Sub: inregard to the very very poor response to my newly bought vehicle xuv 500 with the reg no j6a10500

Respected sir/madam,

I dr. Ankith aagarwal a resident of nizamabad city of telangana state, have purchased a lava red xuv 500 w6 from your registered supplier named automotive manufacturers private limited, bardipur village, dichpally, nizamabad on[protected].

Since after 2 months of the vehicle used. I have been continuously facing issues with my new vehicle because of which iam very unhappy with my vehicle. Kindly note the details of the problems i am facing.

Poor response and a very long waiting time and its been 3 months and my problem is still not solved. Iam now doubtful if i was given a faulty vehicle and am i at mistake buying mahindra.

This is my 1st mahindra vehicle.

After the 1st free service i was driving the vehicle at hyderabad when my fuel meter reading shower 3 points and still my vehicle got switched off mid road.

After this very incident i did inform the exeecutive mr. Raghu of the showroom to look into the matter. I sent the vehicle to the workshop and they said everything was fine and then immediately after 1 month date 10th june 2018. My vehicle was coming back from office and immediately all the lights and horn and powerwindows etc stopped working.

I called up mr. Raghu for the same matter and he said he will see the vehicle at the showroom. The vehicle was showing battery indicator warning since long and i had informed mr. Raghu about the same. He said it was fine. Next day at the showroom they said the fuse box has a major problem and they need to replace the fuse box and the company officials said they do not have the same model and they to order it. After waiting for 12 long days we finally recieved the fuse box and they fixed it. Even after which the problem of the vehicle switching off after having 3 points diesel is still persisiting.

Mr. Sudhakar, the manager, ampl nizamabad has assured the work will be taken care of.
18th july, again with the same problem i have sent my vehicle for similar problem.
I have attached service prrofs of the same.

Please kindly replace my vehicle or give me a money refund as i am totally unhappy with vehicle.
I have 3 other vehicles and i do not expect such things happening jus within 3 months of purchase of the vehicle.
It is very embarassing for me to answer my father. Who on my wish has purchased a mahindra.

Kindly look into the matter and get to me asap.

    Dear team,

    I have sent my vehicle mahindra kuv100 k8 to your mohan motor service center here in kolkata on 14/07/2018.

    My car was due for its 3rd service. My car got serviced that day and on 16/07/2018 i found out that there was rust under the door panel which is in really bad shape.

    The same matter was immediately referred to my service advisor at mohan motors and he advised to send the car to there service center for inspection.

    A pick up of the car was arranged on 26/07/2018 from my premises and since then i have been running after mohan motors for an update.

    I just have a few questions regarding this?

    1. Is a company like mahindra manufacturing its cars with inferior quality components that an important part like the door gets rusted within 1 year?

    2. What did the service center check when my car was serviced on 14/07/2018? I was also handed over a bill of rs.3467/- which was cleared instantly the bill of which was received approximately 4 days after.

    Request your intervention in this regard and also request you to replace the rusted right door asap.

      We are using M&M Bolero ZLX since 2015 for our entities Engine Sales & Service Support of our customers. And we are doing all maintenence work in your Authorised dealer OSL Autocar, Sambalpur, Odisha.
      Last month we had a complaint for heavy smoke from exhaust, so hand over the vehicle for troubleshooting.
      Based on that quotation(QTN19D000029) has made for Rs.47, 273/- for the following job & also made the payment on NEFT.
      1.Replaced Piston rings & upper engine gasket kit and etc.,
      2.After work done while starting workshop manager informed injector need to be check due to engine not starting & informed injector needs to be repair.
      3.Said job was done with supplementary amount Rs.3847/-.
      4.We suggested the dealer Service manager & workshop manager to check on injector & turbo charger. But they informed us there is no such issue's in both while giving vehicle for troubleshooting.
      5.And finally during delivery i have done test drive and found abnormal sound in engine & same has been informed dealer but they have not taken seriously & hand over to us forcefully.
      6. Due to no optional way we have taken our vehicle & having a lot of issues which we are not able to drive the vehicle even for less distance also.

      So, I request you to take necessary action to solve those issues for that we don't like to give our vehicle again to m/s.OSL mahindra, Sambalpur.

      Currently, our vehicle has been kept in bhubaneswar office idley even after spending lump sum of amount within 43, 000km.

