We have purchased 2 marazzo vehicles 4 months back and one of the vehicle gear box problem after 30000 kms. Replaced the gear box again problem came after 60 kms. That is the major complaint.
Secondarily in the service invoice instead of our name some other name has come and it has taken time to correct for payment causes late to take delivery. They have told it is rectified. Again the same is repeated and when we have contacted and requested saying vehicle delivery is urgent, very very poor response from service saying that it takes 24 hrs to correct and delivery will be done after payment. How the finance people will pay with wrong invoice? Having the problem at service end holding the vehicle delivery is wrong. We have never expected this kind of service from m/s. Mahindra group, going forward, we are very much worried about the service and response.

    regarding servicing issue

    During my 1st servicing of my xuv 300 w6 petrol on dated 10/08/19 at ramnarayan swibaprashad delar at jorhat (Assam) i had to paid an amount of rs. 1207.00 they charged rs.308.00 for maxicare wind shield, distilled water, maxicare hvac etc.. It's all right but they charged rs. 899.00 for maxicare engine coating system.. I don't know what they done, they not informed me about this during servicing period..     xuv300 new car fm not working

    I have purchased a new vehicle on invoice dated :11/july/2019. After a few kilometers from showroom the vehicle was started giving the beep sound with indication of oil pressure. Then i noticed that i most of the sensors was not working and some was totally dark. During delivery there was no explanation given on options present in the vehicle that was different story. Then i called to the sales executive he said take to service center directly. On the i noticed the second thing the wind blowing sound inside the vehicle when i crossed 60 km speed from dashboard. When checking the dash board in sunlight i can the dash board color was very pale and two different colors in dash board. Then one head lamp bulb was fused.

    Just think what would be a mind of a customer on the new vehicle delivery ride. Then steering wheel was was not turning and there was a damage in it. There are more things in interior where the upholstery fitting was very bad many defects in pasting and i have used ruber band to join the wire. I need a proper answer from mahindra is this the way you deliver the vehicle and cheat customers. I was really depressed with the vehicle really ypu have delivered a defective vehicle to me. I need proper action from your side. From dealer said they are very cruel no answer they are simply blaming the mahindra company. I need a proper action from mahimdra.

      This is regarding the complaint of mahindra servicing center where we give our mahindra xuv 500 (Cg 07 ah 5000) for servicing it is located in mahindra shivnath automobiles pvt. Ltd, dhamda road, gram chikli, dist-durg, chattisgarh-491001. When we went to service center for submission of car we have problem regarding left window glass only and so we told them for general servicing also. After 5 days they sent us estimate of rupees 1, 25, 000 when we ask about what happend they told that you have problem regarding gear box they opened gear box they don't even take approval regarding this and we know that there is no problem in gear box car gear is working fine. So we denied the amount 1, 25, 000 and told the manager that we will complaint about this to higher offical so they reduce amount to rupees 25, 000 but we denied the work of gear box because at the time of submission of car it is working fine and after that when we went to pick up the car to check wether car is alright so we test drive it and now car is making so much noise from gear box, it has no noise before. So what we can do now, please take immediate action against them. Sir we are hoping for positive reply from you.

      Dear Mahindra colleagues,

      I have been a proud owner of XUV500 (1970, W10) since 24.04.2016. After thorough market research, series of test drives, I was pleased by XUV500 (W10) and took the delivery from your dealership on 24.4.2016.
      I had enjoyed and was pleased by my vehicle and even recommended Mahindra vehicles to my friends – two of them bought the AT version of XUV500 W10 and one bought the XUV300 (AT).

      Soon, I noticed few problems i.e. leaking of water from roof, start-stop button not working, the windows were not winding smoothly. My XUV has regularly been serviced at the Mahindra Service Station (Concept Mahindra, New Delhi) as scheduled and only run ~30000 kms. During my free services (2nd service) and also subsequent paid services, I have clearly mentioned these problems, specifically the leaking water from roof. I was always assured that the problem was fixed. BUT, every other monsoon or rains, I would again face the same problem, and go through the same process of complains, services and assurances, but it persists till today.

