Mahindra And Mahindra — Worst service related complaint | |||||
So this is regarding my personal experience with mahindra service center INDORE (M.P) I faced an issue in my mahindra XUV500 W10 2019 model which is only driven 15000KM till date… i faced an issue regarding the engine start button as it was not responsive and i could hardly turn off my vehicle… other then this, when somehow I managed to turn off my vehicle it showed a message saying “entering one hour mode” and the ignition never tured off because of which the battery went completely down one day. Secondly the hill hold control, hill decent control and ABS also stopped working which meant my safety is been compromised which was not acceptable with an 18lac worth of car. I called the customer service center and as expected they took my vehicle for service . A day passed and they got my vehicle back to me but unfortunately the vehicle was not fixed at all … i saw the same issue and denied the Delievery of my vehicle . They took it back and came next day with the vehicle saying it’s been fixed .. as i was not at home my brother paid the service charges 1300 INR. As i got back home and checked on the vehicle it had the exact same issue as before and the service center stopped responding my phone calls and replying to my messages.
