My car run 57000 KM's and all the services are done at the Koncept Mahindra service center. One or two time also went to Sterling Mahindra. Last service was done at 53000KMS at Koncept Mahindra, Narsing pur, Gurgaon.
On 18th Dec, 2020, while going to office, vehicle automatically moved to Neutral mode without shifting the gear. I noticed when I tried to accelerate but it did't. It stopped than I re-started and moved on. after running 3 KM's same thing happened. I again stopped and re-started and directly go to the service station (Kocept Mahindra Service Center). I gave the vehicle in the morning 9:30 and they gave me back around 3PM same day. They charged me Rs 1170/- towards AMT oil re-filling. My office is just 1KM away from service center and parked the vehicle at my office. Around 7 PM I left for my house and same problem against started coming But I managed to reach house but in between I had to stop re-start the vehicle many times. While going back I also called the Mahindra service engineer and explained that problem not re-solved. Next morning vehicle not started and I had to tow back the vehicle to Koncept Mahindra paying Rs 1000/- towards towing charges. Since Saturday Vehicle is in the service center and they are not able to confirm when they will give back. They are saying there is a leakage in the AMT oil tank. It is now 5 days. Does it takes 5 days. Is it engineering / manufacturing fault. Not happy with AMT product Mahindra introduced. Kindly help Was this information helpful? |
