This is regarding the vehicle TUV 300 purchased in 2016.
when I was about to driving home from plant, I found the gear is not shifting . As the vehicle is AMT,
I called service center where I used to get my vehicle serviced regularly. The mechanic came and checked and advised me to send the vehicle to workshop at Trichy (Shiva automobiles).
After checking the vehicle the workshop engineer told me that the part called actuator is not working and it needs replacement which cost is 80k
My vehicle has run 80000km so far and how such costly part will become defective ? I am unable to understand the same. Whether Mahindra providing such low quality parts in their vehicle ?

Now I need to think 10 times before I go for Mahindra Vehicle again.
Once again I urge you to take this compliant seriously and compensate the cost as the same is low quality parts and not genuine parts in fact.
