All,

We got XUV500 in 2015, to the surprise all the four side doors, back door, some part of the body started rusting from 2017, Not sure how they are saying it as a premium segment vehicle, I Have raised several complaint's, several follow up's, finally there is no proper response from Mahindra and this support is completely unacceptable, They are saying they can give only 20% discount and finally I have to pay up ending around 2.5L, which is why we have not invested much on the vehicle.

I need this to be escalated to the relevant team to get my issue resolved.

        I have booked XUV 300 W8 (O) model in Guwahati, Assam on February 2021. I was told vehicle will arrive within 3 months, but I understand due to COVID situation perhaps it has not reached. I was not informed about the delay what so ever. Out of my interest i tried to find out, i was asked to wait, after the defined duration I again try to find out.. but after sometime I was informed about the arrival of the vehicle at Guwahati, but can not be delivered since infotainment has not arrived from Nasik. Later, I am asked to pay the Ex showroom and TCS which is the vehicle cost itself and wait for the vehicle for integration of the infotainment. I have taken loan for vehicle procurement, I informed that I cannot pay this huge amount without even seeing the vehicle. I have not received any info. till date.
        I am extremely surprised to get such a treatment from such a reputed firm, playing with customers sentiment. I have lost faith and interest, kindly let me know the procedure for cancellation of my order.

          Sir,
          I booked an SUV-500 W11 Pearl white car on 23/06/2021 vide bill no 64622 and paid an advance booking amount of Rs one lakh on 23/06/2021 vide receipt voucher no BKG-213/21-22 favouring myself Noorul Amin Bhat.Today on 02/07/2021, the sales manager Mr Waseem called me to pick up the vehicle at Nowgam Srinagar and deposit the remaining amount as per proforma invoice but to my surprise the colour of the car that they wanted to deliver was white instead of Pearl white.The said person forwarded me the snapshots of the car and when i objected that it was white and i had not booked it, he told me the white colour that you see is due to lamination on my backside of camera otherwise the car is Pearl white.when I went to the showroom, to my surprise, the car was white in colour.Sir i can forward you the screenshot of the text messages whatever i wrote in my complaint.Is this the way you deceive your customers.Kindly look into the matter and do the needful

            My brand new THAR of just two months old got engine trouble and I have to stop the vehicle in between an important day spooling my all day programs. I was stranded about almost four hours at road side. Now when contacted with company representatives they are telling by Monday they will check about what is the exact problem. Now it’s not clear that when they can fix the issue and deliver my vehicle and I am facing lots of problem since I don’t have a vehicle to travel after spending so much money

                      I had booked xuv 300 on[protected].in Ludhiana.with NOVELTY Wheels P ltd. Ludhiana. as booking advance given to company Rs 11000/-
                      But they did not give me delivery.up to[protected]. then i asked to refund my money.
                      After so many calls and visits they Give me Refund 8000/- on[protected].

                      Why Novelty Wheels deducted 3000/- from m as they had used my 11000/-for 97 day. rather to give me interest on my booking amount, they charged me a fine for booking a car.

                        My car is 2 years old and i already have troubles with its gearbox. The company service is so bad that its been more than 1 month and I haven´t got my car yet. Its in warranty period and I expect my car within one month. I have waited for whole lockdown period plus 1 month n counting. I am tierd for such bad service at Snowview Mahindra himachal pradesh.

                          1. I purchased XUV 300 from Harbir automobile Mahindra, Industrial Area Phase 1, Chandigarh on 19 Nov 2020. On 09 Jun 2021, during second free service vehicle was reported with rattling sound in front and rear left side suspension system at SIMLA Automobiles Pvt LT, JIA Bypass Road, Bhunter, Himachal Pradesh. Servicing was carried out by the agency but defect of rattling sound in front and rear left side suspension system was not rectified stating by the agency that this defect has been reported most in most of vehicle and not repairable.

                          2. May I request appropriate authority please do the need ful to rectify the defect noticed within warranty period/ free service period.

                            I booked all new thar on 18th of nov 2020 in jammu at shuhul automobiles pvt. Ltd and assured me delevery date in feb according to the waiting period in jammu at that time. In feb when i reached showroom for confirmation he didnt even punch my car to mahindra then after complain done to mahindra he punch in feb and give reason that mahindra cancel your booking done in November so they repunch again and then only in feb it is accepted by mahindra.
                            I do complain everywhere but all gone in vain.
                            Request call back from rccm and look the matter .

                              Helllo Sir/ Mam. I am Dr Anant Bahadur, Principal scientist (Vegetable) at Varanasi UP. I have purchased XUV 3OO in Feb this year (UP 65 EA 7331) and satisfied with my vehicle. I got a minor road accident with stray animal and RH Fender has damaged (image attached). I approached to Raj Mahindra, Harahua, Varanasi for replacement of Fender on June 14, 2021 but they are unable to replace the same. I have requested them several times, but they are saying that supply is not coming. If this much time for simple replacement of vehicle part is require, then the customer will be perplexed. Please arrange the part at Varanasi as soon as possible and get my vehicle repaired.

                                  I bought xuv 300 on 02/12/2020 . Few days ago there was a problem, when fan is turned on with inside air, there was a noise. So I took the car to Raga motors, Phagwara road, Jalandhar. They told me that some parts need replacement and these are not available. So they will order full parts and will contact me after that. They also told me that if they tried to correct this defect now then they may not be successful because they may have not all required spare parts. I got a message from them on 28/06/21, they required spare parts are available and bring the vehicle tomorrow at 9 am, so that after repair vehicle can be delivered by evening. Today I came there at 9.15 am and handed over the vehicle to them . After some time they told me that whole unit needs replacement, which is not available with them and they had ordered a small part of that earlier, now they will order whole unit now, then contact me and I will have to bring the car again. My house is 65 km from the showroom. To rectify a manufacturing defect l had to visit showroom again and again, which is far away from my residence. I am working as Assistant Director Animal Husbandry at Kapurthala. It is very difficult for me to take leave again and again. I am fed up with Mahindra, such a poor quality and such a poor service

                                    Hello,

                                    My XUV500 W8 which was bought in 2013, both the front doors got rusted . The service center guy's took this up with Mahindra company and it got rejected siting it's been 8 years. But how can a premium segment vehicle get rust in first place?
                                    Can Mahindra provide a solution to this.

                                      Dear Sir/Madam,

                                      This is the first time I am looking at a Mahindra product having previously been a BMW and Ford customer.

                                      I booked a Thar in February 2021 at Harbir Auto, Industrial Area, Chandigarh and paid the booking amount.

                                      I was informed by Mahindra that the convertable petrol version I had booked would be delivered in 18-20 weeks.

                                      When I inquired about my booking in June 2021 I was told now the car would be delivered end August.

                                      In end June I got a message from Harbir Auto that the car will now be delivered in mid November 2021.

                                      Mahindra appears to be a dishonest and deceitful company giving false and misleading information in order to trap customers into making a booking and then delaying delivery indefinitely.

                                      I have heard of many instances where the Thar is being given out of turn to powerful politicians and bureaucrats. This leaves a very bad taste for regular law abiding customers who are patiently waiting in line for thier car.

                                      I hope Mahindra choses to adopt a honest approach to its customers and stops using bait and delay tactics .
