Mahindra Finance — Request for NOC Certificate Multiple Times But Not Responding

The last EMI was due on 05.12.21. And, I have paid the same within the due date. And, I have also submitted a written application for the Issuance of my NOC certificate to the local Mahindra finance office on 21 DEC 2021 (2nd Floor, 7 Kyd Street, MLA Guest House, Kolkata 700 016).

So, It's been 1 month there are not providing me with the NOC certificate, neither online nor offline. I have mailed them several times requesting NOC, but they didn't respond to the mail. Even they are not receiving calls.

I couldn't understand why they are just harassing us for just a NOC Certificate even after clearing all my dues within the due date.
