Mahindra Finance — overpayment collection | |||
Dear Sir, I have purchased a Tata Indigo and financed by the mahindra in 2014. Due to some personal problem I got late in paying some of the installmemts on time and received letter from the branch for payments. After discussing with the executive I have paid a lumsump amount in the loan account and executive comitted to give me waiver on the penalty. After that again your executive called me to pay 3 more installment in the account, that also today I have paid, but still the waiver is not been done and the amount remains the same. You are hereby requested to full fill the committment done by your executive as soon as possible or else no option is remaining to me for going in consumer forum. And when I contacted to the executive he is denying to do the same and abusing me very badly. Kindly take strict action as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
