Mahindra Finance — Showing dues after paying

I have a loan at Mahindra Finance North Lakhimpur branch of Assam. After covid I am unable to pay my loans timely due to my job loss. Before that they have harassed my father and my guarantor with unprofessional and abusive language. They have culminated a culture of recovery of loans by ways of mafiagiri (i.e unethical and non systematic ways). I have complaint it to higher authority of Mahindra Finance and they have assured me not to harrassed my father and relatives. After the covid situation calm down Mahindra Finance offered me a loan waiver after paying 23, 000 to Mahindra. I have paid the same to Mahindra Finance but after that they have again asking moey from me as it is not possible for them to waived off the loan.. again I have paid 6046 as I have to paid because I have written it to higher authority but no response from them.

Now what they are doing is that Their advocate sending me personal notice saying My client have dues with you and I have to paid them otherwise they will sue into court..

So I kindly request you to look into the matter who is wrong. Is their any other ways to solve this problem if any.