      I have always been a very careful and the only driver, and my XUV has never involved in accidents (besides scratches on the body). Last week I took my vehicle out for office and realized again the roof was leaking. Next morning when I was trying to start my car, the engine won’t start. So, I complained and requested for home service from Mahindra.

      The Mahindra service person came and opened up few panels and showed me water inside the side panels, the corroded wires and well as a broken wire. I was more than worried, even after repeated complaints and assurances by Mahindra service, the water was inside the electric panels that had resulted in corrosion and potential problems in the entire circuit. This also was confirmed later by the service diagnostics team - 'there has been a short circuit and wires are stuck together'.

      He tried to fix but could not. Ultimately the vehicle had to be towed to the – Concept Service station, MCI at Mathura Road, New Delhi.

      I got the shock of my life, when after almost 4 days spent on diagnostics, I was given a service quote of Rs. 66, 276/- (after discount). The quote (attached) says that the entire engine wiring and CCB harness (wiring) has to be replaced. My XUV500 is just 4 years old, has no history of accidents, nor driving abuse. I can understand the other mechanical wear and tear problems but if in a 4 year XUV500, a so called premier segment car of Mahindra; the entire wiring has to be changed infers two things:
      - Poor quality of this so-called premier car by Mahindra
      - Poor servicing and customers being fooled

      Had the problem of water leakage services well and resolved, this damage to the entire wiring would not have happened.

      I request your kind and urgent attention to resolve this, and I as a customer should not be penalized for either poor servicing or poor manufacturing. It is a very very high cost of repair (of a vehicle with no accident and only 4 yrs old with ~30000 kms). This incident has terribly questioned my brand loyalty to Mahindra and recommendations for the brand and XUV500, in specific.

          Car number rj-01-ub-2111 (Xuv 500) went for service at greenland automobile (Mahindra), ajmer in the month of june 2019. Recently we found that our car battery was taken out and some other battery with same company but a more used one was inserted. I have the proof because i have the bill in which serial no. Is mentioned. This greenland automobile dealership ajmer is doing unethical practice since years. I will raise my voice to higher authorities if action is not taken against them. This is not the first time they are doing such practices.

            Sir/madam,
            I gave the kuv 100 dl10ct 3895 to mr saif for repair for front center seat which was freezed since last service i gave at durga automobiles. Moti nagar and also left indicator light was not working but mr saif also recommended for clutch repair as according to him it was not ok i authorised him to repair all mentioned defects by sunday august 11 2019.

            But to my utter disappointment i did not received any call from durga automobiles moti nagar till august 12 2019 for any update for my vehicle and then i called senior person mr kk chauhan for update yesterday evening but no response came and again i called mr chauhan in morning (August 13 2019).
            And a very casual response i got was that seat not repaired since parts are not available still we check and call you in hour but till evening i received no call.
            In the end i just conveyed the message at reception at 5 pm evening keep the car i will not take now till it is completely repaired since from your side no update have comes and you have kept the vehicle for 4 days without any information.
            My request to all senior and authorised person is that please keep the vehicle at your end till it is fully repaired free of any additional charges.
            And i will have to email and further lodge complaints to high authority and to even mr anand mahindra for customer harrasement. And no responsibility taken from any senior person at workshop. From company like mahindra and mahindra.
            Really disappointing experience at durga automobiles.

                I bought my mahindra scorpio s5 8 months ago. I got its door handle and side mirror painted from the company at the time of purchase only. Now, that paint is getting removed itself. I want the company to redo it as soon as possible. I am very disappointed with the paint work and the company too, these big companies don’t do their work properly. I didn’t get the paint job done from outside, because i need genuine work. But, even the company is not doing the genuine work. The paint from handles and side mirror is getting removed itself. I want the company to get it done as soon as possible. Otherwise, i will sue the mahindra and mahindra for not doing the genuine work even in their official company.