      Requesting to recover our situation from this idle status.

        I have a Mahindra XUV500, purchased from Anant Cars, Bangalore in 2012. I have been very happy with the vehicle and its performance but recently I noticed that all the door inside panels are showing severe rusting and the rusted pieces even started falling off. What kind of inferior quality of Steel is used in by M&M? Is it not compromising customer safety by using such bad quality raw materials? How can a user be confident of the vehicle if such major quality issues are seen within a matter of years?

        I am wondering how this can be fixed? I own two other cars Maruti and a Nissan which are much older and with similar usage but there is no such rusting issues. Surprisingly my XUV is always given more care and always parked in covered dry parking where as my other vehicles are 24X7 parked in open parking but still no such issues. Also I am just using this car in Bangalore city which is not a coastal place or flooded area to have such a severe rusting issue within a span of 5+ years.

        Can M&M suggest me the next course of action? This is serious mistake o[censored]sing poor quality of steel. I can be contacted at [protected]

          My car running only 29000approximately kilometer&my tyre is gone icomplain about it to company they take few money from me to replace it like 25%approximately of tyre so please don't take this car from mahindra because they don't give guarantee of tyre to replace it without taking money from consumer and also front brake dish. Company sir tell me you have to pay for this and also area sales manager to pay for this tyre so what it is fault of company why they take tyre of j k industries

            Hello,
            I have purchased mahindra kuv100 nxt in the month of april for which i was promised to receive a mahindra holiday kit. After repeated enquiry i have been assured to receive it in a month which did not happen.
            The complaint which i have lodged regarding the fuel pump which was replaced after i personally found out the problem was also not answered by the company till now.
            I also found out that there was some sound coming from the suspension which was attended by the mechanics of the service station here in visakhapatnam and have explained that due to not completely tightening the bolts at the bottom the sound must have come.
            I really appreciated the style and comfort of the vehicle and i would have been an extremely satisfied customer if these problems would not have arised.
            Some how i feel that i have been delivered with a car which wasn't upto the quality checks of the company which really reflects a negative impact on the matter.

              निवेदन यह कि प्रार्थी महेन्द्र सिंह S/o श्री चन्द्रमा सिंह ग्राम:- गाँधी नगर, पोस्ट:- बबुरीगाँव, बाराबंकी, पिन:- 225301 ने महिन्द्रा के शोरूम Mahindra TUV 300 T8 MHAWK100 White कार[protected] मे खरीदी। तथा इस कार की सर्विस भी नियमित रूप से करा रहे हैं। 26 June 2018 को अपनी कर सर्विस के लिए A. Automovers Pvt. Ltd. Opp. Akashvani Chinhat, Lucknow के यहाँ छोड़ी सर्विस का बिल 11091.00 बनाया, सर्विस कराके गाड़ी लाते समय रास्ते मे गाड़ी जलने सी लगी, समय रहते पता लग जाने से बड़ी दुर्घटना होने बची। जब सर्विस सेन्टर बात की गयी तो गाड़ी पुनः लाने को बोला गया। गाड़ी पुनः 2 जुलाई 2018 को उसी सर्विस सेन्टर पर पुनः दी गयी जोकि हमे 05 जुलाई 2018 को वापस की गयी, जिसका बिल 42631.86 रु. बनाया। गाड़ी सर्विस के बाद घर तक भी नहीं पहुंची रास्ते मे ही खराब हो गयी। जब सर्विस सेन्टर पर बात की गयी तो गाड़ी फिर से लाने के लिए बोले, गाड़ी खिचवा कर के फिर से 05 जुलाई 2018 को ही फिर सर्विस सेन्टर पहुंचाई गयी, जोकि हमे पुनः हमे 24 जुलाई 2018 को सर्विस सेन्टर से प्राप्त हुई जिसका बिल 125975.00 रु. बनाया। गाड़ी अब भी सही नहीं चल रही है। चलाने पर बहुत आवाज कर रही है। तीन-तीन बार गाड़ी सर्विस होने के बाद भी गाड़ी सही से न चलना सर्विस सेन्टर मे उचित टेक्निकल स्टाफ न होने को दर्शाता है। जब सर्विस सेन्टर पर बात की गयी तो आज 25 जुलाई 2018 को फिर से गाड़ी खीचकर पुनः सर्विस सेन्टर ले कर गए हैं।
              तथा गाड़ी खरीदते समय गाड़ी की गाड़ी की शील्ड वारंटी 3वर्ष व 100000 Km बताया गया था। गाड़ी को अभी तक न 3वर्ष हुआ है, तथा गाड़ी 96083Km ही चली है।
              अतः श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है कि उक्त मामले को संज्ञान मे लेते हुए सर्विस सेन्टर के टेक्निकल स्टाफ की कार्यशैली की जाँच करा कराके, हमारी गाड़ी की महिन्द्रा के किसी अच्छे सर्विस सेन्टर मे, आयी तकनीकी खराबी की जाँच करा कर निशुल्क सही कराने की कृपा करें। तथा पूरे एक महीने का बिना गाड़ी के जो हानि हुई है उसको मुआवजे के रूप मे सर्विस सेन्टर से दिलाया जाय। तथा सर्विस के नाम पर 179697.86 रुपया जो लिया गया है उसको भी वापस कराने की कृपा करें।
              अति महान कृपा होगी।

