Hallo sir/madam.
Iam deekshith i purchased mahindra bolero and from 18000 kms run it started a brakeing problm and 3times my vehicle have meet accident and everytime problm is braking. Brake get stuck and brake jam. Now this is third time same problem occered and vehicle rolled up and it cost 5.5lakh for repair.. So i asking to exchamge my vehicle and please give us a new vehicle. Amd there are some bills and pictires of spot.. And please give us other new vehicle if not we will publish this problem in media and take a action...

    I am writing this complaint with no other choice with lot of mental agony rolling tears from my eyes, where my entire dreams and life ruined by one just bloody decision to purchase a mahindra brand vehicle. Being hard working nature, and came from a middle class indian family, i have started a small business with all my savings earned for more than 5 years (5 lakh rupees) and invested into a small business with the help of a friend. The business which i had chosen requires a medium size truck for my daily business needs. Even after getting a very good price from tata motors, blindly believed and purchased a brand new mahindra supro commercial vehicle at visakhapatnam show room. Being into food product business i have to be on time to deliver the products to the customer and need to increase my customer base. But on theregular usage, i was shocked to know, my brand new vehicle keep on troubling which resulted ruin of my entire business. I have lost whole the amount where i have invested because of the only vehicle i have purchased. My sincere question is why mahindra manufacturing defective engines and playing with our middle class people. I request any one of you to please look into the issue and resolve as iam not finding any way except lossing my life...

      Dear sir,
      I am from chennai. Gave my tuv300 for a 3 rd time repeat service for center locking. They said they needed time and gave me a standby vehicle xuv500. It met with a small accident back bumber was hit and the pesron who made mistake said he will pay back, go and apply for insurance. We informed india garage and all of a sudden they say that the replacement car had only 3rd party insurance so no claim can be done. Also they are putting all costs and all they can. Now they are saying to pay 35000/-. We took it to a outside mechanic. He saw and said bumber would cost 8700 and painting 5000/-. We accepted to pay for bumber and requested india garage to pay for painting. As the car they are giving should have proper insurance. If something happens to me inside the car, who will be responsible. I made a complaint on 9th november cf[protected]. Today is 16th november, called 3 times to customer care. They said they will call me back, but nothing happened. Kindly respond asap as the india garage is threatening us and they are not repairing our car also asking to give back xuv. Mahindra should know whats happening with their service centers as this is outrageous. Kindly do the needful.

        [protected] my vehicle tuv 300 t8 and registration number tn 77 h 7007. My vehicle has the starting problem and coolant oil is mixed with engine oil. This problem was repeated three times and we service it in sks automobile, 2/152, omalur main road, nh7, jagireddiyappaty, salem, pin:636202. Yesterday[protected] we had the same problem and we send my vehicle in sks automobile salem today[protected], the order number is ro18a016425. Refer it in sks automobile salem, tamilnadu. Here after we do not need to repair the engine. We want the new engine to be assembled with extent warranty.. Please considered my situation and do it sa soon as possible... Thank you

          Sir this is not fair offering fake information for candidates. The people who do not know about this there are chances to deposit the amount to unknown persons. Don't play these of cheap tricks for the sake of money. As we are humans not we need to have some basic values to run the organisation. I do not know what people gain from these fraud messages and mails. So i severely condemn u not to repeat it again

            Dear consumer forum,
            I buyed scorpio sle model in 2011 from sahyadri motors pune
            After few years later (3 yrs) (Vehicle only runned around 40, 000 km) when vehicle is out of station in drive condition the clutch pedal goes down. From that loaction we have towed the vehicle to authorised service station located at chakan (Chaitanya auto).
            And as per service station advice we have changed clutch slave assembly, pressure and clutch plate.
            After few years back again clutch pedal goes down and we have repeated the same process. (At around 70000)
            After few year back we realise that there is problem (Gear hard shifting) during shifting gear from 1st to 2nd and vise versa till vehicle get run few distance. We admitted vehicle again at authorised station sahyadri motor, narhe pune they said we have to change gear sycroniser and bevel gears of 1st and 2nd gear which cost us again around rs.30, 000/- (Vehicle ran only 80000).
            And now again we are facing same problem of hard shifting in gear at 93000 km.
            We had get the information from mahindra complaint forum that many vehicle having mhawk engine has same problem which is beacuase of only design issue during manufacturing. And company is ignoring to call that vehicle again for problem solving though the problem is of directly related to design.
            So we humble request you to please help out us from this issue.

              I got my car tuv 300 on march 3rd 2017 from hyderabad, secunderabad ranigunj automotive.
              After a few months i noticed that the paint from few parts of the car is peeling off. Its peeling off from the bonnet, doors, panels, almost from all over the car. I have never seen something like this happening to a car. I want a immediate action towards this. Only 3rd has been completed by now and this problem has shown up.. I had many mahindra cars but never seen a problem like this in of them..

              The car has to get a repaint otherwise it will start getting rusted. Its a manufacture default car. I even gave a complaint to the dealership they dint bother to respond back. Cut short to this i need a response as soon as possible.. I have shared some pictures from where the paint is peeling off from the car.

