Mahindra And Mahindra — xuv 500 bluetooth issue blown out of proportion | |||
Dear mahindra customer support, I maintain xuv 500 registered no gj01 rj1052 since jan2015. Off late i found that the bluetooth was not getting connected to any of my mobile phone. I contacted local dealer m/s punjab mahindra s g road and they suggested me to handover teh vehicle for 2-3 days as its "silverbox" needs to be repacaed which is within warranty. I also took this opportunity to get paid service done to save on time. However after footing a bill of rs.9000/- for service (Which otherwise may not be needed) the bluetooth problem was not attended. After several personal requests to the service manager i was told that the said "silverbox" is now available and i can drop the vehicle to service station. I did so yesterday and today when the vehicle is handed over back to me. My phone is not still getting connected over an above the cd player and reverse camera are also not functioning. I am totally frustrated with this service level where i have to literally plead for getting service done and the issues are increasing instead of getting resolved. Was this information helpful? | |||