                I am the proud honour of scorpio s11. It observed air cutting noise while driving above 60 kmph. As i purchased the vehicle from raaga motors jalandhar, punjab we visited them for service on 05 mar 2018. Though they registered our complaint, unfortunately there is no response from their side. They stated that our representative in away to chennai, they will resolve the problem on his arrival. As an experienced driver, i know that noise is due to front side weeding. I request you to do something as it does not feel comfortable. I am attaching the job card of raga motors, jalandhar punjab.

                  Dear sir,

                  Our tanot wind power company vehicle scarpio get away rj15 ca 1814 was sent to os motors for servicing.

                  The servicing was done and payment of rs 40, 000 was made but while receiving the vehicle found stephanie was missing. Informed to os motors representative but the no response from them.

                  The vehicle was used 150 kms during servicing un necessarily on our cost.

                  Os motors was asked to produce the job cards but he is not showing what are the items fitted in vehicle while entered in workshop.

                    1. We are mahindra new xuv5oo w10 awd purchased in 20015 in utkal auto coach pvt. Ltd. All door position is rusty. Only three years 24000 km running my car. Mahindra and mahindra car company is car steel sheet very low quality and paint quality very poor quality. Mahindra and mahindra car company do not used galvanised sheet in your car making. Direct hr sheet use mahindra car company. So that rusty all door position in my car.

                    2. Clutch plate problem only 18000 km running my car burn clutch plate. Mahindra and mahindra company car clutch plate low quality provided. So that clutch plate burn minimum running.
                    All this problem facing and servaving in general porsan. Please look this problem and solve the general public problem. Kindly immediately solve the following problem mahindra and mahindra car company.

                      Dear sir / madam i’ve given my vehicle xuv 500 at gurage in mysore on 14th of july 2018 for second free service before that i take a appointment for service 0n 13th july only from reshma service manager and i make a complaint regarding some noice from dash board advisor maruthi written all complaints in the sheet and told me he will give me vehical on same day evening only but he called me on evening and told that he will give the vehicle on 16th july evening as i working in a private company i can understand the problem of service department and agreed. But again he called me on 16th july evening and told me that problem is not solved it will take 3 more days and he told me that i[censored] want u take ur vehical back and send it as u free as he suggested i collect my vehical from service centre on 16th july evening but i really upset when i saw my vehical in dusty condition and even my seats become stains... Again i leave my vehical for service on 18th july complaint number p 60397... Afterwards i called so many times to miss reshma service manager to ask abt my vehical she does not have a information abt the vehical and later she is not reciving the call also very pathetic respose from service manager... And later i took one day leave from company
                      And personally went to show room body shop to see my vehical... I meet mr suman he helped me to solve my problem and 20th july evening i got my vehical back... The noice is gone but.. I felt vibration in my stering.. And.. The stains in my seats remain there only... So plz i requst u people to take corrective action and make problem to be solve... I am really very upest about the service there are providing to customer... If it continue same there is no doubt they will slash the comany reputation and even anand mahindra sir reputation who gave us such a wonderful car xuv 500 to indian market... I believe that i will get a justice regarding my service... Thank u

