I would like you to just do one thing for me . keeping your arrogance aside pl go through the Link that i have shared on this mail and tell me one reason to accept your words . As mentioned links clearly states that Silver box failure is prevailing in 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 2 month old XUV 700 then when am i asked to pay for this failure. is it bec you have decided or there is someone over and above this to preserve the bigger brand Mahindra.
9 Month old fitment has caused a problem is your say whereas my team of engg is of a different opinion as we are also into similar brand conservation and i am highly upset with the approach you have taken towards this issue just basis 1 polite call of mine.

Pl go through the link which explains your tech glitch and honestly i DO Not mind it as its a new attempt and it is bound to happen but the way this is handled by you isnt goin well with me personally is what i hold as a written comment.
I am fully ok to pull back all comments if this was to be concluded in a fair way which i am still open and hopeful for once you and your team visually checks the videos and the blogs with respect to the same error with no fault of clients.
