Dear sir/ madam,
I would like to request that i have given my vehicle for the clutch assembly last month in october which has been replaced. and i have also made the payment as mentioned in the bill earlier.But 2 days ago its clutch has been stuck nd its smelling really bad while i was driving from roorkee to rishikesh nd i just stopped my Car right there nd called Mahindra service manager ( Sunil rathore ) who said to me that you have driven ur vehicle in hilly areas. This is the reason your vehicle clutch is not working nd I ( sunil rathore ) is not responsible for that you have to bring your vehicle to showroom ( Mahindra Dehradun ) for the checkup after reaching there, The service manager is being rude nd very unprofessional who is claiming us to pay for the clutch again.. which is not valid at all. As i have just paid for the clutch plate last month nd my car has been just driven[protected] nd its clutch got stuck which is not acceptable at all.. as your mahidnra has replaced the clutch nd installed a new clutch set . So its should be mahindra’s fault. Which i need resolution.
Because paying again nd again is not possible. For the product which is assembled by Mahindra.

So, kindly resolve my issue nd take serious action against your service manager ( Sunil rathore). For being unprofessional nd rude..

      Hi All,

      Just got my Brother's car (SCORPIO) serviced from an authorized dealer (TIGER EYE) at Hero Honda Chowk Sec-34, Gurgaon. It was just given for a routine service after 80000 kms & obviously normal servicing stuff was expected. We were told that post TEST DRIVE, Additional changes would be informed but unfortunately without informing the following parts were changed (only a few listed) and the bill given was 29k.

      1.Clutch Plate, Fuel Gauge and other consumables like Oils etc.
      2.Suspension Bush changed (On complaint as it was making noise)

      Moreover When i asked them to remove the replaced clutch plate they did it in 1/2hour which was again suspicious. This service center has also REPLACED my car Tyres with other car & when it was taken to their senior they swapped it with someone's car.

      Now, With these all things has happened they have revised the bill around 22K.

      NO INFORMATION/WRONG INFORMATION WAS GIVEN WHEN THE CAR WAS TAKEN FOR DELIVERY.

        My loading vechile bolero pick up with RC no. PB13BK5384 hd met with an accident on 20/10/22. I had given the vechile to Raj vechile mohali punjab same day for repair. I also had the insurance done from Raj vechiles. But till date they have not given vechile to me. Mr. Vishal is taking care of the vechile. I am very tensed for this as i am not capable to do any working from 20 october till now.           My son had booked XUV 700 AX7 MT on[protected] . At that time I was assured that the waiting time for the vehicle was 6 months, so the car will be given to us in December 2022, this information has also been shown in the receipt received at the time of booking.
          On asking after the completion of 6 months, I was informed that we would get the delivery of this vehicle in May 23rd 2023, after a full of 1 year. If we were informed about this at the time of booking, we would have had other options also.
          If the vehicle is not delivered within the pre-scheduled time, we will have no other option than to take another vehicle.
          Please kindly look into this matter as soon as possible.

            I am Abbas Ali Abdul Bhai Kadiwala I am a car customer of Mahindra & Mahindra Company I have purchased a Mahindra & Mahindra Company xuv 300 car this car is not yet one year old and since I purchased my car one of the cars There is a problem which I have reported from the show room where I bought it, I have made a complaint many times, from there it was said that the battery is a problem, even though the battery has been replaced, the problem is still not solved, but again, if I report there, the show room. I got the reply that there is no problem in the car, so now I am tired and complaining online. If the problem of my car is not solved, please replace the car. My car is still under warranty cover. When I start my car, then it shakes severely so we are very scared to drive the car if any accident happens due to the problem of the car while driving then Mahindra and Mahindra company will be responsible for that incident. If i want to keep my car under watch then i will contact the company Chu ready to give but where s I request that the company gives me enough to use the car till the time the company keeps my car under surveillance.