                        सर में इंदौर से हु मेरे suv 500 w10 automatic no mp09cu3390 है जिसे मैंने कल सोमिया ऑटोमोबाइल पर दी थी 3th सर्विस के लिए पर उन्होंने जेसे घर से पिकप की थी वसे ही वापस भेज दी यह तक के उसे वसिंग तक नहि किया ओर जो समस्या हम ने उन्हें बताई थी वो तो दूर ओर नई समस्या उत्पन कर के देड़ि है ओर जब उन्हें वापस कॉल करा तो बोलते है के हम monday को वापस गाड़ी मँगवा लेंगे ओर कर के भेज दंगे ये बात है 21/07/18 तो क्या जब गाड़ी दी थी तब सिर्फ़ देख कर वापस भेजने के लिए थी ओर जो समस्या हम ने बताई थी वो बिलकुल सामने के थी के किसी को भी दिख जाती बहुत निरासा हुई है क्रिपिया कर समाधान करे

                          I am maintaining mahindra car since 2008. I am residing at karnal haryana. There is a referral scheme in the agency named p. P. Automotive at
                          Kar nal that there is a referral scheme in the form of gift voucher for various vehicle.
                          According i made a reference and sh varun chaudhary purchased xuv -500. I was assured that i will get a gift voucher of rs 5000/- upon this referral. Xuv was purchased about nine months back but till today i have not received any gift vouchers despite pursuance with the agency. I would request you to please enquire and arrange to send me a gift wort rs 5000/- as per scheme at p. P. Autimotive

                          I am NKKUMRA residing at KARNAL and My second complaint is that I got my Mohindra Logan serviced in P.P.Automotive on 3/7/2018 with following work
                          1. To change engine oil
                          2 To add 1 litre coolant
                          The agency charged Rs 1800/- as labour charges on account of change of these consumables only. which are said to be charges based on mileage of car.. These charges are exorbitant Had I got engine oil . and coolant changed from Private Garage an app amount of Rs 600 to 800/ would have been charges as labour charges.Whereas PP Automotive Charged Rs 1800/- out of which at least Rs 800 to Rs 1000 should be refunded.Had there been some mechanical Fault, I would not have objected for the labour charges. But for the consumables labour charges should not be charges on mileage basis of the car.
                          Pl review the same and refund the reasonable amount if possible.

                            I have purchased a car tuv300, mahindra from eram motors kasargod on 6/7/2018. chase no MA1NA2VZXJ6D42121. it run around 150 km in next one week. immediately a whistling sound appeared from the engine side and it display mileage short in running. i have reported it to show room and as per their report the turbo has been changed .And there was a sound from rear side while it cross hump.it was found that some link parts where loose while issuing the vehicle but after running the 13 km the whistling sound reappear.And i submitted the vehicle to the show room. still it is in show room. i could not use it for my purposes.they said source of sound cant be identified .this matter has been brought to the notice of GM serivice, erm motors head office calicut.
                            i request mahindra to take up the proper step against it and speed the work so that i can take up my vehicle soon back.if no other possibilities then ultimately i have to approach the consumer court for my loss and pain .hoe you may take up the needed action soon

Anyone who indulges in sweeper assignment & wants to use e-ricksaw for this purpose I can help him by denoting my new MAHINDRA e-ricksaw to him WHY? because from the day i bought it my miserable journey has starts They employ such a immature persons on the top rank of GSM (LOKENDRA BHADURIA )& CGM(ROCHAK RAWAT) THEY BEHAVE LIKE DICTATOR & WHETHER TO RESOLVE CUSTOMER PROBLEMS THEY HARRASS THEM THEY DEMAND PROOF FOR THEIR OWN COMMITMENT MOREOVER FROM 5/6/18 TO TODAY 21/7/18 I repeadly requested on their helpline "MAHINDRA with you hamesha" that please arrange our meeting or call with MAHINDRA Senior officer than MR.LOKENDRA & Mr.ROCHAK RAWAT so that we can show him our proof of hardasment like phone call recordings, video etc but till today no progress Our both e-ricksaws are there at their dealer INDERPRASTHA AUTO MOBILES PVT. LTD 33, RAMA ROAD NEW DELHI from 28/5/18 They both not interested to see our evidence & all they just trying to save the skin of their colouges SO I THINK MAHINDRA E-RICKSAW IS APPROPRIATE FOR LIFTING GARBAGE ANYONE GENUINELY IN THIS ASSIGNMENT CAN APPROCH ME

                              I came to know recently their modes operandi that MAHINDRA GSM LOKENDRA ji & CCM ROCHAK RAWAT ji regularly closing my complains & mentioned as resolve by giving false & manipulated statements, which i registered regularly at MAHINDRA Helpline .

