Dear Sir/Madam,
Let me introduce myself Kubendra Kumbar and I booked the Xuv300 (dual tone/top end) Car on 25/03/2021 from the PPS Motors (Automotive Manufacturing Pvt Ltd (Ground Floor, Shoba Mall Opp: Empire Hotel, Church Street Bangalore-560001.) : Booking reference ID :Ord[protected] .
I got the call from PPS Motors(Mr.Aarfath Khan (sales) and asked for full payment for the next process of delivery.
I have transferred the Payment as below
Rs.10, 000/- on[protected]
Rs.10, 00000 /- on[protected]
Rs.4, 51, 200 /- on[protected]
After collecting the full payment, Dealer updated and committed that, Car will be delivered on 26th Of April 2021.
We are rigorously following the Sales Team for delivery of Car but as of today, CAR is Not delivered.
Initially miscommunicated that the system is not working, it needs to be replaced with a new one from Mahindra & Mahindra .
When we visited the Dealer showroom for Car delivery on 23nd June 2021 and met Branch Head Mr.Dilip and his colleagues, car was short fitted, fully stated that there was problem with Infotainment system so we are awaiting for New Infotainment System from M&M Company and the moment we receive we will fix it and deliver the CAR.
Our Observation:
1) CAR is registered without fixing all accessories - CAR got registered on 27/04/2021 without SHOWING to Customer.
2) Mis-Leading and Cheating customers by stating PROBLEM With Infotainment System.
3) Still Now the CAR is NOT delivered to Me and kept in the dealer custody( By today More than two months is done ).
4) No intimation to ME ( Customer) while availing CAR INSURANCE details
5) Pre delivery checks, reports and pics are requested, till now we have not received.
7) We visited the Showroom on 23/06/2021 and met Branch Head on the same but NO RESOLUTION as the CAR was not READY
Visiting the showroom was a totally embarrassing situation for me and my wife, no one was interested to meet and talk to us including Branch head .After waiting, we met with Branch head agreed for the dealer problem & my loss without NO RESOLUTION as the CAR was not READY
Also after seeing the short fitted car, we even observed that How can a car be driven more than 60 Kms ? ;
I have invested Rs.15, 00, 000/- on Car and My money is with them and My Car is with them...
Who is going to compensate for the losses incurred to me?
If I would have invested I would have made decent profit and here customers are getting GRAET & WOW feel in First Impression.
Kindly look into the same on top most priority and resolve the same...
I selected the Mahindra & Mahindra car because of Indian brand (Vocal for the Local ) and refereed the two friends also. One has already booked the car in the same dealer ; Me and my family are facing the worst experience with this car deal .
Please do mention who is going to compensate the losses incurred to me? We will escalate and we will take it up legally if there is NO Solution from the Company or Dealer.

Mahindra And Mahindra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Kindly share if the issue has been rectified as I’m facing similar issue of huge rattling noise from front right suspension while driving over small bumps and uneven roads.
