Dear sirs,
I have delivered (By towing) my reva e2o car no. Mh-31-ek-6784 to unnati motors following an accident on 15th june 2019. On 18th june, i personally met mr. Pintu singh the concerned person looking after the issues of my car and provided all the documents like the insurance certificate, police report and the bill of the towing company which delivered the car from my home to unnati motors. I was detailed that the back of the left side of car is totally damaged and will require replacement along with other repairs, which will take about a months time.
I waited for 2 months, i. E till august 15 for the car to get repaired, but i was not intimated about the progress of the repairs till that time. So i again inquire with mr. Pintu singh, who told me that the parts have not being supplied from the head office of reva and assured me that my job will be done in next 2 weeks. So i again called on mr. Pintu singh on 31 august, but again he replied the same that the parts are yet to arrive from the company office.
Again i called him today, and he said that the parts have been supplied and he will take another 2 weeks to get the job done.

It is to my surprise and agony that such a callous and careless attitude is being shown by both unnati motors and reva electrical cars.

I would request you to look into this matter seriously to get my car repaired and handed over to me.

    I nand kishore purchased mahindra scorpio s5 (White colour) from one of your dealers on 22 july 2019. Since the day i have purchased the car it is demanding service. The lock of back seat was not in a good condition since day 1. As soon as we noticed that we sent the car to one of your service station in peeragarhi on 27 july 2019 itself. But still the lock is not repaired. Till now we have sent the car for almost 6 times to the service station. And people their are not doing anything. Even in last service which was done on 11sept 2019, the remote of the car has been pilfered, which is quite a disappointment. Plus car is demanding service again n again since we have purchased. Its only 1.5 months of purchase and the condition of car is this.. I feel like car was not sold to us in a proper condition by your dealer. I request you to kindly have a check of our car and resolve our issue. Other details of car are as follows:-

      Dear sir, i am mr. Mathai kc from kerala bought a tuv300 t8 amt of 2017 model. I run over 20000 km till date and on 27/07/2018 i have opted for an
      Amc package from tvs kumbazha in addition to normal insurance coverate.
      On periodical service i complained to the person incharge for repair & maintenance of tvs kumbazha that i am facing problem of wheel spin to rear wheels. The workshop charge hand agreed to procure relevant parts and inform me to bring the vehicle to workshop. But when i contacted the workshop was closed. Now i donot know where is authorised workshop in or around chengannur.
      When i serched online about the problem, i found some one rectified it by changing suspension. There were suggesion like installing wheel pin kit & changing wheel drum of higher size etc.
      I now need expert advice - (1) where i can get authorised workshop (2) give advise what should be done to rectify the wheel spin

        During rain or while washing the car, there seems to be water leakage under the dashboard. When i complained to the service center (Tvs trivandrum) very next day after purchase they said this is quite normal in thar and there holes in the body to ease out the water. Now that the area where water-filled is getting rusted. I want this to be fixed. However, it seems i need to pay service center to fix faulty vehicle.

        When i checked with other thar owners, it is understood that this is a known issue in mahindra thar. I feel like cheated as i dint pay rs. 10 lakhs for the faulty vehicle. I need the issue to be sorted out by mahindra without charging me and should ensure that all vehicles sold are properly pdi done before handover to the new customer.

          I am an engineer and my dad bought kuv100 nxt almost 8 months ago after some time i realized that there is a design defect in kuv100.
          Driver has a blind spot in the left side due its bonet being high and front passenger seat have a right side blind spot please fix this in your next model.
          My height is 5'11 still i am unable to see left most side in front. Try to fix this quickly

            I bought a new mahindra thar crde, reg. No. Mh14gn6164 from your mahindra company on 31/10/2017

            But within nine months of taking the vehicle, the clutch plate and pressure plate of the vehicle started mantace work on 20/9/18

            I also completed work at sahyadri motors pvt ltd. Address : c/o st joseph technical inst, 7 loves chowk, nr mira hsg pune maharashtra-411037.

            I thought it might have been due to misuse.

            But again on september 11/9/2019, i was surprised when the clutch plate and pressure plate went off.

            I was very disturbed by the vehicle break down and pulled the crane and took it to the sahyadri motor pvt ltd. Swargate service station.

            Even then i got my vehicle clutch plate and pressure plate all work done.

            After all this, i have a complaint that if there is a problem with the clutch plate and pressure working in the vehicle, you should solve me.

            This type of break regarding problem was also done before

            I hope your mahindra and mahindra company is great and will get my complaint done as soon as possible.

