I brought a vehicle that Trio zor delivery Van Registation number KL32S4932, chassis number MB7D8CLLFNJB46353. dealer name:KL04-INERPIDWORKS-ALAPPUZHA- MAHINDRA ELECTRIC I booked 07/01/2022 and I paid the total amount : 364, 823/Rs the date of 11/01/2022 I got the vehicle near my door step 23/02/2022 at 16:58 pm. accident happened in the date of 28/02/2022. from the movement I reported to the company dealers MERIDIAN MOTO ALAPPUZHA with all proof, but nobody came to the site the accident happened.and I took my vehicle to my home with my own expenses. some calls I received from meridian moto that's I needed to take the vehicle to the company work shop own expense.but while accident Me got Fractured How can I do?so I sent one of my friend.04/03/2022 manual repair order form number 15562. Anyway till today my vehicle In MAHINDRA dealers MERIDIAN MOTO ALAPPUZHA workshop. around 2 months finished. WHAT CAN I DO?tell me a solution. They saying always when I calling the reputed company manager/exicutive or service manager or mechanic chief every body have only one word the vehicle parts not available, we booked already.