                मैने मार्च 2022 को श्री श्याम एंपोरियम के नाम से शिवा मोटर्स गाजियाबाद उत्तरप्रदेश से XUV 700 AX 5 खरीदी थी

                बड़े चाव से महिंद्रा पर विश्वास करके ये गाड़ी खरीदी गई की मेरे भारत की कंपनी है और गुणवत्ता पर शक करना गलत होगा परंतु आप को ये जानकारी देते हुए मुझे बेहद दुख हो रहा है की गाड़ी के अंदर सुरु से ही बहुत तकनीकी खामियां निकली जेसे हाइवे पर भी गाड़ी 7 की एवरेज दे रही है ।सस्पांसें इतना खराब है की ढक ढक की आवाज हल्के से गड्ढे में ही आनी सुरु हो जाती है ।बार बार इंजन चेकिंग स्क्रीन पर शो करता है। गाड़ी को दिखाने हम 4 बार Dee EMM Mahendra गुड़गांव के सर्विस सेंटर ले जा चुके है जहा पूरे दिन गाड़ी को खड़ा करके सिर्फ धुलवा कर वापिस दे दिया जाता है ।काफी बार वहा ये सब दिक्कत बताई गई पर कोई ध्यान नहीं देता ।
                जिस की वजह से महंद्रा कंपनी की शाख तथा ये मॉडल जो बहुत पॉपुलर हो चुका है गिर रही है । गाड़ी के शोकिर जाम है सस्पांसेन बिल्कुल खत्म है और इतनी तेज गाड़ी के चलने की आवाज अंदर आती है जैसे कोई ट्रक चल रहा हो ।गाड़ी की एवरेज मात्र 6, या 7 की है 3000 रुपए के पेट्रोल डलवाना पर मात्र 160, 170 किलोमीटर गाड़ी चलती है, साइड विंडो से कर कर की आवाज आती है विंडो अप एंड डाउन करने पर शीशा जाम हो जाता है।
                आप से प्रार्थना है मैं बहुत दुखी हो चुकी हु मुझे गाड़ी बदल कर दी जाए क्योंकि इसमें manufacturing डिफेक्ट बहुत है

                  I had done a booking of the Scorpio N, online on 22nd October 2022, but realized that the SUV i booked was automatic model. I needed Manual one. On contacting customer care, they asked me to cancel the booking as they were not ready to make changes online. I contacted dealer India Garage, and they ASKED ME TO DO A FRESH BOOKING BY CANCELLING THE ONLINE BOOKING. I cancelled the online booking in the October month itself. I had made a booking payment of INR 21000.00 which was supposed to be refunded back to me post cancellation. But I have not got any refund from the group as yet. I have been frantically following up for my refund of INR 21000.00 but I have not got any response form finance, though the customer care team has been replying that we will revert back soon.                       I have purchased Mahindra TUV300 (AS-12S-1660) and successfully paid all my EMIs on time in my mother name. On collection of NOC, i was asked to produce autorisation letter along with supporting document. On providing the required document the NOC was not provided by the Mahindra Finance, Tezpur, Branch.

                      The behaviour of the Mahindra Finance is not professional, and i was haressed by the staff present in the account section.

                      Therefore, i request you to kindly provide me Notification issues by Mahindra & Mahindra regarding documention required for collection of NOC, which are appreved by Govt. of India for Finance Institution.