                                It is very unfortunate that i have to write this email to you. I have purchased New Mahindra KUV100 on dated 10/10/2017 from Mahindra Param Automobile, Kalol-382721. After a month, I found some problem while driving like coming voice from Suspension, Car was vibrating. So i went to Param Automobile Gandhinagar for Car Check Up. I forced them to open bumper . They opened in front of me and i found that the damage inside the car and junk on that part too. I realise that the Mahindra Has given me a DENT car and my faith on Mahindra was saken. Main Problem is that the Wheel Alignment. I have to do wheel alignment every month as you can see in the receipt that i have enclosed. I have visited Mahindra Param Automobile many times and the Service manager of the place named DIXIT BHRAMBHATT who always telling me that we will get you a solution and i waited a long time but haven't got any solution so far. After i went to the place where i purchased the car at Kalol. I met to the guy named Manoj Goswami who is really manner less. He told me that we can't help you in such a situation, go and deal with the company directly.
                                Please Look in to the matter as this is something that does not defines MAHINDRA and it's Vision.
                                Please give me a new piece and help me to clear the issue as soon as possible. Please be loyal and transparent to your customer.

                                  We have purchased vehicle on 1st Jan 2018. As per accessories listed out was Seat Cover, Fog Lamp, Center Locking System and wheel cap. I was paid for accessories listed. As on today it is almost 7 months over, showroom is not provided Wheel Cap. we had went to your showroom for fixing Musical system/Seat cover/fog lamps three to four times. we are asking for the wheel cap from the dealer but there is no proper response either sales team Nor showroom persons. After calling so many times we were fed up calling them. we request please confirm when it will rectified. If we are not getting proper response we doesn't have a option to approach further authority for remedy. we had called your customer care center also and got complaint number CF [protected] but no use.

                                    We are a regular customer of Mahindra . We have handed over our company vehicle Get away Vehicle no RJ15 CA 1814 to Jodhpur OS Motors for servicing on 21 Jun 2018. The billing amount was Rs 40 K, the amount was paid on 17 Jul 18. While taking the vehicle it was noticed that stephanie is missing . We refused to take over the vehicle without stephanie. OS Motors is not providing and asking to take out the vehicle without stephanie.

                                    Pl ask the service provider to give the stephanie alongwith vehicle immediately.

                                    we are a regular customer of Mahindra . We have many vehicle of Greenko company . We have purchased it from OS Motors Jodhpur and regularly being serviced at OS Motors Jodhpur. We have given our vehicle Getaway RJ-15 CA 1814 for servicing on 21 Jun 2017. We have checked the vehicle and found stephanie missing before leaving service center. I have logged a complaints for stephanie theft/ mis place of our vehicle RJ15 CA 1814 by service provider (OS motors -NH-65 Pali road Jodhpur ) on 21 Jul but no response from your end.

                                    Pl take up the matter urgent with service provider as the vehicle is parked in Mahindra show room since 1 month.

                                    Pl resolve the issue on urgent basis as we are the regular mahindra customer

                                      I bought TUV 300 in the month of April in 2017, Noticed in June 2017 that all the door of my vehicle are bleeding with rust badly. Informed Sri Durga Auto in Moti Nagar New Delhi where I bought this vehicle and to Mahindar customer Service, since then my vehicle was called or picked numerous number of times to check primarily and then to do the Paint job which is done thrice but it didn’t work and finally in the month of July 2018 – after my complaint once again GM called or got my vehicle picked and afer approvals got the foors changed and repainted them at Sri Durga Local facility. It’s sheerly a poor work done, paint is chipping from the doors literally I could see the primar on the spare door part which comes in as raw and at the same time frame on which the entire dash board of the vehicle is sitting is rusting badly inside the vehicle. Which means removing the entire dashboard, dismantling it, getting frame re-painted or changed and then getting it fixed, which for sure will not be as original as manufactured by Mahindra.I have asked Sri durga to stop any further work and I will see if anything works out directly with Mahindra otherwise will seek legal help.
