Mahindra First Choice [MFCWL] — Non refunding of taken money

I am Arvind kumar, resident of gurgaon haryana, I visited shree radha krishan motors a month ago, as i am searching for used car it was raining the day I visited before rain I saw swift which was there for sale, but due to rain not able to test drive it but I like the car, I gave Rs 5000 to the dealer, but due to medical problem with my mother I was not able to visit the dealer again, but I visited on 3rd July 21 but car was not there when I asked he said some body asked for the test drive in delhi, so I came back.
Now today I called up and asked for refund of token money, he replied that due to you I have to send back almost 20 customer who want to purchase same car, I told him that if their is such a situation than you should call me but no answer, he threaten you can do anything but will not refund money

Car details 2013 model, petrol, delhi no DL 8 CW8154. car reading on your Mahindra site approx 72058 but when a saw a car meter reading 72573.

Kindly look into the as behaviour of dealer was very bad it's not about money it's about ethics