                        I, Dr. Sabine S, S/o Sivadasan is a doctor by profession & Proprietor of M/s MedmartIndia having place of business at Sabadeep, Near Issac Maria Theatre, 130 Junction, Muvattupuzha - 686661 hereby inform you that my vehicle Mahindra Supro Mini Cargovan BSIV WD, Make: Mahindra and Mahindra Ltd having Registered Number: KL 17 S 5726, Engine No: VAJ6E27272 & Chassis Number: MA1FT2VARJ6E34243 have met with an accident on 22/05/2019 at Kochi city in Kerala. The said vehicle was plying through Kochi city in a convoy of vehicles, suddenly the vehicle got jammed and skidded and hit a car which was running just in front of my vehicle. A case was registered on this incident. On completion of the legal formalities and after due inspection by the Regional Transport Authorities at Kochi on June 01, 2019, the vehicle was towed away for service and maintenance by your company’s authorized service centre named Alysons Automotives Private Limited, 13/373, 13/374 Ambattukavu, Aluva Ernakulam- 683106. Unfortunately, this service centre has stopped their business and the said vehicle is in the custody of Alysons Automotives Private Limited, which is not repaired and handed over to my possession till date. I have made several requests and demands to revert my vehicle, but your company’s authorized service centre found one or other reason to keep the vehicle in their custody. Kindly note that there is no negligence or laches on my part and the vehicle is not in my possession for the last 03 years. Due to the non-receipt of the vehicle and no response from your company’s authorized service centre, I am unable to pay the insurance premium of the vehicle having Policy No: 441700/31/2022/7551 with The Oriental Insurance Company Limited, Muvattupuzha. Moreover, your company and the service centre have neither repaired the defects nor replaced the vehicle with a brand new one.

                        For your information I purchased this vehicle from T V Sundram Iyengar & Sons (P) Ltd, NH Kaloor, Cochin, Ernakulam Kerala - 682017 on[protected]. Immediately after its delivery and on taking possession of this vehicle, I have noticed unfinished painting parts with metal corrosion in its body and engine room etc; along with water accumulation in the headlights; and on notice of this fact to the T V Sundram Iyengar & Sons (P) Ltd, one of their staff immediately took this vehicle for service and thereafter the same was returned to me without causing any service centre in the service book, but with an acknowledgement executed by the staff that he has received the vehicle the vehicle from me with notice of these defects. This incident occurred even before the first usage of the vehicle by me.

                        After the inspection I reliably learned that there is a manufacturing defect in this vehicle and the same is the reason for the accident that has happened. I strongly believe that this vehicle will not be fit for reuse even after its service and the defect found could not be rectified in its routine course. This vehicle is the mainstay of my business and I suffered special pecuniary loss caused by the non-user of this vehicle. I suffered a lot of hardships, mental agony as general damages. On every day I require an extra amount of Rs 1000/- as lease for the vehicle that is now in use. Again the estimated loss convenience at Rs 200/- per day. The mental agony and hardships including loss opportunity are continuous in nature and the loss is estimated at Rs 800/- per day. Hence the total loss is estimated at Rs 2000/- per day which accumulates Rs 60, 000/- per month. Thus I find the total loss per month at 13.28 % of my principal investment on this vehicle. I request your good office to take necessary actions to replace the defective vehicle with a brand new one and to pay off the insurance premium due amount.

                        I hope that you will definitely cater my plea and I shall be highly obliged for your cooperation in this regard. Kindly do the needful in this regard.

                        I look forward to hearing from you and would appreciate it if you could provide me with a sincere response at the earliest.

                          I bought my XUV 700 from Koncept Mahindra, New Delhi earlier this year ( Reg No HR98D2645) . Very soon after it started giving problem - some sound from underbody which I was told would become ok after servicing - but did not . Thereafter I fell sick and had to undergo 2 emergency life saving surgeries and did not drive the car at all for 2 months .

                          My KUV 100 2016 model got rusted just after 5 years. All the doors have big holes and the floor gets cracked due to rust. Dicolored paint is also found in different places. I am quite unhappy with the build quality of the car. I feel that mahindra is deceiving the customers by selling poor and cheap quality car to the people with high price. I demand a remedial action from Mahindra company or i would file a complaint against the company.

                            I am from salem (TN) and I own a Mahindra XUV 500, So I want to let mahindra to that Salem has one of the worstest service station. The staff's does listen to the customers complain even after repeated service for the same complaint, they couldn't solve the issue till now. But they used to charge amount for the service like we have worked on your complaint from now you won't face this issue again and within in few days the same complaint is repeating again. The service managers are also so lethargic that they never talk with customer directly. So I kindly request mahindra and mahindra to solve this issue regarding service in salem. Do the possible needs.

