Mahindra Finance — no acknowledgement for online fd for application id

I have did online purchase of FD on 24th July 2019.

I was unable to login after FD payment was done. It says you are now depositor, use depositor login. In depositor login it ask for folio number.

With hard time getting customer care number, I called and they ask for application ID. Surprisingly, mahindra finance took money, stopped login, and never send an email with application ID on email entered during payment process.

What a fraud! You at one end tie up all hands and access to customer who invested, and you never send any acknowledgement or detail to email or Sms.

I need the written answer, why it was after payment for FD processed by mahindra finance department, they never acknowledged or sending any details to investor? What is the reason that you take payment first and then do kyc check, if you do, you must send an email or Sms to investor who made payment and you received it as it was successful attempt?
