car from Star Automobile Chhatarpur for which an agent named Anmol Awasthi was given to me by the showroom.The final price of the car was made 11 lakh ₹ 72000, out of which I deposited ₹ 700000 immediately, the rest of the loan was taken from Mahindra & Mahindra, now for 5 months I am giving my installment continuously but my registration card through Anmol Awasthi I am not being given while I have no dues Anmol Awasthi demands ₹ 5000 from me and says if you want registration then bring 5000 bring ₹ 5000 ...sir please help me

                            Engine comes on, loss of power. Happens every 2nd or 3rd day, especially when trying to pick up speed. Car has been serviced, did diagnostics for error check, nothing found. Changed coilpacks, sparkplug and tested injectors, can't find problem. When engine light comes on have to switch off ignition to reset. I think it's a turbo or sensor problem. Please advise. Thanks

                              I serviced my xuv 500 at audugodi bangalore service centre. They sold me an on road assistant package for 3000. But from that time the app for the service is not opening...I informed the person who sold me ...but he said it will take time to open...app is Mahindra Rise...I kept my phone separate for 1 full day just to open this app...it didn't...so please return my money back or else make sure the app iopens for service...Don't cheat customers...I will never ever do the service in mahindra service station.

                                College of Agricultural Engineering and Technology, Godhra, Gujarat one of the constituent colleges of Anand Agricultural University, Anand (Govt. of Gujarat) placed an order for purchase of Marazzo M4+ Seater through GeM on 12/10/2022 vide GEMC-[protected]. The vehicle has not been delivered till date. The officials asked till 31.1.23. The college approved the extension time also. The company officials Shailendra Paramar from ahmedabad and Mr. Manish Sachade from bombay are not committing till date to deliver the vehicle by 31.1.23 also. The government is asking the reasons for the delay. Even your officials are not responding to the emails sent from this office. This is not a good response from a company like you. Kindly look into the matter and respond immediately for a decision in this regard.

                                  It is hereby submitted that I own a gas agency in nakodar and use jeeto for delivery purposes of cylinders. In December my vehicle got stopped abruptly and when we contacted the agency in nakodar they told us that the engine has got seized and the vehicle need to be sent to Raga motor in jalandhar city to repair. It is hereby pertinent to mention that the vehicle is under warranty so the company told that no charges will be applicable and the vehicle will be repaired free of cost. It's has been more than 6 weeks around but they have not been able to repair it. I am facing huge losses due to this. I asked them even to place a new engine if they could not get it repaired but they are refusing and the concerned persons are not cooperating and also some of them are not picking up the phones even. One person is Prince and the other one is sunil in Raga Motor nakodar road jalandhar.

                                    My sister booked Xuv300 and after booking within 07 days got a sma from Mahindra. After that there was no communication from the Team. Before 04 days of delivery while we strted enquiring about car registration the executive informed that delivery on the mutual decided date is not possible as the old car he has not taken from us. With utter surprise when we asked why the information never communicated either via mail/ sms or verbally the executive started shouting and then informed delivery on a delayed date around 07.30 pm.
                                    Upon reaching the executive informed the quotation shared by him and confirmed via mail is wrong and he made a mistake of 17k. The car was still not there in the showroom.
                                    After several discussions on the above with his Senior they finally shared the amount cant be negotiated beyond 14k and more so the discussed Fast tag not given.
                                    They did not share the 2nd car key, money receipt, number plate and started harassing.
                                    They were not sharing the customer feedback form while we asked they got so offended and while it was mentioned that 10 liters petrol will be there in car ultimately 2 liters was filled up and we got the delivery at 10:30 pm. They did not do any puja but took delivery picture.
                                    The worst ever experience we could ever imagine.

                                      Very bad service by Mahindra and Mahindra. They are not customer-centric.