              Dear sir,

              I recently purchased a chrome beading as an additional accessory for my xuv 500 from mahindra's official website m2all.com.

              When i received the product i opened it to see the product is in tact. The product seemed to be cracked in the front and i raised a refund request immediately. I called the customer care and raised a complaint. The representative asked me to send the pictures and i took the picture of it by holing it in front of the car and sent them the pictures. Another representative called me and told me that the product seemed to be fitted already to the car and so the refund cannot be done.

              I clearly explained to their representative that the chrome frame was just placed in front of the car for the sake of taking the picture and it was not fitted or attached. For investigating it further, they can pick the product up and check the 3m tape that it comes with has been used or tempered. The product has been kept as it is was received.

              After several follow ups for 4 weeks with out giving up, they finally agreed to send the courier team to pick up the return. But it has been 2 weeks and i have not heard anything from them and no response to my emails.

              I have not been receiving any response from them and the money is stuck with them.

              I sincerely request that this is looked into seriously and a resolution is achieved soon.

                Dear sir,

                I brought a new mahindra xuv 500 in february 2019. The vehicle has not even completed 5000 kms and the brakes are making worn out noises (Squeaking).

                I first took the vehicle to sireesh motors in magadi road service center, where the service team cleaned up the brake pads and said it is due to dirt and it should be fine. Upon driving for 1 km as a test drive i did not hear any noise and took the vehicle back. Almost after travelling for 10kms the noise came back while i was still on my way back.

                I brought this to their notice and took the vehicle back to the same center on 24th august which was the following week. On of their senior advisers took charge of the vehicle and sent it for investigation. He called me back after a few hours and said that he spoke to the mahindra technical team and they confirmed that this is an operational noise that happens in all xuv 500 vehicles.

                I went back to the service center and asked for a test drive of other xuv 500s. I drove around a few cars with the same senior adviser and could not find any noise that i was claiming. The adviser also acknowledged that this noise is coming only in my car. But for now, they have cleaned the pads again, greased the calipers and sound should not come again. I called their vice president to further escalate the complaint. They both said that this noise will not come again.

                Exactly after a day of driving the noise is back. It is irritating and embarrassing driving a car worth 20 lakhs. I even raised a complaint to the mahindra customer care and also to the feedback call i got several times from mahindra. But no one called back to take action following this.

                As the vehicle is still under warranty and it is a brand new car, i sincerely request mahindra to take this up and authorize replacement of the faulty parts.

                I owns XUV500 2015 OCTOBER W10 AWD FROM STARTING I HAD MANY ISSUES ONE OF THE MAJOR WAS OUT SIDE SMELL COMING INSIDE WVEN AC IN RE CIRCULAR MODE . THEY CHANGED AC MAIN UNIT BUT NOT SOLVED THE PROBLEM NOW I LEARNED TO LIVE WITH IT . Another main problem is resting of door panels . They just did touch up paint and gave me back that again started resting I did my own touch up with primer and spray paint . That process is on every 6 month . Metal of XUV500 is not good 😌. Service also very bad . Vehicle is good . I put 19.50 Lakhs in mahindra to show my affection to the desi maal. But ...

                  I've recently got back my xuv500 after leaving my vehicle for repair of certain complaints.
                  I've mentioned all the complaints literally and still most of the complaints still exist.

                  They told they have changed certain things to cure the problem but the issue still remains and i'm totally exhausted calling them and arguing with them.

                  I need to contact the higher authorities regarding this because everytime i give my vehicle for service it's not proper. Each and every time they'll take more than the mentioned time period and also the work is not done properly. I'm totally fed up with this kind of treatment.

                  I need to take care of my vehicle well and appropriately. For this i trust the company only. You're breaking your trust. If things goes like this i don't think you're trustworthy. I'd rather go to some outside workshop instead of coming towards you.

                  If you understand my concerns plese help to get my vehicle problems free.

                    I had bought a xuv 500 from infinity autolinks vikhroli in may 2019 under invoice no inv20a000105 dated 21/05/2019.

                    It is now more than 3 months and i am yet to get rc book. When i spoke to the dealer i was told that i should visit the rto myself and have it collected from there.

                    I have paid all the rto related tax amount to the dealer and it is the responsibility of dealer to check up with rto and have the rc mailed to me. So far i have always had the dealer mailed the rc to me.

                    I am appalled at the response given by this dealer. Now that the car is sold they are just not interested in getting the matter solved.

                    My finance bank is continuously following up with me for the copy of the rc

                    Pls look into this matter and revert.

