    issues with xuv300

    I have bought xuv300 w8 (O) on 4th march 2019. Its about 7 months with my xuv300. And i have completed around 3000 kms with my xuv300. And currently i hear the weired sound coming from suspension as the car go through the pot holes with average speed or even some time at slower speeds. To our surprise, after few days of purchase, on one of the rainy day, there was water leakage inside floor and cabin.     Supporting staff were not co-operative because i had booked vehicle and they had promised me to deliver vehicle within two months but even after lapse of two months they were not able to deliver my vehicle that's why i have cancel my order and requested to refund my booked amount of 85000.00 but they have not refunded my booked amount and not even giving me positive response.

    Radiator fitting is too lite just a show piece. Build quality is very poor .My money is waste .
    Your radiator down support is plastic item, how it strong .and also fitting very down to ground clearence.

      On 8th may 2018 i had made a booking for thar di 4x4 from potion autos pvt. Ltd muvattupuzha, kerala. And because of the delay i canceled the booking and purchased it from tvs mahindra thodupuzha, kerala. Then i have given booking cancelation request on 17th may 2018 and also they took booking dockets and receipts from me. Now i have the copy of all those documents. But till now the dealership is not even giving a proper replay. They says that sales person is resigned and the booking docket is missing so and so. Within this 1 year time i have contacted them so many times. It seems like they are trying to fool me and there attitude is very much irritating. Also i have posted the same complaint here in this website about an year ago and explained this thing through online chat support of mahindra. I am still a customer for mahindra and nobody is helping me to get back my money. I appreciate if any one can help me on this.

        महोदय गाड़ी नं up70ef7927 की सर्विस दिनांक 31/08/2019 को नैनी इलाहाबाद से हुई है। जो कि गाड़ी के ड्राइवर द्वारा बताए गए कमियों को दरकिनार करते हुए एजेंसी के कर्मचारियों व अधिकारियों द्वारा मनमानी ढंग से गाड़ी की सर्विस की गई और फर्जी बिल बनाकर रुपया वसूल किया गया। जिससे गाड़ी मालिक को काफी घाटे के साथ साथ मानसिक परेशानियों से गुजरना पड़ रहा है जिस कारण नैनी एजेंसी के कर्मचारियों के ऊपर न्याय पूर्ण कार्यवाही किया जाना आवश्यक है।

          I bought a mahindra xuv500 w9 on the 31st of may 2019, from united mahindra faridabad, the car was delivered to me at 9pm and the very next morning i had to visit the showroom as there were a few unusual things happening with the car (The 4th and 6th gear were producing loud viberations, the gear was getting stuck, the panels within the cabin were lose and all this is the very next morning of buying the car. Since then ive visited the workshop on nine occasion for the same issue the car has completes 3000kms and the gear assembly has been changes, clutch master cylinder has been changed, internal door panel has been replaced. The seat covers bought from m2all were not properly installed so these people sent me to a factory in gurgoan were i spent 9hrs and had to drive 40kms one side and not to mention that the united showroom is 30kms from my house. Till date there is no solution the only thing i get in return is request that “sir give us one more chance to see what the problem is “. Its the worst experience ive had ever with any brand. I have been writing to anand mahindra, pawan goenka and mahindra customer relationa team but non of them have been responding. I simply want a replacement or refund.

              Hello sir,

              We booked the car service on 12th of august on [censored]al motors @ sp ring road ahmedabad.

              My car has been assigned to mr. Nikhil (Relationship manager/service advisor) m :- [protected].

              After that…

              01. I have been promised to get the car on same day (As it was general check up) but i didn’t get it.
              02. I have been told to wait 7 to 7:30 evening and i was sitting in my office to get the car but in evening i got the call that “the pick boy was on the way but some error light started at dashboard so we are getting car back at workshop and will deliver at tomorrow only (I. E. 13th aug 2019”
              03. After that when i got the car it was not clean from outside and having dust. (They might have washed it on 12th august but not at the time of delivery)
              04. But since 26th of august my car is showing error of “service due”
              05. I had a chat at with you hamesha app from there i got the mr. Vishal number - [protected] (Manager sheetal motors) i spoke to him but since he was driving he said that he will share the service manager number soon.
              06. But when i didn’t received the number i spoke to sheetal motors – [protected] there lady told me to bring the car so that they can solve the issue. I told her that i stay in nikol which is almost 20+ km and i cant come there. She said that whenever you come in this area side than bring the car.

              My concern is why should i go again and again to get the issues solved and if in case they come and pick my car than too who will pay the petrol expense??
              Why can’t they give us better service?
              From the date of purchasing xuv 300 to till date we are facing lots of issues with sheetal motors..

              I wish to short out all the issues once and for all else i will sell the car on olx with the post that all the issues i am facing with mahindra dealer.

                  I have given my vehicle for service at vvc motors, khammam, telangana on 26/8/2019 for service. My vehicles ac was not working and it was diagnosed as leak in condeser and needs replacement. My vehicle is in warrenty and the service center person initially told he will replace and now he is telling company has not agreed. This vehicle is owned by itc and company buys number of vehicles every year. As our vehicle is under warrenty kindly instruct the dealer to replace condecet free of cost.                     I am now happy with the team mahindra.. As my earlier complaint on dated 20th august 2019 against the ramnarayan swibaprashad, jorhat (Assam) delar.. On the next day area manager mr. K ghosal contact me and took my complaint in details and he assured me that he will solve this issue immidiately. And after 5 minutes i found a call from mr. S. Baruah service manager of ramanarayan shiwaprasad jorhat delar and he discussed the matter with me very politely and he solved it on the next day as per the company norms. I am happy with that way which is used to solve my complaint.. Thanks to all those person's of team mahindra related for solving my complaint.. And i am highly impressed with mr k. Ghosal (Area manager) and mr s. Baruah (Service manager of rs jorhat delar) they are very polite and gently solved my complaint. Special thanks to mr. K. Goshal and mr. S. Baruah..

                      My vehicle (Mahindra supro) rammed the junction box while taking a right turn on 19th aug 2019, i took the vehicle to repair the dent and other accessories on 21st aug, insurance surveyor came on 22nd evening and submitted the approval on 24th aug, pevious promised date is 30-aug 2019, now the service engineer is claiming 15 days to complete the work. From 21st to 26th 6 days vehicle was lying in yard, another 15 days for workshop.. How can i stop using commercial vehicle for almost one month for a small damage... Is this how the service center works..

                            I bought a scorpio s11 0n 15th of june from date of purchase rear seat behind co driver seat didnt locked at its place. So on applying brakes it comes forward. On 10 th of august i send my car for 1st service and the service advisor told me that he had put the order for the part and also send the part will be available within the 3-4 days. But till date no updates received regarding the part has come or not.

                              My car met with an accident and we gave it for repairs to pothen autos based in ernakulam, kerala on 22nd july 2019. Its been a month but there has not been any proper response from the dealer. The concerned person, mr mithun kumar neither responds to calls nor gives a proper response in case he picks the call. We are highly disappointed with the way we have been treated. Can you please make sure that our case is treated as urgent and solved as soon as possible

                                I have purchased xuv 500 in july 2018 at bhimavaram shom room andhra pradesh and at the time of purchase sale executive and branch manger promised and gave a quotation which say 10k corporate discount. I have submitted all necessary proof for the same. More than year now there is no proper response and still haven't got the corporate discount. Even called couple of time to rajahmundry brance manager also.

                                Every time i call them the response is check and get back in an hr time but no response.
