Mahindra Two Wheelers — Complaint against service centre and problem with motorcycle

I bought a bike from srivignesh motors and gave to my bike for second service on last week. After the service the bike is not working properly and provide worst mileage of 21 kmpl only instead of giving 70kmpl to more. Then bike is moving forward even though holding the clutch. I told this problems to service centre but they don’t respond properly. I don’t know what they did while giving service. After this service only i got lot of problems in my bike. Totally i used 2000 km only. Please take the necessary actions to the service centre and kindly resolve my problems as soon as possible. I have given my details and bike details below.
