Mahindra Two Wheelers — engine oil leaking and noisy

i bought mahindra centuro bike one year ago, no i am totally fed up from your bike and services as well. after three months engine starts noising and engine oil leaked as well . i being to your service centre more then 10 times, but the problem remains same . last month i visited jalandhar service centre as well . but still i faced same problem engine noising and oil leaked. now i am totally fed up with your service . i need new bike else i will go to consumer court straightaway. i have full insurance as well.
