Mahindra And Mahindra — unprofessional behavior

I anil chhabra owning mahindra’s xuv 500 w6 met with an accident nearly on 12/07/2018 which damaged my front bumber, side fender, bonnet on the left side and ride of the right side of car.
On 13/07/2018 i visited gomti auto, alambagh lucknow. (Which is a authorized by mahindra).
I met mr. Amit pandey for the same he later introduced me to mr. Sandeep (Who looks after bodyshop). I told him about the accident and he committed to get it done all with the claim of insurance company. As he said he is keeping busy for other 2-3 days he insisted me to drop the vehicle on coming monday which was on 16/07/2018.
I agreed to it and asked for pickup, mr. Pandey was fine with it. But on monday no one came to pickup the car.
Later on thursday (19/07/2018) i called mr. Pandey and asked why pickup didn't happened then he told me that he forgot the pickup because he was out for some training and promised to get it picked on coming monday so that he can look it personally which was 23/07/2018. Then i received a call day before then pick up from gomti auto head office. Then pickup happened on monday with all the papers needed for the process with id and claim form.
Monday evening i called mr. Pandey to ask about the process, he said i am still out for training i will call you in 5 minutes to give you details for the same. But he didn’t called back and when i called him he didn’t answered my call. Apparently next day i received the call from another executive of gomti auto alambagh. He named himself mr. Sandeep and asked me that what has to be done to the car. When i asked why you wasted 24hours to ask what have to been done he told me that he wasn’t in workshop for personal reason (Which sounded me lame as they only asked me for dropping it on monday) later i told me what has to be done then he said i can only repair front of the vehicle but not other parts which damaged during the same accident. I asked him i had word with mr. Pandey about the same then he asked me to visit the branch. Which i did. When i asked him why it cannot be repaired he answer me that it cannot be done because he had some issues with the claim checker person (From bharti axa). I told why i have already shown you people the damages before, i requested me to call mr. Pandey and ask then mr. Mohommad arif (Manager) interrupts and said that mr. Pandey is not member of alambagh team and looks after arunganj branch. He also told me that even he was surprised that why he received this car on the first place. Then i said him then why didn’t you all me that day he arrogantly said that i didn’t got time as i have many cars to look after. He was talking while sitting all the time, didn’t even asked to sit. I was feeling like his student and him as a principal. Well he said thing can be done when mr. Pandey comes back from training which would be on 28/07/2018.
He was very arrogant in nature it even bother that it was there mistake but he kept on arguing and misbehaving. He asked his junior to give the car back and said you take the car back when mr. Pandey will come then we shall see further.
That was the rudest thing which happened.
I told him that i will take a step against it then he told me that do what ever you can do, it doesn’t bother us. Then i took my car and came back.

I really don’t know that writing this mail will help or not but the humiliation which i went through the process i will not let it go waste.
I will make sure the things to go at the right place even if i have to go to consumer court.

Its my humble request to do the needful because this behavior was not acceptable.
