[Resolved]  Mahindra And Mahindra — Xuv 300 starter motor warranty

I have purchased xuv300w8(0) regd no OD11X9696 on 10/10/2021 from Basanti auto mobile baleswar Odisha with shield warranty
After 6month ( 10000 km )in second servicing 12/05/2022
My vehicle was not started
The service centre manager inform me that my starter motor was burned and also told that it is under shileld warranty
But after fitted it they told me that my clutch plate also burned but it is not under warranty ..
After the work at the billing time they told me to pay the both clutch plate and startermoter
They told that it was my fault of driving
So they can't claim the warranty
After discussing with manger they refused and told me to pay starter motor
And also added the labour bill even after the free servicing

Which type of warranty is this ?

My vehicle had not any symptoms that
I knew about clutch issue
