Mahindra Finance — loan clearance certificate

I had taken loan for a period of two years for purchasing my car. It was financed by Mahindra Fianance. I need NOC for my car loan against loan contract ID No. 4462471. The loan has already been cleared in the month of September 2018 but I have not received No Dues Certificate till date. While renewal of insurance I was asked to provide NOC. Therefore, please provide a loan clearance certificate/NOC for No.4462471 to my e-mail address -

Used my pan card and identity number and made me as the guarantor I did not signed anybody as a guarantor when I checked my civil score I got result that I have singed for auto loan this is totally fake so I would surely send legal notice to madikeri branch how it's possible to give my identity someone else without my permission it's an offence
