Dear concerned,
You people have called me and said sir that you are eligible for suvidha loan of 80000/- as your repayment of existing loan with agreement no. 5333345 is good.
Once you fill the form you will get the loan amount in 2 days the same is mentioned in big letters on your site.
On 5th may 2019 i got the call and went to my nearest branch which is 75 km away from my home uran, i went personally to your nagothane branch and filld the loan application form in front of mr. Yogesh rahate.
Could that be a case i was in need o[censored]rgent money for my buisness i left all my work and went to the branch to fill the form.
After 6 days when there was no progress to my loan disbursement i called up mr yogesh and i was told that mr. Mahesh popalkar is handling your case.
When i called up mr. Mahesh i came to know that offer letter needs stamp and signature for further processing.
Now you tell me i have followed up to you all and comes to know the documents are pending the same should be followed by you as it is your duty to followup with the customer.
I neglected that and went to panvel branch again wasting my precious time and signed and stamped the documents and thought again it will take 2 days and i would get the amount.
Today i am standing on 20th still havent received the money.
I have even called mr mahesh today morning he gave an one more excuse sir there was courier problem so your documents were delayed to be sent to office you will receive the money today max.
I dont know when your branch doesnt have the authority to release the money and documents take 3 days time to be couriered to your main branch then why do you advertise in big letters stating you will receive the fund in 2 days.
You people are so much unprofessional rather me following up with you all you should let me know the status of my loan application.
It was my biggest mistake to accept your offer, i have wasted all my time and money can you pay for that apart from that mental torture you people have given.
Already sent a mail yesterday evening and people dont bother to call or solve the query

Your office called me and said about suvidha loan and gave me by sms to my mobile no. one application no. [protected]. After received I went to your office JORHAT BRANCH, ASSAM. I submitted all documents and sign as required on dated[protected]. They said to me that money will transferred to my bank a/c within 1 week. But today[protected] and I am not received any amount till the date.
Therefore I request you to kindly check my application and should let me know the status of my loan application.