After complaining here kottayam service center (Tvs service center thellokam) people repaired (They saying that i'm not sure) but still the problem not solved.                   My car kuv 100 was shuddering occasionally. The mahindra quik service center at enathu noted that the gear box foundation nut was loose and on tightening, the shuddering stopped.
                  Yesterday i suspected the same and asked them to check. They took it up the left and didn't see anything amiss. The mechanic checked the air in the front types and it was proper. They promptly gave me a bill for rs. 160. (110 for checking the nuts and 50 for checking the air). All this when u can check air for free at petrol pumps.
                  Moral of story : go to mahindra service centers only after the damage is done to claim warranty. If you want to save mahindra money through preventive inspection, their service centers will fleece you.

                    I have purchased Mahindra XUV500 from Utkal Autocoach, JAmshedpur, Jharkhand on 21st sept 2017 and then booked a choice number on 6th oct 2017 by paying 25000rs online.

                    After couple of weeks i received a sms saying JH05BX 5041 is your vehicle number.Then i immediatel contacted the showroom showroom sales person and e told and accepted that mistakenly they did normal registration for my vehicle.

                    Now the scenario is like:- I have paid 25000rs for my choice number and the i have another number for my vehicle.When i have paid 25000rs for my choice number, i wanted to keep that number for my vehicle and if its not possible then goverment of India should return me that paid money.

                    I have already dropped multiple emails to transport dept- gov of India and no one is in mood to reply on my mail.

                    I would therefore request you to kindly take action on this.

                        I booked car on previous day of gst announcement at kumbakonam mahindra dealers. I registered that car on 6th of next month. Therefore the dealer had not allowed be either reduced rate of gst or primeminister's subsidy for tourist vehicle. Kindly resolve my complaint. My contact no. Is [protected]. Earlier it was advised by the representative that i will get 40% subsidy on vehicle loan for tourist board vehilce. Now the representative left the office. Now it is told by the company that vehicles reigstered after gst will not be allowed for subsidy. Ok, fine let me allow new rate of tax means they are telling that you have registered, i mean booked vehicle prior to gst. So, i am the sufferer that i could not avail prime minsiter's subsidy or reduced rate of gst. Hence i liked to inform customer and to get the problem resolved. Thanks in advance.

                          I have purchased my new xuv 500 w10 variant in the month of sept.2017 and just completed 1600 km. Today when i traveled from calicut around 70 km it started smoke coming from the engine part. I doubt the quality of vehicle since only i have completed only 1600 km and started this type of issues. Now i am not confident enough to drive the vehicle with my family. I was using maruthi vehicle for the past 10 years i never face this type of issues.

                          Eventhough i enrolled for road assistant service while purchasing the vehicle when i called the local number [protected] they have informed me that they are far away and not able to come right now to assist me and they will come afterwards. I have paid extra amount not to hear this type of excuses but to get assistance when ever required.

                            Madam/sir,
                            I went to eram motors pvt ltd palakkad on 08 sep 17 for purchasing mahindra vehicle kuv 100. They shown me kuv 100 dual tone and gave me an estimate of that (Estimate 1). After paying an booking amount of rs 5000/- vide journal voucher no. 9473 dated 08 sep 17, it was told to me that presently dual tone is not under production due to some reason and not available in mahindra production plant. So they requested me to go for kuv 100 red, for which i agreed. Again they gave me an estimate of rs 705995/-. (Estimate 2). I gave a cheque of rs 700000/- on 12 sep 17 after arrival of the vehicle. I was told that vehicle will be delivered within three/ four days. On 15 sep 17 when we (My wife and me) went for collection of vehicle they gave me the following (Tax invoice: rs 625228.00+ insurance: rs 21076+ road tax: 51942/-) the total of this amounts to be rs 698246/-. The balance amount of rs 6754/- is not understood. Pls clarify. Secondly the discount by mahindra during that period was confirmed to me was rs 24050/- whereas i got a discount of only rs 18643/-.

