I have a commercial tuv 300 vehicle completed 20, 000 km without problem. After 20, 000 km service, the vehicle became tight. But the guy who took trial convinced me that it was normal.
The clutch failed a few times. Recovered after pumping. I called the service station and reported. They told me to bring the vehicle. But the vehicle could not survive a sunday. Immediately within 2 days after the service, the clutch plate burnt.
At night sunday 1 pm, no roadside assistance. Lost confidence in mahindra service station. Vehicle draged to a nearest garage. He changed the clutch assembly, bearing and flywheel.
Again within a week, the clutch pedal started failing. I took the vehicle to nbs mahindra service station. They were too busy to attend the vehicle without appointment. They called me on monday. But before that the vehicle came to a grinding halt with a rattling noise. Breaking freewheel and clutch plate.
The workshop says any genuine mahindra spare part do not have warranty. I lost business for the last one week. I have to change the complete clutch and freewheel again. What should i do? Was this information helpful? |