                        From last 7-8 years we are doing service of our company car at your rewari service center. We left our vehicle to your service center last week as vehicle is taking long self to start. Your service center gives cost around 38, 000 to repair the fuel injection pump. After repair final bill given by them was 44000 and paid. Next day in morning, car is not getting start. Again we handed over the vehicle to service center and got call that fuel injection pump needs to replace and which will around 55000. Please tell as we are your loyal customer, is this is the service stranded provided to us. Is this is the stranded of technicians at service center? We are not in condition to pay any more on fuel injection pump. Please check with service provider as they are habitat to do that every time. Please look in the matter.

                            I will be filing a complaint with the bbb as well. Since our purchase of these vehicles on[protected]cc xtvs, we have had nothing but problems using them for our business. They are constantly breaking down. The first indication, was when the break calipers literally fell off after only a week o[censored]se. We do not use these for 4 wheeling, or anything of the sort, they are used as if they were golf carts for customers, on a sporting clays and archery course. Everything from shifting cables breaking (Not stretching), to belts slipping, to something else going wrong in the engine which surprisingly is a kohlr, and not being able to figure it out. The customer service is absolutely horrible form the company and it put our local dealership in a real bind since they cannot do anything other than what mahindra lets them do. Parts take over a month or more to even get because of back order (Supposedly), and then customer service wants to blame the mechanics at the dealership for the parts breaking. I couldn't believe it, blaming the mechanics at the dealership for the faulty craftmanship and weak parts. When we first got them, we were excited. Now, they are a detriment to our business. I am not even sure what if at all we could get for them for a trade in. One of them is literally not moving at this point, so we have to pay to see what is going on and get it moving again before we can even hope to trade it in. Absolutely horrible. Do not buy from mahindra.

                              The worst service provider ever and lazy as damn.
                              Car broke down several times under one year.
                              If give for service repair rectification will not be done in one visit.. They keep the car for 3 or 4 days. Even after that it will not be rectified. They just want to keep the car for many days and return it with no result. For getting spares they need 3 weeks.
                              This has been repeated several times..
                              Now today also i left the car for central lock repair which is under warranty.. They kept the car since morning... Nothing been done.. They need car for one more day for checking of wires. They just saying rat bite rat bite.. I don't know how far that is true rather.. I have 3 more cars there where i don't come across this rat bite thing.. Only for this exclusively such incidents happen

                                Dear team,
                                I got xuv hr 26 db 2568 serviced from shiva motor.. Request to check the bill. Cannot understand how can clutch plates be changed in car 2 times within 80000kms.. I have been driving 2 cars but never faced such issues..
                                Also your service centers overcharge by giving wrong details once the vehicle reaches service center..
                                Last time also i was advises to get diac breaks and pads both changed but there was no need of this.
                                I was told 19000 for clutch plates this time..

                                  I recently purchased a e max 22 hst. As a believer in prudent maintenance, i am attempting to determine if the hydraulic fluid level is appropriate; however, the sight glass (Level gauge) on the item does not resemble the level gauge shown in the manual. The level gauge on the unit is a glass window with a metallic item that has a red dot in the center. What am i to make of this? The dealer cannot assist in this matter.

                                    This is very bad to see that mahindra people are very irresponsible and careless. I had order new wheel cab on 25th august 2019, now nobody is interested in informing me about the product which i had ordered, the store manager of goregaon mumbai is receiving my call, the executive is not receiving my call, as if i am begging from them. Really disappointed by this type of service. Hate your type of work. Very very very very bad service. Did expected this type of response from the store manager @ goregaon nbs service center mumbai.

                                      The car makes a huge noise while driving, then it reduces the pull of the car. The car has been lying in the garage for a week. Finally they do a software reset, while coming back, the same issue comes up. The car had been there for a week and i just got it back on july 24th, again it went back in on 31st august and i got it back yesterday without the issue being fixed, again it will need to go in today

                                        My car was not taking race, with that we sent r car to shree automotive, topsia kolkata. But since seven days there is no response. This behaviour is not nice. By purchasing mahindra car, i have done any crime. Please help asap. My car no. Is wb02aa2806. This is not expected from authorised service centre of mahindra. These type authorised service centres will ruin name of such a prestigious company.

                                        I'm Buying a mahindra tuv 300 t6+ car for march 2019. There after i have check his milage. he's vechile Calculeting mileage is 9.25 km per litre to 9.80 km per litre With AC.

                                        And Winter seasons he's vechile milage is Approx 10-11 km per litre.

                                        So he's Vechile fail of milage subject.

                                        I'm buying tuv 300t6+ march 2018 but by mistake i entry complent march 2019. So change the buy date 2019 to 2018