                              ഞാൻ ഒരു മഹിന്ദ്ര ജീറ്റോ പാസ്സന്ജർ വണ്ടി കോട്ടയത്തുള്ള നാട്ടകം mahidra ഷോറൂമിൽ നിന്നും വാങ്ങി... വണ്ടി ഡെലിവറി കിട്ടിയപ്പോൾ 650 kms ഓടിയ വണ്ടിയാണ് കിട്ടിയത്... ഇപ്പോ 2 ദിവസം ആയി വണ്ടി കംപ്ലയിന്റ് ആയി വഴിയിൽ കിടക്കുവാണ്.. ആകെ മൊത്തം 900kms ആയതേ ഉള്ളു.. Servise നു വിളിച്ചിട്ട് ഇതുവരെ ആരും വന്നില്ല.. ഇങ്ങനെ ആണോ മഹിന്ദ്ര യുടെ സേവനം... വണ്ടി വാങ്ങാൻ ഷോറൂമിൽ വരുമ്പോൾ ഉള്ള സ്നേഹം വാങ്ങി കഴിഞ്ഞാൽ ഇല്ല... എന്തികിലും പറ്റി വഴിയിൽ കിടന്നാൽ കോസ്റ്റമേർ സഹിച്ചോണം അങ്ങനെ അല്ലെ ഇപ്പോ നടക്കുന്നത്... നല്ല serivise കൂടെ ഉണ്ടെങ്കിലേ നിലവിലുള്ള കോസ്റ്റമേർ മറ്റാരെങ്കിലും കമ്പനിയെ പറ്റി ചോദിച്ചാൽ നല്ല അഭിപ്രായം പറയു... ഇതിപ്പോ ആരെങ്കിലും മഹിന്ദ്ര യുടെ വണ്ടി എടുക്കുന്നുണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ഞാൻ പറയും വേറെ വെല്ലോ വണ്ടിയും എടുത്താൽ മതിയെന്ന്.. കാരണം നിലവിൽ ഉള്ള സർവീസ് അത്രക്ക് മോശം ആണ്‌

My Bolero Plus A/C 9 sitter of Engone No. GRH4E82491 and Chassis No. MA1XE2GRKH5F31366 was delivered on 28.10.17 from Royal Motors, Kolkata, after receiving this I found rusting at Body, specially on front door and at chassis. Please exchange my car immediately.
                              Pathetic service at jamshedpur. We stayed whole day but none of them do responsible job and at evening all staff person left site without informing.

                                I was purchased kuv 100 k6+ model in july 2016. At that time company says this car average is 27 for eco mode. And 25 for power mode. But they cheated with me original average is 16 for eco mode and 14 for power mode under 90 to 100 kmph. I am complaning about this problem during first service of my car nearest workshop. They said average will come. My car was travelled 15000 km but there is no change in average. Mahindra is cheated company. Car pick up is very bad. Overall mahindra cars experience is very bad. After completion of 2 service average concern is not cleared.2 nd service was done in navsari. Those person mechanic says this car is in mfn engine & i can't do anything in your concern.

                                Me service se satisfied nahi hu. Long distance pe car ki average nikalo 50 km chalake full tank karvake average nikaloge to koi bhi car committmnet se jyada average dene hi vali he. Itna bhi show room valo ko pata nahi he. Muje bolte he aapke car ki average 32 km he kabhi socha he sapne bhi nahi aayegi itni average. Agar dum he to meri challenge except karo aur long route pe car ki average 25 ki lake dikhao. Aap logo ki hi commitment he na 25 ki. Agar dum he to except karo challenge.

                                Aaj ke baad koi bhi deal mahindra ke sath nahi hogi. Aur dusro me karne bhi nahi dunga. Mera concern 2 service hone ke baad bhi pending hi he. Aur mera experience bahut hi kharab raha he. Very bad pick ujp. Meri salah yahi he ki koi bhi mahindra he sath deal nahi kare.

                                    My name is danie abraham. I am from kerala. I am using three xylo's (H8+airbag) 2014, and 2 cars of 2017 models. All the three vehicles having complaint from the beginning itself. When i purchased the first model that is in 2014 i was facing clucth problems, that is the clutch was too hard to apply and when i appoached kottayam service center they changed the whole clutch kit and the problem was finalised and in 2016 central locking poblem came that the door was automatically opening while running and after long argument the problem was solved. I bought another xylo on 2017. Now the clutch and the steering is too hard, the reverse sensor was continously making sound when taking reverse, voice command is not woking and also after 2 or 3 days when i start the vehicle it's not starting. Approached kottayam sevice centre they put the vehicle at the sevice centre for 3 days. When i checked the vehicle after servicing the compliants were not solved. After one day they told all the problem was solved but when i drived the vehicle nothing was solved.
                                    Regarding the voice command i waited for 2 months still its not arrived and they are telling mahindra is not sending the parts, again i am taking the vehicle to the service centre. I don't know what they are going to do this time. I have another xylo of 2017 model it has central locking problem. Please consider this complaint and do the needful. I was planning to buy 2 pickups but now dropped because of the bad service response. Please solve the poblems as soon as possible. I don't want to waste the time behind these vehicles.

                                      I am working in an automobile company and the vehicle novu sport is in the name of ve commercial vehicles ltd. I am using this vehicle from the beginning i. E.: from last year. Now in one year one the rear wheel bearing has been damaged and the work shop at bargarh, orissa m/s krishna vahan is not giving me warranty. At the same time they have no parts with them and telling me to keep the vehicle for another 7 days at work shop. When i denied and told them to change it in warranty they are forcibly signing one document of satisfaction note else they threatened that they will not release the vehicle.                                         I have purchased mahindra tuv 300 t10 on 14th of oct from concept automobiles sec-2 noida and from last 20 days i am struggling to get the temporary number plate. Every day they are giving ridiculous excuses. I don't know what is happening.
                                        And what type unprofessional people they have hired to sell their new cars.
                                        As per telephonic coversation they are telling that they some approvals are pending for registration of temporary number is stuck of this model.