                  The colour of soft top fades in only 2 months.. It ws just dirty and not in black colour.. I am dis satisfied with the quality of soft top..                     I have purchased the new xuv5oo in december. There was a problem in gear shifting yesterday. So i took it to my nearer service centre garg motors sirsa (Haryana). They refused to even check it. Very hardly i took there, i told them make it checked if there is minor problem than make it, otherwise you keep it here only. But they told me, we cant check also. This type of behaviour i have not seen any where. I had to brought my car back. Which was very tough because gear is no functioning. I hope i have done a mistake of buying car from mahindra. Because this type of behaviour of any dealer i have not seen.

                      This is my second attempt to get my new vehicle, mahindra thar crde (Rj27 ub 2623) repaired by seeking help from mahindra.
                      I had purchased the vehicle on 13th june 2019.in just a month there was a problem with suspension and clutch. I had the vehicle examined at rr automobiles moti nagar new delhi.
                      I had also decided to get the 1st service done before the recommended kms so as to get any knicks and knacks sorted out. Despite being in the service station for a toral of almost 10 days there has been no solution.
                      Last time i had emailed, there was a customary phone without any feedback and my complaint was marked resolved.
                      A new vehicle shouldn't have such problems. Highly disappointed in the quality and the service of mahindra.
                      I have already given ample time and have tried reaching out to you but unfortunately it is to no avail. I am considering to file a consumer complaint as i think there is no other means to get a repair done even of bare bone vehicle such as thar. As i write the email the vehicle is still at the service station but the problem has not been resolved.
                      Will have to go through the hassle of legal remedy if there is no effective response asap.

                        Violation of labor law : i am in to sales & marketing - for which extensive travel is required to meet desired channel partners. Mahindra two wheeler has refused to reimburse the said amount. This amount was spend from own pocket which is to be reimbursed by company after travel completion. These claims were submitted with in company policy/ guidelines but money is not getting reimbursed. (Attached policies) & below complete details of the case.

                        With much anticipation writing this mail. Kindly look in to the below concern facing from last three years & i have been following it continuously with company.

                        Concern as below :-

                        Ex - employee mahindra two wheeler (Mahindra group) - owned by mr. Anand mahindra.

                        With due respect and utmost regard would like to brief on the subject matter which has been in unresolved frame since may2016 as can be seen from the trailing mails.

                        I have been following up for my tour claims, mobile bills since then, but not provided with resolution.

                        Key highlights below:-

                        Travel claims which are within company policy pending to be cleared.
                        To begin with all the claims are portal claims approved by my then immediate boss (Cbm).
                        As per travel policy shared by hr team no manual claims will be accepted, only claims approved by cbm will be accepted. My claims are all online/ portal claims.
                        All hr policies are followed for the said travel claims.
                        Moreover it was mailed by commercial manager - to submit all pending claims till march16 before 7 may16. (Attachment below). Same were submitted with in time frame.
                        All the claims are genuine claims & have spent my hard earned salary for official travelling as per my kra.
                        I had been running pillar to post all my job tenure with mahindra even working on my last working day.
                        As per revised annexure of 2 nd nov 15 (Attachment) all the guidelines have been followed and my claims from april15 to august 15 were submitted online through portal same are pending to be reimbursed even my mobile bills are pending to be reimbursed.

                        It is to notify all my claims from april to sep 2015 have been submitted online and none of them are manual claims. As per company guidelines.

                        I have all the proofs of claim submitted - amount left to be credited. Acceptance of the company that claims have been received.

                        All the claims submitted are as per guidelines of company. Attached are the company policies. Mahindra two wheeler has refused to follow these policies. Even i have been threatened on phone from company officials not to escalate the matter further.

                        Major point to be noted is was on medical leave from 14.09.2015 to oct 2015 due to severe typhoid & jaundice. Was also hospitalized for four days. I had submitted proper mail to hr on the same. Attached is copy of the same. If required can also produce medical reports. Medical reports were also not taken in to consideration.

                        Pending amount is huge which has effected me financially. I have been following /calling up for the amount which has given lot of mental stress.

                        I have not been given with travel claim amount, mobile bill & also medical reimbursement for the hospitalization.

                        Writing mail as it has been more then three years, exhausted all avenues and writing to you as a last resort, hoping my concerns will be fully addressed.

