[Resolved] Mahindra And Mahindra — xuv300 new car fm not working

I have purchase a new xuv 300 car from concept automobile, noida, sector -2, at the time of purchasing the fm radio was not working. They told me that it will be rectified at the time of first servicing. At first servicing, i went there at 8.00 am and waited upto 4.00 pm but they ahve failed to rectify and told me that some parts need to be chasnged and it will come after some day. After around 10 days they came to my home to rectify the issue and they again failed. And after that no communication from their side.
I feel that they are harassing me.
When i purchase a new car, why should i tolerate this kind of thing.
Please look into the case and rectify the porblem immediately otherwise i have no other option than to complain in higher level.

Have purchased XUV 300 W6 on Jan 15, 2022. Had upgraded the system as suggested by the Mahindra showroom at Bangalore Tanisandra branch service centre. But once new system is updated FM is not working properly. Send for service twice still not rectified. Again have sent now on 5July22 and they say that since you have upgraded the system FM is not working. Can anyone explain me the logic behind and also tel me the resolution for this.
