[Resolved]  Mahindra And Mahindra — water leakage from new mahindra xuv300 inside floor cabin

We had purchased new Mahindra XUV 300 from M/S Shuhul automobiles Pvt . Limited, Opposite wave shopping mall Jammu on 19/06/2019. To our surprise, after few days of purchase, on one of the rainy day, there was water leakage inside floor and cabin. We immediately went to the above agency and we were told to leave the car for detailed inspection. After few days, we were given back our car and being informed that the leakage has been taken care of. We got another shock when we came to know again on one of the rainy day that leakage has been continuous. We again visited above agency on 17/08/2019. Our car was kept for more than a week for another thorough check and then returned with assurance that the leakage has been taken care of. To our surprise this problem is still persisting and there is no relief. Being a consumer we feel cheated after paying lakhs of rupees for this brand new car. This is now highly highly unacceptable on our part to have this kind of new car from such a reputed brand. We want a new replaced car in place of this faulty car and below this nothing is acceptable. We really lost our trust in your brand. We are also contemplating to move consumer court but before we just wanted to pass on this to you.

We have attached purchase order as well as one of the job card. Other 2 job cards, we were unable to attach due technical issues. We also wanted to attach videos of leakage but could not due technical issues.