                        Kindly find attachment for company policies and to prove everything is as per company guidelines.

                        Request to look in to the matter so that fair & crystal decision can be passed on the said matter.

                          I narendra subba of sikkim have recently buy green bolero from 6th mile gangtok. And have claimed insurance and its under process. But its taking so moch time... Till today my bolero is untouch. 3 and half months passed still the same. I have put my bolero in adampool near ranipool, mahinder workshop. Only 7 months have become buying of bolero. M trying my best and please help me to finish maintenance.

                          I did the fourth servicing of my car today, but there are not even simple machines available to wash the car.
                          Thank you for responding to my complaint. Now evrery things is going smooth and my bolero will soon be a brand new...i Narendra subba hereby withdrawing my complaint...i have no issue regarding Adampool mahinder workshop Ranipool, East sikkim..

                            I have owned a bolero zlx in dec-2017 having vehicle number rj36ua2410.. It was 2nd service that was done by k s automobiles udaipur that is authorised dealer for mahindra product as i know.
                            The service done on dated 1 june 2019.

                            Now the problems arises almost after 1 months.. My vehicles engines announces 'low oil pressure'... When i checked the oil i got that there is no oil in my vehicles engine.
                            The oil got leaked because the showroom did not change my oil filter and the bill showing that oil filer get changed at the time of service. The original filter (That was came with the vehicle) pictures are shown in attachments.

                            The fraud was done by showroom with me... My vehicles engine may damaged... I lost all the oils available in my engine too.

                            Kindly do needful against the showroom soon sir.

                            I am in need of justice sir.

                              I saurabh singh while traveling to my workplace today morning[protected] to bonthapally narsapur road faced a issue with my suv500 vehicle. My vehicle was in a running condition but all of a sudden my vehicle stopped while i was traveling. I then called the customer support team at 11.25am and i made a request to give me road side assistance. They told me that they will be sending the mechanic by 12.30pm and i was ok with it. But the mechanic came to that place by 1.30pm and examined the vehicle and didn't find the solution. Then he was leaving the place without giving me the proper response. I then asked him to tow my vehicle to the nearest service station. He denied helping me and told me that rsa service will be provided within an hour. But i didn't recieve any call or any kind of help from mahindra service team. So i made my own arrangements and parked my vehicle at automotive suchitra hyderabad. And later today night at 9.0pm i get a call from mahindra customer support asking me whether my issue has been solved or not? I don't understand why you people asked me this question when u didn't provide me rsa. Itseems like you people are only concerned for the sale of vehicle.

                              I need a proper response from your team by tomorrow morning stating the reasons for this kind o[censored]nprofessional service. If not i will be filing a case at consumer forum because you people promised me to give me service during my vehicle purchases. And mahindra was not upto their promises.

                                Our XUV 500 went for service to VC Motors Rooma in Kanpur. Mr. Piyush Saxena called us from the service center and told us to but roadside assistance without any cost (since they always do it and bill, this time I have recorded the entire conversation (attached)), and of course charged Rs.1999 (attached). This is cheating your customer and not acceptable.

                                  We have purchased a brand new xuv500 w11 (O) in june, 2019 from asansol. Our car runs about 15kms every week. But somehow everyweek the tyre pressure drops by 2psi in either of the four tyres including the spare tyre. There is no external sign of air leak niether there isn't any nail embedded in my tyres. I would be grateful if you suggest me whats wrong

                                    Such a shame that engine damaged at 35600 kms for Mahindra jeetho and they need minimum 30 days for engine repair..

                                    Vehicle not even completed one year and it is the blood line of my business and I am now suffering heavy loss due transporation.. . Alternatives cost unable to cover

                                    More fonancialdamage waiting for 01 more months...

                                    I just believed on your ads and the number of customers put their faith in your product

                                    And now am one of the victims of a failed business due wrong selection for transportation..

                                    Water leak is only in big rain, and water comes exactly above the clutch pedal. This is an issue from company in manufacturing. M& M should have recalled to fix this long back and they have not done...
