[Resolved] Mahindra And Mahindra — that charged me extra money on my third servicing | |||
During my 3rd servicing and showing oil sign on my car dashboard of my kuv 100 k4 petrol on 30 august at koncept auto site 4 kasna ind area greater noida i had to paid an amount 0f 2500 to 4000 they charged 2612 plus tax 470 for 40000 km service labour and 2200 for hvac paper filter, maxicare wind shield, washer local spare part consumable disposbla protective cover kit, vehicle diagnostic charge, maxicare mech care e. T. C. They charged rs 899 for maxicare engine coating system i object about this at that time and they cut rs 899 only i don't know what they done, and they didn't inform me about this during service period when i took the gate pass they told me that i had to pay the total amount 8025. I paid the whole amount by credit card. Is it the third service cost or is it the way that billed without informed the customer so this was my third servicing experience in your company diler. Very poor service as my experience it's very poor service than any other company dealer. This is for your kind information and necessary action from your end.
