My vehicle was given at the mahindra first choice service center @ Kanchipuram, tamilnadu for general maintenance service, as I am a doctor involved in covid pandemic, the problem faced by ur service center are
1.My HONDA jazz TN21 BH 6160 was given service on 19/06/21, the vehicle had delivered that day itself after service complete, they told all problems are rectified, but within 30km the vehicle brokedown in the middle of road, I had faced mental agony in shifting the vehicle to your service center .
2. Again the vehicle had been given to ur showroom for reservice on 20/06/21 at 9.0 am, the vehicle had completed service at 2.0 pm on 21/06/21, within 10min after delivery of vehicle, again the vehicle had been towed to ur service centre
3.the vehicle had been delivered for 3rd time at 22/06/21 at 7.0pm, we checked the vehicle indicators are not working, then again the vehicle was given to your service center, they rectified and given the vehicle on 23/06/21 at 1.0 pm
4.on 23/06/21 evening, the vehicle stopped in the middle of road, then complaint had been given to asst manager Mr.thangaraj, they talk very rudely with an unprofessional way, we had faced very much mental agony and stress through 5 days period.
Briefly the vehicle had stopped in middle of road for 4 times after full service, there is no proper service person, rude behaviour towards customer, unprofessional manner, worst service, no customer satisfaction
Plz take further action regarding the service personnel and asst manager
