Being a financial advisor i advised my client to invest in mahindra finance fd scheme as rather than providing good interest rates i advised that mahindra is among the top corporate house and would not have any issue with it. Based on my suggestion my client invested in fd scheme. My client's cheque of rs 100, 000 was lying idle for a week and when inquired to the worli branch about the same they mentioned that the docs and cheque is misplaced by the courier (Anjani). Upon following up with the courier i got the response that the cheque was delivered on time. When questioned the branch members they were not ready to accept their mistake and after following up to 10 days and emailing them the zerox copy and other docs they didn't shown the interest to even respond to a single name. After further follow up they kept providing excuses and even did't bother to respond to a single email. After few days i wrote an email to sunita pawar (Head) regarding the issue and they called back to me in half an hour and they accepted their mistake. Even now its been a month they have not send the receipt to my client address and after certain follow they are not responding. Such a careless work from the top corporates house was not expected and would not recommend any of my client to invest in m&m fd in the life. Was this information helpful? | |||||

There is lot of problems to given second cheque. One and half month is waste of my time for send check.
Kindly check what exact the prblm. I am satisfy your service. Lots of irritate person. Present in this branch.
