Mahindra Finance — Issue in settlement of Vehicle Loan

Hello,

I went to the Mahindra finance office to settle my loan, which was taken for the vehicle. On Oct 1, 2021, they told me that they will settle the loan in the amount of 1, 30, 842 (after some waiver on CRC and AFC, the actual amount of settlement was 1, 36, 239 )- and also I have given them the cheque.

But on 5th Oct, ACH (auto-debit) happened of 17, 400(monthly EMI). So, obviously now if I want to settle up my loan, I should be liable to pay 1, 30, 842 - 17, 400. But now they are saying that you have to pay the same amount.
Could anyone can help with this.
