The pain tail started as soon as I bought XUV 500 from GSP motors 2 years back. I am dividing this mail into 2 parts. Current issues faced with GSP Motors & overall issues with their workshop
1. GSP motors had fixed the windshield of my car in Nov 2015 & it always use to make cracking sound at speed breakers or uneven road or while applying breaks. The same was highlighted to GSP motors in Nov 15 itself & they got the windshield pasted again. But the problem continued.
2. While shifting to new office & pasting the parking sticker few months back I realized that windshield is not pasted well at that corner & it lifts upto a centimetre at least.
3. When I told to GSP motors they took 10 days to get the car picked up (1st Capability issue with GSP, not reaching on time at the location specified to pick up the car) with several follow ups. Initially they said it will cost 5500 but on pressing hard that it’s their mistake of not pasting the windshield glass they got this done in warranty.
4. While doing this they created 2 problems for me
a. Blocked something that leads to water inside the car picture attached
b. Broke the plastic cover on the rain sensor attached to windshield glass
5. With several follow ups they again picked up the car to solve the things as captured in mail below & kept the car for two days. But created 3 another problems
a. Bluetooth & screen that used get hanged once a week & then will start normal function after car was switched off & start. Now has permanently disabled Bluetooth function. I can hear the voice of incoming/outgoing call but the person on other side cannot hear my voice.
b. While I was told that GSP has removed some block that was leading to water inside car & now the same problem will not happen again, but they proved wrong as the problem stands as such.
c. Glass of driver window has started making noise while taking the same up
Javed, I have been getting a good service for my Scorpio earlier, hence requesting you to get the car picked up & sort out these three issue as GSP seems to have hired people from cycle repair shop & has a clear capability issue.
General Issues with GSP
1. Every time my car has been sent for repair they have never completed the job in one go & it requires 2-3 visits to sort out the concern.
2. In one of the visits I had sent the car just to dry-clean 1 sq foot area behind driver seat as my kid had vomited inside the car for which GSP charged me for whole car Rs. 1500 but I had to send the car two times again to get the same cleaned.
3. In one of the service they broke one leg of the LCD player mounted on the driver seat for which they replaced later but it was hassle
4. For every excuse they say we have new manpower & please give us one more chance, but are actually good for nothing.
5. I think because of these issues I had a heated discussion with Chuahan, Virinder etc they deliberately replace the Original spare part & change with damaged one be it the problem with mic or Bluetooth not working properly or Motor that takes the driver glass up & down. I could be wrong. But need to understand that what happens in the two days when car is sent to workshop that Bluetooth & driver glass that has been functioning fantastic from 2 years suddenly goes bad or some line gets chocked that leads to water inside car.
6. VERY very poor on communication & updating status to customer
I have had a very bad experience with GSP & rather than giving them more chances & getting more spare parts damaged of my car would rather prefer RR automobile to sort the 3 problems
1. Bluetooth call (FM, Disc & other functions are working well)
2. Water inside car
3. Motor repair or replace of driver window.

Chauhan – despite your personal promise to check the car personally before delivery, which didn’t happen, you failed miserably on customer satisfaction. I cannot allow you to experiment further with my car.

i went for serviece nd they got 60000 for it
but problem is still here. And your employes talks so rudly