                              I am writing about your dealership located in jhajjar as LOHCHAB MAHINDRA I have made a booking for the Scorpio s11 on the note that the vehicle will be delivered within 2 weeks and now it is more than a month but my vehicle is not delivered and date for the delivery is not confirmed yet also when I reached the dealership for delivery date they misbehaved with me and talked rudely the manager Mr Ravinder gulia talked horribly instead of the solution for my concern he started misbehaving and told me to cancel the booking as the vehicle will not be delivered to me in more than another month it is very unprofessional the day when I booked they told me the booking period is 2 weeks and now they are not sure to deliver the same in two month rude and unprofessional behaviour for the customer is not good Lohchab jhajjar is not following the business ethics and their customer dealing is not professional

                                I have been charged Rs.9226 extra apart from total bill, dealer bound me to pay or else they will not release the vehicle, I asked then for the bill of rs.9226 but they are not providing the bill accept the money receipt of Rs.9226. I repeatedly asked them for bill but instead of providing me the bill the dealer asked insurance company to send the bill and the bill sent by insurance company shows different amount and the total bill given by dealer is different.

                                  I am the owner of alfa passenger outo 2021 bs6 vehicle. I am the person who has done all the service correctly.But my vehicle has total sensor issues. I bought the auto from 'AMG MAHINDRA, THOTTADA (KANNUR, KERALA). They cannot solve my issues. They are not fixing the problem with my vehicle.

                                  Please help me in this situation.

                                  This is my source of income. But I can't.
                                  I now regret choosing mahindra.

                                    सर, मै जयप्रकाश उईके मेरा गाड़ी नम्बर CG29 AD8670 महेन्द्रा स्कार्पियो है।जो दिनांक[protected] को चलते में पिछला सस्पेंशन टूटकर नीचे आ गया और गाड़ी वहीं खड़ा कर दिया गया ।महेन्द्रा काल सेंटर में काल किया तो उन्होंने RSA के द्वारा गाड़ी सर्विस सेन्टर अम्बिकापुर ले जाया गया ।दुसरे दिन कोई जानकारी नहीं मिलने पर मैने महेन्द्रा काल सेंटर में काल करके गाड़ी पता किया तो वहां का संपर्क नंबर पता चला ।और जब हमने दिनांक[protected]. को स्टार आटोमोबाइल्स सर्विस सेन्टर अजिरमा अम्बिकापुर गया तो वहां के मैनेजर ने हमारे सांथ दुर्व्यवहार पूर्वक बात करते हुए कहा कि आपने हमारे उपर कम्पलेन किया है।और गाड़ी खरीद लिए हो तो यहां का सब कुछ खरीद लिए हो।एक अन्य ने आकर कहा कि यहि कस्टमर केयर मे काल किये थे तो आप का गाड़ी बन गया होगा। हमने सर्विस क्लेम के लिए बोला तो उन्होंने कहा यहां सिर्फ एन्सुरेंस क्लेम होता है ।और एन्सुरेंस क्लेम करवाया गया ।जबकि हमनें बताया गाड़ी रोड मे चलते हुए खराब हुई है ।एन्सुरेंस वाले ईनवेस्टिगेसन के बाद क्लेम देने से मना कर दिया चुंकि गाड़ी दुर्घटनाग्रस्�... नहीं हुआ था किसी भी प्रकार का कोई एक्सीडेंट नहीं हुआ है ।और अब 90हजार रुपये देकर गाड़ी ले जाओ अन्यथा और चार्ज लगेगा ऐसा कहा जा रहा है ।| सर हमारी गाड़ी वारंटी मे है।और 1 साल भी नहीं हुई है। और ऐसा व्यवहार आपके सर्विस सेन्टर किया जाता है ।सर हमारी गाड़ी बनवाकर देने की दयाकरे। हमारी सहायता करें सर जी।अब फोरम का सहायता ले रहे हैं ।
